Very Poor Experience — Misleading Pricing and Dishonest Tactics
I discussed a price over the phone with this dealership before coming in. The vehicle was listed at $19,728, and I was told the out-the-door price would be $20,334, including a 1-year warranty. When I arrived at the dealership, the story completely changed — they tried to add nearly $10,000 more on top of the agreed $20,334 price.
Now the same vehicle is listed at $24,669, which CarGurus shows is $3,835 above market value. This is very misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone — they wasted my time and tried to manipulate the price after we already discussed it.

Scheduled a test drive, show up and get ignored until I find out the car is already being test driven. Wait till they get back with no explanation or someone else to help. They proceeded to buy the car under me while the salesman used me to pressure the sale. 0/10 very unprofessional. Got a call afterward blaming me for being early. If you’re a woman do not buy from here they do not respect you.

My experience with Stafford’s was excellent !!!! My Lexus was totaled in an accident and I was determined to replace it with another one. They posted a 2016 Black Lexus and even though it wasn’t the color I wanted the vehicle was beautiful. I traveled there to see it , took a test drive and purchased the vehicle.
My sales person (Lamar) and the staff were wonderful.They made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived and I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking to purchase a vehicle .

Surprise “certification fee” of $4000 because they warranty their cars. Claim they can’t wave it. Car had hood patch issues that sales manager knows they can adjust. I pointed out that the car has for directional tires and two of them are the wrong tires spinning the wrong direction “I don’t know nothing about no arrows on tires”. Then they give me the price by sliding a paper across without saying anything trying to make me take the pen and sign without looking at it.
Pressure sales, shady tactics, hidden fees
Dealer was very responsive but the problem was I live 31/2 hours away I wanted to do the deal on line financing trade in etc then make the drive to see car drive it and buy they ignored my repeated requests and kept asking me to come in for a test drive fine if I lived in the area if your going to sell cars on line you need to accommodate for people who are not in the area really wanted to buy this vehicle but didn’t need to spend a night in a hotel and find out that a deal couldn’t be made very disappointing
My experience as a single woman purchasing a car was horrible at this dealership. After being frustrated at all of the questions regarding my finances after I already made it clear that I would not be financing my vehicle through them, I was then asked a very intrusive question that made it very clear that I would not be doing business with this dealership. After test driving the vehicle that I wanted, the price was astronomically high after a $4,000 certification fee in addition to the taxes, tags and title. My experience overall made it clear that this dealership would not get my money. I went to another dealership and purchased my pre-owned certified car with a 9 year warranty somewhere else!! This place did not make me feel confident in doing business with them.

Dealership is beyond unprofessional. There not up for negotiation. There’s a certified fee of $3,500. I asked for an itemized bill because it sounds like a warranty to me and they refused to give me the bill. They came back saying they could cut the price in half of 3,500. DO NOT GO! If the car is listed as 29k be expected to pay $40k after fees. They don’t want to take anything off.

Great, Deal done within one hour.
I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was interested in a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 with 37,761 miles that was listed online. I even confirmed with Jasmin via email on October 28th that the car was still available. But when I arrived, I was told it had just been sold—literally 10 minutes before I walked in.
This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. They get you to come in with an available car, then claim it’s sold when you arrive. The worst part? The car is still listed as "available" on their website.
I wasted my time, and it’s clear they’re not being upfront about their inventory. I wouldn’t trust their listings or phone/email confirmations. Be careful!
Think before you go to this dealership. They will tell you that a car is available send you avideo of the car. Keep sending you messages to come test drive the car. I had inquired about a 20q6 Range river HSE with 37k miles. They sent me a video and wanted me to come drive it. After 3 days when I called to confirm the availability so I can drive they said cime over. I went and sath for 30 min while the lady who kept texting me kept goingnhere and there and after 39 min told mebthat the vehicle is in workshop and the engine is blow. I was like 37k miles engine blow? would you like to buy something else we have so many vehicles. If they can do this before buying car what would they do after they have sold you a car.

