Dealer was helpful and replied promptly.
Spencer facilitated a conference call with the car's owner enabling me to learn particulars about the car's history and present condition. He then followed up a day later to gauge my disposition to buy it. I felt relaxeb and easy to give him a candid account of my purschasing intention thanks to Spencer's being a good, polite listener.
