This dealership contact me and
record timing. When I arrive to the
dealership, I was embraced with
very awesome customer service. I
put a deposit down because I
went in on a Sunday and the
banks were closed. Monday
evening, after not hearing back for
the entire day I began to get
worried that I didnât get approved
for financing. I was completely
unaware of how hard they were
working to get me approved.
Later on that evening around 4:30
PM, I received a phone call to
come pick up my keys. I have
never been happier. The overall
experience was awesome. The
paperwork took very little time
and one of the dealers even
supported my business in return. I
absolutely love this place and I
will get another vehicle for my
daughter from them soon.. I
would recommend them to
anyone!!

I had a great experience with Greg. He responded quickly to my inquiry and I made an appointment that day. He showed me several other cars in my price range some a little lower, some a little higher. I settled on the 2007 Toyota Matrix and I could not be happier! The process only took about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to finish of sale. I can’t say enough good things about Greg!

Worst car shopping experience in my life. I drove over 40 miles to check out the car. After test driving the car, I proceeded to the sales manager/owner’s office to strike a deal. As soon as I walked in the office, he was angry and had an attitude. He became upset when I asked if the price was negotiable. He then started yelling at me about haggling and the price even though the person who showed me the car told me the price was negotiable. It important to note that I had my kids with me. I clapped back at him about customer service, placed the keys on his desk, and left. You would think he was doing me a favor by selling me the car.

Great guy, no muss, no fuss. Bought the car yesterday, so far so good. Had a lot of good cars on the lot for very reasonable prices. Finance company we used said they had worked with him for a while and that they never heard of any problems and that he always seemed to get good cars for good prices. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the car could have been washed before we picked it up. I would buy from him again for sure.

Took 4 phone calls over 2 days to get a reply. When I went to look at the car, it was misrepresented as having A/C - it was not installed on the car in any way.

FJ Auto Sale shares the car lot with Good Vibes & Greg is responsible for those cars. I believe the car in question is a Chevy Aveo which is Greg's car. All of FJ's cars have A/C's.

Disappointing experience. I contacted the dealer to view the vehicle. I Made arrangements to test drive it to my mechanic to inspect. The mechanic said it had a major oil leak, with so much oil he couldn't tell where the leak was from. On returning I reported this to the dealer. He claimed the leak was actually degreaser compound when cleaning it. I also informed him the engine light came on driving back to the dealer. He wasn't too pleased but said he would have hs mechanic check it. I hoped he would call back to negotiate another price considering the needed repair but he didn't.

Went there to test out the car, and the guy there totally forgot that I called, gave me the keys and the car wouldn't start up, they had to boost it so it could start. They said it was because it had been idle for a long time but.....u get my drift. They did contact me fast hinge the 3 stars.

They responded to me telling me the vehicle has been sold but offered another one. I inquired about the other vehicle and they never responded. On top of that, the original vehicle is still posted so perhaps they didn’t sell it after all?