This price goes up already, $21.134 from $19,657 stated previous in the CarGrurus in which I showed it to the finance manager but
she kept ignoring it. Same $21,134. She was not honest and her dealership was terrible I ever had visited

Once I got the final numbers they added for a protective paint coating that raised the price when it was implied that it was included on the car. They later did refund this but I was not happy with the misrepresentation. Bought a car elsewhere.
Terrible this guy is NOT willing to work with you at all and will not hesitate to charge you NON STATE REQUIRED FEES that he will then add to your total price of the vehicle . He charge almost 23k for the car and fees. && that’s not even to mention extended warranty . Horrible experience for sure
Drove two hours to Maryland to buy a BMW and Would have bought the car from this dealership if it weren’t for a mandatory" hidden fee. I asked them to remove it and they refused stating it was non negotiable due to the lifetime power train warranty of which I did not want a surprise $5,999 certificate fee. “Like what”.You can’t advertise a price then expect someone to pay $6,000 more.i Call a few other dealerships in Maryland none had this hidden fee.as a customer you don’t have an option when it comes To this certification and warranty you most accept or walk out with out the car SAD.

Deceiving price practices – the price of the vehicle listed online does not include their mandatory $3500 “certification fee”. Additionally, they didn’t have the car I was interested in and corresponded about for over a week available at the time of my scheduled appointment.

Filled out some paperwork saying I was there with All my vitals for them. Then the car was not there. I was looking for a blue Toyota RAV4 which was in the picture being used to sell the car. I was told to read the fine print because the it was a stock picture they used and not the true vehicle. I did test drive another vehicle while was there but it was not the vehicle as advertised. They also promised the would look in there inventory and get back to me by to no avail. I wanted a 20k car and the tried to sell me a 35k vehicle. I drove an hour plus to see this vehicle and it wasn’t there.

The company is deceitful. The certified cars that they list on CarGurus and related sites, as well as on their own website
(exclusivemotorcarsmd.com) are advertised at a price that includes the car being "Certified". But that certification comes at a $3500 price tag
(about 15% over advertised price), and it cannot exclude it because "it is required in the State of Maryland" as they told me over and over. At
the end they reduced the certification fee to $1500 and threw in a free lifetime drivetrain warranty. I should have walked except the Miata in
the color and configuration I wanted was not easy to find. The paperwork at conclusion of the sale made no reference to the "certification",
and the lifetime drivetrain warranty is a one page generic reference to the underwriter (I think MotorTrend?) with no specifics - not worth the
page it was printed on. While I love the car, I despise the company and the bloated sales manager.

I texted Mr E from this dealership and agreed to go see this car( Lexus 2020RX 350) at 430. when I got there he said the car was still on transit and that they had other two cars they could show me. I said no thank you and left, Of course I will never deal with them again even if they have a “free car giveaway event”. They have zero respect for your time.
Would’ve been driving off the lot if it weren’t for a surprise $5,000 certificate fee they had. You can’t advertise a price then expect someone to pay $7,000 more which includes taxes along with that fee. Give the customer the option for that “certification” guarantee most will decline it.

Very smooth
Horrible experience. Made me and my 9 months pregnant wife drive down to the dealership from Boston under the pretense of the car being ready for us to see, only to get there and have a classic bait and switch done to us. We get there and are told sorry this car is in the shop for sunroof repair and can't be seen today but we hVe other cars you can consider. Save your time. Car is still advertised on their site. 2018 c43. I bet it's still getting repaired two weeks later

Drove a hundred miles to this dealership for a car I saw on car gurus for a very nice price only to be told that you have to buy a service contract for $3000 to $5000. That's a deal breaker, they should put that in the advertisement so people would not have to blow money driving a hundred miles to be told about a $3000 up charge.

