On time and knowing what todo extent communication .
Had a reservation to see a vehicle with financing approved and they sold it hours before and failed to inform prior to the 1 hour drive to their dealership.

0 stars! The worst customer service experience I’ve had through my car buying process. This dealer refused to show me the car fax report so I told him I was not interested because they are obviously hiding something. Then he insulted me and told me I must not be able to afford the car because I wanted to see the car fax report. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Great Customer Service, Consumer Relations & Public Affair’s .
The man we spoke to was very pleasant and very nice until we contacted him the second day after we purchased the car because the engine light came on. He tried to tell me that Autozone was not a reliable source to read the codes. I ask him if he was going to make the deal right and he said you bought the car as is. Unfortunately I would not recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle from.
