Very bad customer relations. Do not follow up or keep in touch. I contacted them twice about a Bentley . Had to send photos and Vin number twice. They never got back to me with a trade in number as promised. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Sure, I was told by the seller and Exotic Car Trader that my offer had been accepted. I then spent time getting money out of the market and ready to wire. After no one at the dealership called, I finally got a hold of the owner who casually let me know that they were selling the car to someone else ( that bought more services from them). I'll never try to do business with them again. What other information would you like? I'd like to post all the communication that I have also. Is this the correct forum or is Reddit a better spot? Oh, they also do the thing where they have a bunch of email addresses and the one they send from is never the one you can get ahold of anyone with... super frustrating.

Listed as "62 " in fact it's a resto mod. Hp not given and you have to assume the milage listed is since it was reworked. Problem is one doesn't know what all was done and or what was done at what milage.

The experience was less than great. I did purchase the vehicle, but the process was very frustrating. Part of the problem stemmed from the owner's situation and part was due to the broker/Exotic Car Trader Southeast. The broker/Exotic Car Trader Southeast issues were primarily problems with what you are told versus what actually occurs. Also the total price of the transaction fluctuates until the final paperwork is signed. Another issue was the transport arrangement. I was quoted a price of $700 to ship the vehicle 250 miles in an enclosed trailer. Exotic Car Trader was to let me know when the vehicle would be picked up and when it would be delivered, Neither occured. The seller did let me know that the vehicle was being picked up. I received a text from the driver at 8:00pm telling me he would be delivering the vehicle at 11:00pm that night. The driver also demanded payment of $750 instead of the $700 I had been quoted.

I asked a few questions about this car. They said it was under contract. If it did not sell, they would answer my questions. The car was relisted and they have not contacted me.

This dealer was prompt and responsive. While trying to schedule a pre sale inspection and a visit I discovered he was in Florida where my flight was to be scheduled then when I tried to locate the E Bay listing to make sure I was going to the correct location his listing was no longer on the site and the car was in South Carolina. Seller has great feedback and I felt comfortable dealing with him but confused about the vehicle and its location. I would buy from him should he have a car that I desire

Despite the stripes saying Shelby the car is not a Shelby GT. When I discovered that despite the extremely low mileage my search moved on to other cars. The dealer seems honest and does not profess to be selling a real Shelby.

Broker/dealer from CarGurus/Exotic Car Trader did contact me and was good at follow ups so no problem with him. Issue is the owner has not responded to any of my submitted questions regarding the vehicle. Dealer even checked with me and said he would follow up with the owner. Maybe it is sold maybe not, who knows so I’m not sure how useful the service actually is.

Great dealership to work with. Dan was very informative and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for in a car. He sent multiple walkaround videos and even pictures of all the imperfections on the car. I ended up getting a different car from him though and will definitely work with Exotic Car Trader again. They were the 1st dealer to respond and it just so happened that the consigned car was in St Louis and I was traveling there within a couple days of my initial inquiry. The gentleman from Exotic Car Trader flew in from Ft Lauderdale and brought the vehicle to me for a viewing. I bought the vehicle and drove it home. The reason for my 3 star rating. In the future, I would not buy a $200,000 vehicle from anyone other than a dealer so you have someone that knows the vehicle to demonstrate it and you have an authorized brand dealer representing it. Unfortunately my salesperson really knew very little about the vehicle and once the sale was consummated it seemed to lose any interest in answering questions or following through with items that were discussed. The price was great, the vehicle nice, the effort to fly to St Louis to rep the car are all appreciated. Just know you better dot your i's and cross your t's. Do NOT pay for the vehicle until you have ALL your concerns addressed.

my point of contact was as helpful as he could be,he was very courteous i had more of a financial instituion issue, the requested down payment amount didn't justify the cause for the amount being financed over the course of the loan its a beautiful vehicle i wish it could have worked out for me

Didn't end up going further with the car but the dealer who contacted me provided a lot of very good information and responded quickly. They were willing to accommodate me coming by at off hours if needed which I think was great.