Terrible experience buying a car. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My original review was too lengthy, so in short, here were my issues:
1. They could not find the keys to the vehicle for a test drive for nearly 2 hours.
2. You WILL BE CHARGED for an add on package they offer in addition to the listed price. Ranging between $3K-$5K. It is not an option to decline. This is not an extended warranty and also is not a part of taxes and registration fees.
3. They rushed the detailing bc of how long I was there, the service gentlemen were ready to leave for the day.
4. They sold me a car that stated it had defrosters. Entire back window defrosters were broken and they ONLY agreed to replace once I mentioned false advertisement of the vehicle features.
5. Horrible horrible horrible communication.
6. I have a 750+ credit score and my process was still 7.5 hours from start to finish.
Would not recommend this place to anyone to purchase a vehicle!! Will not return

They were friendly and helpful but I couldn't make a deal on the vehicle I wanted. Also, the fact that they automatically include 5yr warranty service in the cost is ridiculous...and they refused to remove it. Most of the features can be covered with your personal insurance plan so you're paying for services you don't need. Seems a bit suspicious to me.

No insurance covers what the Smartcare does, Engine for the life of car, interior surface, and paint protection, fading headlight cleaned, tires and wheels repair, paint and ding repair, windshield repair or replace, Key fob replace, real time location of car. No insurance has these items. We want to make every deal, sorry you thought everyone can get this plan with insurance.

I had one of the best experiences here! To start off, they have great inventory. Second, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I worked with Chris and he was very honest and was willing to work with the budget i was trying to stay within. He was awesome to work with. Once we got into finance, Kyle was informative and very professional. He explained everything throughly no questions left un answered. I cannot emphasize how great of an experience. Kyle and Chris are great to work with! The dealership is great option to shop!
They like to milk people for every cent...wasted my time with a purchase because they wouldn't make the deal unless I financed with them at a higher interest rate than I qualified for.

Over all a good experience. However when I told them what day I was going to pick up the car it wasn't ready. I live an hour away and I don't know why they didn't call me to tell me it wasn't ready to save a trip. The salesman did say he would drive the car to me when it was ready, and he did that. It was much appreciated.
I was only given one key and not two. I went to BMW to get another key made and they said it would cost $550, so that's not happening. I kinda wished they would have gone over some features, but I have learned pretty much what I need to know on my own with the manual.
All in all a good dealership.

I was really disappointed by the dealer. After seeing the car and being excited to
agree on the final price (i.e. taxes, tag, title, etc...) I was shocked when I received
a new price from the dealer that included a few thousand dollars for an "inspection fee" on top of
the original price. I decided not to buy the car from this dealership. I
purchased my car from another more reputable dealership. I hope other future
buyers read the fine print before buying any car from this dealership.

Very Professional and helpful with out of state purchase.
Advertised price is fake, they add 3k for "certifying" the car even though it costs them a small fraction of 3k. But the car they have been advertising for 30+ days had bold tires and was not prepped at all even though they wanted additional 3k for "prepping it". On top of that I was given the keys and price details on a totally different car that I didn't even request by who I can only describe as the least knowledgeable car salesman I've ever met...I honestly don't even understand how this place is still in business.
Classic bait and switch. Called ahead for a car, they said the car was there and in great condition when
i got there, they said they could no longer sell the car i traveled to see. On top of that, they have a
"reconditioning fee" which increases the price of the car by 3k or more depending on the car. Don't

Poor communication. Outrageous lease options. Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about. They tried to lock me in a 60 months lease at $900 a month for a $31,000.00 car. Then I could buy the car at the end of the lease for $8600 and they wanted to put $5k down! It was a horrible experience and a waste of my time.
So rude. I was simply inquiring about a price and
why it had suddenly increased as I had seen the
vehicle on the website for some time. Basically
told me the car was out of my price range without
gathering any of my information. So I went to
another dealer and bought brand new.
Also, they have a certified fee that is additional to
the asking price that they donât mention
anywhere.
Was not allowed to test drive the vehicle but only for 100 yards. Tried to charge me a insanely $5,000 "fee" over the retail price. They
use auto text messaging, and never knew who they were actually texting. I was searching for an Audi, they kept talking to me about a
Lexus. Overpriced and Very poor communication = Lack of customer service.

