I've had this dealership recommended to me by several people. I did love the easy-going atmosphere and their no-pressure approach. It was Liza who helped me, and everything was communicated well. All the details of financing, trade-in, extended warranties etc were laid out in an easy to understand way. I decided to buy after everything had been discussed thoroughly and clearly, and after a test drive. Out-the-door price was very fair. They're transparent about the vehicle history and condition, and take all of this into consideration with their fair and honest pricing. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere, plus this dealership's great reputation, made me feel extremely happy about opting for this particular vehicle (a 2021 Toyota Tacoma).

I feel like the dealer really did not want to work with me for whatever reason there were ways that he could have brokered the deal with me for the bmw however again I feel like the effort just was not there that maybe he just wanted to keep the car or just had someone else in mind that he felt it should be sold to. I took the whole experience in stride went around the corner with my same backing being my credit union and my down payment of $2,000 not the $5,000 down this salesman required went to Galaxy Autosport not only was the sales man willing to broker a deal with me I ended up with a newer year same model 2016 550i a little more mileage but I just appreciate the car dealer willingness to work with me .

Hi Julius, unfortunately a 2015 is much harder to finance than a 2016 because it is considered 10 years old. We did our best to get you financed but it didn't work out. It's our job to sell cars so we would have exhausted every option to do so. Other than them attempting to tack on a $2,900 extended warranty and another fee for a car location system, and then adding those items into
the amount financed, our experience was great. When I asked them to take off those extras because they added up considerably, they did so
with no difficulty.
No pressure and a casual, easy atmosphere. Descent selection of nicer than normal vehicles. We ended up purchasing from a different dealer but it was only because we found exactly what we were looking for. I would check EM out for sure if I were in the market for another vehicle. They had an Aston Martin Lagonda in the showroom.... wild

Hi Gregory. We appreciate your review. In regards to pricing, we have very competitive pricing on ours cars but we also service our cars. The 2002 Lexus SC you were looking at had over $3000 in maintenance performed by our Service Department. We don't just buy cars and instantly sell them with issues so it is unfair to compare an older vehicle like this that needs service to other dealers who are selling cars and maintaining a below average reputation because they don't service them. They never really paid any attention to me did not have car ready to test drove no gas made me wait I left they never bothered to contact me and I really liked the car..

Hi Teresa. The car was low on fuel and as our sales person went to go fill it up for you to go on a test drive (a five minute process), you left. You came back a couple days later but the car was already sold. At Exclusive Motors, we don't just respond to negative reviews with apologies when we weren't in the wrong. Sarah was so patient, kind, responsive and responded quickly. She addressed all of my concerns, did not pressure me and made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommend.

I called about an hour after they texted I was approved only for them to tell me they had sold it right after running my credit, so YMMV with filling out their form on their website which says reserves the vehicle for you. I do understand buyers changing their minds and going ghost, but a heads up would have been nice. When I reached out they said they tried to contact me but that just wasn’t true. They do have a nice inventory though and it seems like they prep the cars well for sale.

experience! Even though the car I wanted had sold
before I could buy it (they even had listed it as in
progress) I tried to see if it was possible even though
it wasn't. They were super easy to talk to, very fast to
make contact, and very, very nice folks to deal with!
In the future I will look to them first when I need a

It was a breeze to deal with this dealer.
No fuss, very direct, very friendly but efficient and fair.
I traded in a Prius for this VW ID.4 and I was very happy with my experience which has not been the case in the
past whether it was independent dealers or large band ones.
This is my first time buying a car and let me tell you it was the most easiest and best experience I’ve ever had. Exclusive motors, really knows how to take care of their customers and actually make you feel like a human being. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience, I would highly recommend buying a car.

Awesome staff. Didn't pursue due to distance, but staff is responsive, cordial.

I really liked the manager as a person, but professionally he didn't want to meet me even halfway on all imperfections on car. Pretty much said the minor cosmetic stuff isn't a big deal. So that turned me off right away. I did like his honesty about other things. I need to close a loan out first he said, if I were able to purchase the car that day we could of made a deal. But because of his take it or leave mentality not going back. Unless they have a car I want and it's to my expectations in terms of value, cosmetics, and milage wise a good buy, they will not see me. After all the customers are more valuable than selling a car RIGHT!!

Richard.... we offered you $1500 off on a $16,000 car for the minor imperfections. Yes, it is true, we cannot fix every minor imperfection on an 8 year old car with 85,000 miles, although it is unfortunate that after all the advice I gave you that you would go and write us a 2 star review. You spent a full day negotiating over extremely minor scratches on the door well and a tiny star in the glass windshield which I said I would replace for you at my cost ($250) considering I already gave you $1500 off on the car. These vehicles have a very strong following and we pay premium's for them. It may seem they are marked up, but I guarantee we don't have more than 10% profit in any of these vehicles. They are just for a niche market. We hope you find the vehicle of your dreams that you can afford.
Horrible half the time you couldn't find anybody. Then they had us standing around all day and I mean all day waiting to see if there was a loan approval or not. We received our news 5 days later that we were not approved. Would have been easier to tell us that day.

This was, by far, my best car buying experience. George (salesperson) was genuine, helpful, and easygoing. Attention to detail and willingness to put the customer first was unparalleled. As an example, after having purchased my vehicle, and although it was around 10pm, George assisted me in problem solving blu tooth connecting my phone to the stereo. I highly recommend this dealership!
