Sold the car out from under us, despite us asking for them to put it on hold for 24 hours. Salesman said vehicle was still available (after being on the market for 159 days), however when we were preparing to get the check, they said they had already sold it that day.
Very very disappointing.

I spent the longest time searching for a vehicle and I finally found the one I wanted for the price I wanted. I live in NY and the communication of the dealership was outstanding. They made it quick and easy for me. They didn’t lie on the condition of the truck and we’re very informative on every detail. I would 100% recommend this dealership to family and friends!

I drove out there over an hour, drove the car, made a deal but they never called me today for an update and to plan the delivery of the vehicle so now I'm just not as motivated to get the cash together to complete this transaction. I might start looking elsewhere tomorrow.

The experiencee working with Simon was great. Im very happy with the car and deal. I would highly rerecommend this dealership. There was something that did happen. They brought my car around after washing it. I noticed part of the graphics on the passenger side was missing. Looked liked a powerwasher was used. I brought it to Simon's before i left the dealership. He was not very happy like myself. But he said right away that he would take care of it. I felt bad for Simon because it wasn't his felt.

The truck was never there. They said it had been sold and it takes a couple a days to get the ad removed. But its funny because i asked them about 4 other trucks they had listed and low n behold suddenly thise had been sold too. But they had plenty $20,000.00 trucks. Bait n switch not happy!

This was your classic "bait and switch". First off, I contacted Extreme and asked for a "best price" on the vehicle. The vehicle was $10,500 off and I scoured the internet to see if it was a good deal and it looked like a GREAT deal. Almost too good to be true. (haha). The vehicle was on the market for 325 days and was labeled a "Slow seller". They emailed me back with a standard "High, my name is *****. Thank you for your interest in our vehicle. Contact us if we can be of any help". They didn't answer my question about a price, which I thought was odd. Then the dealer emailed me on a Tuesday stating that the vehicle was still available. Wednesday I drove an hour to the dealership and got there about noon. The person I had dealt with was at lunch so another person said he thought the vehicle was still there and he'd go grab the keys and the plate for a test drive. He came back after a few minutes and said the vehicle was sold last Saturday and asked if there was another vehicle I would be interested in. My brother and I actually started laughing and as we turned around to leave was yelling "Bait and switch...bait and switch!!". So we left not really very upset because the red flags were there, I guess I just chose to ignore them. Then later that day, I called the person with whom I had been emailing and they actually said the vehicle was still there and I could come in for a test drive, so I led the person on a little, and said maybe I'd come in. After talking a little bit, I finally stopped playing games and told them I had just been there at noon for a test drive and they said the vehicle was sold four days earlier. The dealer I called then said they would check and when they came back they said it had just been taken as a "Dealer swap" to a dealership up by the Upper Peninsula. Wow, it just keeps getting better and better. Either these dealers are so dumb that they can't even get their stories straight between them, or this stuff was all true, which at the least makes them incompetent. I thought the days of dishonest dealerships was over and we had moved beyond that. My bad!

So far, it's been a great experience.
UPDATE: Jarred and the Extreme Team knocked it out of the park. I drove 360 miles to pick my car up and could not be happier. I was treated like a long time customer
and not some one off. My trade value was spot on and the paperwork was the quickest I've ever seen when buying a financed car. In and out on under 90 minutes.
Jarred nailed it on the whole process from initial contact to me driving off the lot in my dream car.
I would definitely make the 5 hour drive to Extreme again if they had a vehicle I wanted. No hesitation.

contacted dealer about questions i had and they answered them!
Very poor experience. I was dealing with Bill. I
asked him to see of he could get the car on the
hoist to see if there were any problems with the
suspension and he tried to put me off by saying
that he had no text available at 2 in the afternoon
I told him that the car felt very unsafe and that it
rolls and sways when you hit a bump while he
told me he would see what he could do he
disappeared for about 5 minutes and then came
back and said that he had blood had it looked at
and the text said that everything was fine well on
the way home I had a bump on the freeway lost
control of my car in front of a semi and ended up
halfway into the ditch when I got home I took the
car in to have it looked at and both rear shocks
were blown out and the front brakes for already
grinding metal to metal not either bill is a liar or
his texts are there at Extreme Dodge are
incompetent either way I would not recommend
anyone buy used car from this dealer.

easy to deal with, I made them a fair value offer price and they worked well with me. best dealership experience I ever had.
Dealer contacted me and we discussed the vehicle as I am not near the
dealership. It was scheduled to go through their shop the next day. The sales
rep notified me the next day that they found too many problems with the
vehicle and they were going to wholesale it. I appreciated their honesty.

I didn't feel they were completely honest with me. They took advantage of
my inexperience and knowledge. I thought I was "catching a break" but I
wish now I would not have bought the vehicle.