I went to the dealership to test drive the Jeep. When I arrived they told me that the $10000 lift kit was not included in the price. So a $30000 Jeep was actually a $40000.
I live 8 hours away from this dealership. I wanted to pay the BMW dealership to check the (X5 50i listed for 27,790) to make sure there was no serious issues before signing and buying miles away.. THEY REFUSED TO LET THE VEHICHLE BE INSPECTED. The text messages you get from them are NOT THEM. It is some automated or so they say. It's done this way so they can get out of any communication via text..
THEY WANTED TO ADD 2,000-7,000 dollars to the list price for a fee..
Stay Away from this dealership!!!!

Very quick to get back to me. Reasonable pricing.
The car listed was said to be available. Make the hour drive and there’s a sign saying it’s not for resale. I leave. Call back to understand if it’s for sale or not and they say it is. I asked how much is the dealer fee/inspection. They said it depends and it has to be inspected. 3 days later the car is no longer on any website. What a waste of time and energy.
I couldn’t leave zero stars so one is just so someone can read this.
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had very enjoyable. Imagine I live in New York never visited the dealership/city before and such a great experience. From Sales to Finance department were outstanding, car was priced right, and follow up was exceptional. Zach Green and Alex Were extremely helpful throughout the all process. Thanks again guys. I love my new Mercedes CLA and look forward to working with you again.

We came in for what CarGurus rated as a good deal. But be prepared for a surprise inspection (Certification) fee of $3999 on top of the vehicle price. Car buyers expect a dealer fee nowadays of $299 to $799. But the $3999 Certification fee is a surprise and spoken about as though the car is dealer certified (it is not ).
The “Certification” is supposed to provide lifetime engine and power train warranty with deductible of $100.
But for $3999 You can get your own additional bumper to bumper warranty.
Jack was friendly and so was the original manager who we spoke with. But the 2nd manager made an offer that we were very close to a deal on.
But then last minute he back tracked his offer.
My 2 take always from this dealer are
1 Non Negotiable additional $3999 “ Certification” fee on top of the $499 dealer fee. Minus 1 Star
2 Be prepared for a back track of offers and changing of prices. Minus 2nd star
Otherwise the dealership is nice. People were nice.

Amazing guys....wanted a 2015 GL Benz, apparently Paul was honest with me and told me the vehicle wasn’t certified to their satisfaction and he had an option for me and he ended up pulling a 2017 which honestly was within our budget but in my mind I was like we can’t afford it. Now people think Bill gates is my uncle. My second car am getting from you Paul
In the Dealership Details of the car, they indicate that some cars
require financing through the dealership. I have sent two emails
asking if they were going to require that I finance the vehicle I want
THROUGH THEM? A very easy question to answer. I wanted to
pay cash and it s 50K vehicle. I would think they would want to
sell. Each reply is a "thanks for contacting a great dealership, Blah
, blah , blah. Just not sure what the problem is , but obviously
indicative of more frustrations to come. Its just too easy to
purchase a vehicle another way. Its too bad since I really like the
vehicle, but found another in Florida identical to this one.

I drove an hour and a half to test drive and hopefully purchase a jeep that they have advertised in a picture with off road tires and black rims. I get there and find out that not only are they charging extra for the vehicle as it is pictured but they are charging extra for the lift kit that is already installed on the truck. The price went from 25k to 37k! Who goes to a dealership thinking there will be a 12k difference. That’s almost an extra $300 on a car note. Absolutely ridiculous! 4 hours of my day gone!

I drove 65 miles to Exclusive Motorcars to buy this car and I am glad I did. Everyone was helpful and understand of my particular circumstances and did their best to accommodate me. John McQueen was a pleasure to work with! While I already had financing, he worked hard to get me a better deal. After my purchase, I visited for a small issue that was handled perfectly by Phil. The staff in general are very friendly. While waiting to complete my financing, I had a genuine nice conversation with another salesperson who had nothing to do with the transaction. Went to look at advertised Jeep. The price they list is FALSE. They said all vehicles have a warranty. They add 2500 on the advertised price then they added another 5000 for the wheels. Actual price was 10000 more than listed. They would not sell for advertised price. STAY AWAY. Typical used car salesmen tactics!!

Was very happy with customer service from Kyle. However, felt that financing was deceptive. Was not told about the $1,995 certification charge when it went to financing. Also dealer did not disclose all fees to me from financing. Just had a 1 page deal sheet.
Felt like the dealer was not willing to work with me to try and get a deal work.

I bought a car I left down payment and the car didn't pass inspection, they tried to charge me $ 1500 more for inspection parts and I didn't accept it. I went back to get my down payment. I do not recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could the salesman Ray was decent so 1 Star but the rest of the experience was horrible ...be aware of some driver armor fee $995 they will act as doing you a favor when taking it off..when 995 taken off you lose that service also hidden $1595 certification fee...they will claim they have fee posted on website but they don’t and if they do it’s hidden only fee you can clearly see is $299 dealer processing fee...and the $1595 fee is for them certifying the car but yet the car had electrical issues lights were not working correctly ...not sure how that went un notice threw expensive certification so car would not have been ready an they say they won’t negotiate because pricing is competitive which listed price is but with all the fees it’s really not...in conclusion...doesn’t like doing financing outside of there own finance companies...they will but want you with there’s because they say won’t benefit from yours So no negotiation an BE AWARE of Hidden fees

Save your time. I set up an appointment to go see the car the following day at 11am. Once I got to the dealer at my appointment time I was asked by the salesperson "didn't you get my email, it had to be sent out for re-inspection". When I checked my email it had been sent 20 min before the appointment time, after I drove an hour to the appointment. They wanted me to look at other cars on their lot instead. Classic bait an switch, get you in with a less expensive car and then show you more expensive cars once you arrive. I walked out before they had a chance to show me any of their cars. I contacted another dealer that knows about customer service and am very happy with my new car from them.

I was narrowing down my vehicle selection. It was between the Audi S7, Audi A7 and Porsche Panamera 4. I was out the night before and test drove the Porsche, but it was a rainy evening, so I wanted to test drive again after the Audis. The sales person was wonderful, and we had talked about many options either finding me the perfect car, or what I could do to this one to make it what I want. Everything was great, I liked the dealership and the warranty they offered. But that all changes within seconds after meeting one of the sales managers. When he found out I didn't love any of the cars he basically accused me of wasting the sales persons time. Totally derailing all of the sales persons time and effort. I asked if the price of the one vehicle was negotiable, and he pretty much said no. That left me the one making all the compromises. Bottom line, don't waste your time with this dealership

My car had succumbed to a bent piston. I try to keep my $$$ under a certain budget, and am not a fan of the car buying process.
However, Kyle has helped me change my mind. The process was honest, fair, and we were treated well. We went back and forth and finally decided to purchase from Kyle and Exclusive Motorcars.
Time will tell. But out of the gate, and off the lot, we were treated well and had a very good, and quick experience. Still not a fan of the process. But hopeful for the next time I need a car...Thanks to Kyle.

Terrible. They tried to lure me in with a good deal- then threw on a $2000 fee and then said
the price they quoted me was not valid- because the manager there "did not buy the car
correctly" So the CarGuru "Good deal" turned into an over priced deal quickly.
The only good thing was that I did not waste my time by going to the dealership.

Drove 2 hours for nothing. The Jeep was not to inspection standard rotors are bad engine has a noise car looks hit with some stuff not lined up right. The dealer not even professional. Red flag with a body shop connected to the dealer. Please dont bother.

It was fine, Andrew was very nice. I didn't like that I had to pay the $1995.00 for a warranty. It doesn't do much for me considering the car only
has 40K miles on it and I didn't want to pay for the warranty. They told me it was required and I understand that's how they make their money.
I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership so I probably won't benefit from the free oil change and tire rotation included in the warranty.
All in all the experience was fine and I purchased the car. I only wish they had filled the tank with fuel. Most dealerships do do that.

Most of the cars, although listed on Cargurus, have not been inspected. We looked at one that was listed and it was waiting for a new radiator. The second one had three warning lights that lit up and wouldn’t go out. They said they would check this and call us back. We dug a little deeper and found out the car was in an accident

The dealer was very helpful and made calls to follow up on my search.
I was interested in a particular truck and wanted to pay CASH! I asked the dealer is the price negotiable and he asked me for my price. However at the end of the coversation he basically was not budging from the actually asking price. The truck is a 2012. He basically not honest . Why respond to a question about a deal with " make me an offer" then says NO! A cash purchase on a 9 ydo old truck which was listed as a "Fair "deal and not a "Great deal".

At first I gave this one guy called Marcus 5 stars. As I thought about the process a lot more when I got home I realized that they i.e. Larry ( the guy who contacted me first from this dealership) and this guy who was supposedly assisting me were both out to waste my time. I went in to view the GL450, was told that it was taken to another one of their stores to be sold. Was shown a GL550, was even taken out for a test drive under the premise that my repayments would be the same as what I have now. I then decided to check their inventory, find out that the car that had been taken to the other store to be sold was still showing in their inventory. The car I was being shown was $5k+ above the supposed price. I'd been told too during the test drive that the car was 2016, only to check their website and find out it's 2 years older than that. Piece of advise from a pissed would have been Potential customer.... respect your customers time, gas and credit scores. Moving on with my search. Tx

I was moving across country for a new job and I knew I would need a new car when I got there. I did my research and decided on the make and model of the vehicle I wanted. I got pre-approved at my bank for the maximum I would spend and I had a price range in my head. I went online to Car Gurus to find the best deal within my criteria. I found what seemed to be a good fit. I called Exclusive and was paired with a young man who seemed eager to deal. I explained my circumstances and asked him to keep in touch because it would be about 2 weeks before I could get there and close the deal. Meanwhile, I asked a friend who lives in Maryland to go look at the vehicle to make sure it was okay. She did. She videotaped her experience, which was good. After I finally got to Maryland and went to the dealership, I found out they tacked an additional $4K to the advertised price and would NOT negotiate! That's way beyond tax and tags. It's rip off. Don't go there!

Although this car sold before we got there, they were able to find another car just like it to match our needs. Larry was great at getting my appointment to come see my vehicle. He conveniently set up a test drive and was very professional. Terry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to give us deep onsite on car buying we have never known before. Depending upon which web site you looked at, there were two different sets of exterior pictures (but exact same interior pictures -- including the stain on the door) for the listed car. I called and emailed the dealer several times asking for clarification -- not only on which car was the real vehicle, but also asked for clarification on what features the car had. Got the "run-around" and never did get an answer.
Doesn't seem unreasonable to me that the dealer should know what they are selling; and doesn't seem unreasonable to me that the buyer would like to know what they are buying. Since the dealer is ~ 1 1/2 hours away, Id like to know before going to see the vehicle.

I had several conversations via phone and emails about a particular vehicle. I advised the
salesman that I would be coming from about 5 hours away to purchase the vehicle. I wanted to
make sure that the vehicle was indeed what I was expecting to see in person. I asked several
times if there were any scratches dents dings or any other issues with the body of the car. I
was assured that there were none. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several scuff marks and
scratches on the vehicle that a half blind person would have noticed. The car wasn't prepped
and ready as we had asked before getting there. There was a picture of the car with an all-
wheel badge but the listing was rear wheel drive I had asked about that and never got a real
answer. When i arrived they had pulled offthe all-wheel drive badge off the car and kind of
brushed it off as someone must have just stuck that badge on there for some reason. I was
misinformed the whole time and I wasted a day driving up there for nothing,

The selection of vehicles were great. The response from the sales person was ok. The issue came when I told the sales and finance people that I was pre approved. I was blindsided by being walked into an office with my bank already on the phone and the finance guy asking about the parameters of my loan. Meaning what kind of vehicle was I “allowed” to get I was super offended and should have walked out then.
The next issue cane is the day when I came I’m to get the car the finance guy, without saying hello. Only asked if I brought the check. How unprofessional can you get? I’m not sure they’re used to customers coming in with a check to buy a vehicle but they need to learn from the bigger dealerships on how to be professional.

After my initial contact with one of the Sales representatives the vehicle I was interested in was ready for me to test drive at the time of my appointment, and one and a half hours later I was driving it home! Spoke with 2 Sales Reps. who were very respectful and offered a test drive as well as run some “raw” numbers on a potential car note. However, the Reps. were unwilling to lower the price of the car even though the market value of the vehicle is $2K+ more than the value of the car.

They were slow to respond. I made an offer and waited a while to hear back. When I was contacted, they said someone came in and bought the car. Likely they hold offers and use them as bargaining chips. They can do what they want, just trying to inform a future customer what you might be up against. Give them a time line to turn around your offer.

The worst I haven’t seen this type of dealer service they are westing my time, after I drove 33 mile when I get there they said “the car has been sold out 15min a go”. How it possible with in 15min all process has been done, it doesn’t make sense, because we had Tele conversation and already settled appointment to see the car and one of the sales person confirme our meeting time. I have seen the car at designated location when I was there.
This is unprofessional, and lack of transparency and honesty.

If I could give ten stars I would Eric (salesman)and Mark(finance manager) were great. I was not able to get my mother the car we had gone in for. Had gone in to get 2006 Lexus. We had multiple better options given to us 2012 Lexus which I had not even considered didn't want a car payment. They were so good at that willingness to get the best deal possible that I decided it was best option to go with a newer car. Car was for my mother for Mother's Day. She decided on a 2015 Sonata. She is very happy with her car and my payments are only $150 per month. Thanks guys unbelievable job.. I would definitely recommend this dealership.. I purchased from this dealer. They tried to charge me a slightly different price than listed online. Ultimately settled on the online price but acted as though it was a discount (therefore a deal). When I realized I had only 1 key fob and asked for the other one, I was told I had to pay for it bc I already received a discount. I count it as my fault but I thought it was a bit shady. I am satisfied with my purchase overall and that's what matters most.

The dealership (Kenny Walker) was extremely prompt and helpful. He responded quickly to my initial email then followed up with a call. I didn't schedule an appointment and went in unannounced just to see the vehicle I was interested in. Mr Walker was able to show me my initial vehicle and several more that were similar and in my price range. He didn't hassle me or make me feel rushed into purchasing a vehicle. He also did a fantastic job following up which made me feel like I was important almost like a friend would do. Their inventory is expansive and the overall experience was great. We put a deposit on a vehicle with the intention of purchasing it five days later. They called us after four days and said they sold the vehicle to someone else, claiming it was against protocol to accept a deposit. They blamed it on their rookie manager approving the deposit, which he wasn't supposed to do. We had to start from scratch on our vehicle search. Very unprofessional.

I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life.
All I was doing was trying to buy a car from them and I could
not get them to call me back to let me know what features the
car had. The first time I dealt with someone they were supposed
to send me a video since it was a out of state sale and he would
not get back to me so I started to talk to someone else, when I
asked about the car, he sent me pictures of three different car
remotes, not even the one I was talking about. So I went to the
manager so I can get the correct information and James the
manager gave me the runaround for five days telling me he will
call me back in 30 minutes and never would call me back he
said that he had a call out to people to ask if the car had
navigation, sunroof, and remote start. Couldn't he find that out
for himself if the car was there? I felt like such a jerk calling
James every day, just for him to tell me he was busy and he
would call me back in 30 minutes and he would never call me
back... like I was bothering him trying to buy this car???? I've
been trying to buy this car for 2 weeks now. I will take my
business elsewhere because I will not be treated with such
disrespect from just trying to give them my $$$. All I wanted to
know was if it had navigation, a sunroof and remote start then
my cash was theirs!! Easy as that! I will be getting a hold of
upper management as well because if that was my business I'd

I don't like car buying so I was skeptical and having talked to a bunch of dealers, I was not very impressed but I needed a car for my wife. When Muna C got in touch with me, I noticed a level of professionalism that was missing from the other guys. The price was competitive and when I got to the dealership I found other vehicles that I liked and ended up buying something better that they just got in. At an awesome deal too. They have a great inventory and these guys exceeded my expectations. Will go back to them in the near future when I need another car.

There is an advertised price (which I was happy with)....then there was a
dealer processing fee of $599 ( which I think is excessive, but at least
comparable to many other dealerships.....like it or not).......but THEN, the
dealer said that there is an additional $1595 fee for:...... (and I quote
because I have it in writing)...."covers the following: engine oil and filter,
power steering fluid, windshield fluid, engine coolant, brake fluid, brake
pads, suspension, drive train, engine, transmission, vehicle etc." This is
said to be on their website somewhere.
$599 processing + $1595 reconditioning added to the advertised price is
unacceptable. At least I got this information from them before I wasted
my time. If Exclusive motors wants to reply, I was dealing with Rolland
and I saved the text.

This dealership had one price online and another at store. When told about it, they said there was a disclaimer on the site showing cash price. I told them that this website they did not have a disclaimer and should have honored the price and they said sorry and the trade amount was too low. I was able to come back to PA and get what I wanted and paid the price that I wanted also! Be very careful! If dealerships don't want reviews like this, they should cover ALL basis! I find it hard to believe that a dealer would require a $1000 deposit on a credit card plus a check for the full price in order to do a test drive as I plan to pay cash for a vehicle. I can understand a deposit, but a check in advance for the full amount prior to a test drive. Ridiculous practice. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and have never encountered anything like this.

dishonest. After I drove 30 miles
to get there, I wasn't shown
another vehicle. When I told the
salesperson that's not the vehicle

I was hoping for honesty, and did not receive it. Since I was
shopping for a particular vehicle and found that there was
one at Exclusive Motorcars LLC, in Baltimore, I spoke with
the salesman and asked him to walk the vehicle and see if
there was anything wrong with it visually. When he called
back he stated that there was nothing wrong with it, and
that he had driven it that morning.
The dealership was about 1300 miles from where I live, so I
was making arrangements to fly in and view the 335i and
take if for a drive. But before doing this, I wanted to speak
to the Manager or Owner to make SURE the price stated in
the ad was going to be the price to drive it away, other than
licensing it in Oregon, since I have a residence there, and
there are no sales taxes in Oregon. The manager, who
seemed to act as the owner, but I don't know that to be a
fact, stated that the price shown would be the final price,
other than license and title fees. In Oregon the fees would
be about $180. When they sent a purchase order they had
raised the price of the car $90, plus they had added a "fee"
of $299, which is not a legal requirement, plus were going to
charge $272 for title and registration. If you want honesty in
dealing, don't go to Exclusive Motorcars, LLC in Baltimore,
MD. If you do and get burned or played, don't say you
weren't warned.
