Asked salesman to validate if the vehicle had heated seats. put me on hold then came back with a yes. I specifically told him that was important to me as I do quite a bit of driving in the northern states. Drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive the truck only to find out it did not have specifically what I had called for. Waste of my time. Never again.

I was very interested in the 2021 BMW X6 M50i and thought we were
working on closing the deal (salesman was to call me back w/ more
details)... Waited to hear back from Excel Auto Lounge and never got a
response. Next day I noticed the price on the BMW was now higher than
the advertised price we discussed earlier. Reached out to Excel hoping
to finalize the purchase, and again no response.
Oh well, their loss... It led me to finding my dream car - a Mercedes-
Benz GLE 63 S AMG 4Matic Coupe 5.5L loaded with everything
imaginable and more! Thank you Excel!
Found a car i liked. Said they could get me into it no problem. Ran my credit. Said they would call with numbers. No response. Sent messafes. Stay away from this sketchy carlot.ask questions then get talked to like you were 5. Let me tell you this and that

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The salesmen were extremely pushy, trying to force me into buying extra packages they claimed were “required by the bank” in order to get the car, completely untrue. They also lied and told me the warranty “came with the car” and could not be declined. Another lie.
they rushed me through the paperwork, making me sign contracts to see the manager David . The salesmen Kevin asked me to show him the money on my purse to be sure If I have it . A car for 44k they added 20 thousand dollars on extra packages be careful with them completely scam .

Jerry, the sales person that contacted me was very polite in his text messages and offered to answer all of my questions. However he answered none of them. He failed to send me the cost sheet that I requested and also failed to send me the walkaround video of the vehicle which he offered to send in the first place.
Contacting this dealer is a total waste of time
They would have gotten a 5 if they did what they said they were doing. Over charged the vehical. Then the expidition sat for one week and Noone worked on it and they lied about working on it. Got my money back. Man waisted my time and u hurt my wife's feelings because it was a surprise. Thank for messing that up too.
Salesperson, Kevin, was very nice, his manager however was not. Manger would not speak with us. And told us that because we had our own financing and would NOT be financing through the dealerships bank, he would have to charge us an additional 2500.00 to the price of the car. Very poor business practice, would NEVER buy a car from this dealership.
Terrible! Went in person and didn’t accept my offer and just let me walk away without negotiating. Called back a couple of months later and spoke with a nice young lady who then transferred me to the same sales guy and then all of a sudden started adding more and more dees to the car and telling me it doesnt meet the payoff amount. Like are you kidding me? The car had two previous owners and the car isnt paid off??? What a way to be rude and not even try to negotiate. Car was up to $13k and the offer i gave them was nearly close to 19 with all fees. Didnt even want it. They wanted more. Just terrible.

prices on online is not the price in-person they do that to get you in the door .They will call you text you out the door prices witch is a lie when you get there its a completely different price .The corvette z06 is not for 45,990 its for 55,899 its in horrible condition inside and out the engine is leaking everywhere the suspension is tossed almost all there cars are Bad STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 9/7/25

The sales guy, and manager are great! However the account guy is a very difficult person to deal with. He kept adding all sorts of fees without any explanation . I think they deliberately lower the prices online, but jack up the prices when you get to the dealership. It will be good to have them list a car on factual price off the lot.
Total shit experience, hidden fees, outrageous financing, $350 a month car and they wanted $598, NY and Jersey can get away with taxing you on stuff they shouldn’t and fees. Only 1 employee was willing to help me over the course of 6 days, a lot of “We are working on it” and “we are waiting for this and that”. Yelp shows them at 30% and lower and there is a reason. Avoid this car deal ship at all cost and the one employee who actually gave a crap, go work for someone who would appreciate your effort.

Too many text and incessant phone calls. It is too much. You guys gave him my number and they call every day sometimes 2-3 times daily.
The absolute worse experience of my life. Scum of the Earth, everyone in there is in bad fitting, cheap clothing which should’ve been the first red flag. They never wanna show you real numbers, their car don’t pass inspections, and they keep you there for hours rambling about nonsense. Please don’t waste your money here
My rating is negative 10 but I had to put 1 star for
this to be posted. They are super tricky with their
wording and will say whatever they need to say
in order to get you there. This particular minivan
was $12,000 at first online, then you go to the
dealer and they have a $22k price tag which I have
no idea what that’s about. Then I agreed to buy the
vehicle and they added $3k to my cost because I
was paying cash and not financing with them, so I
had to make up that difference. Just when I thought
I had heard it all, smh.
Horrible experience. Both the “salesman” and the manager had no idea where the keys to the car were. I came in on a Saturday, and apparently the one inventory guy who ‘might’ know where the key was, was not at the dealership that day nor could they be reached via phone, and I was told that the soonest this individual would come in would be the following Monday. Yet the “salesman” was still trying to finesse me into a deal that day without even being able to test drive the car not being able to take it home that day. So many good cars at this dealership, yet none of them will be sold with incompetent and unorganized employees like Aron the “salesman” and the manager. A whole hour and a half drive wasted due to incompetence. Do not waste your time at this dealership.

I was drawn in by an online listing, but when I arrived, the price had inexplicably increased by $10,000. When I asked about the difference, instead of explaining or honoring the original listing, they tried to offer me even worse deals with much longer financing terms. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I left feeling misled and disrespected. I strongly recommend verifying everything in writing before visiting, or better yet, avoid this place altogether.
Cam in there looking for this car to test drive. The manager on the phone said it will be out on the parking lot waiting for you when we got there everyone ignored us like we were not even there for 10mins straight. Which is fine I like to inspect what I know about on my own.Not only then an employee came out with braids of light skin complexion came and said “We can run credit , if you’re credits right!” Out loud for everyone to hear. Ignored him and went on further inspection and the car has cracking aged leather seats, overall the car looks dirty. If could give no stars I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHATSOEVER.

This is the worst dealership I have ever deal with. Deceived me to come all the way from Long Island New York only to be told to sit down that they getting the key. At the end of the day after 40 mins. I was told the Towtruck coming with the car is not coming till Wednesday. They started showing me another car. I have to drive back two hours plus. The worst experience ever. They feel like selling you a car and talking yo you is a waste of time.
Never go to these people, they just wait for you to come in so they can rip you off.
They are rude and inconsiderate and the charges are way higher than what they post online.
The experience was pretty bad. The salesperson was nice but they added extra 5000 dollars over the sticker price for a maintained package. I told them I don’t need the package but the salesperson told me I’ve to get that, apparently that’s mandatory. Also the car was in a bad condition so they were willing to fix the car but I have to split the cost of fixing the car. I don’t know how that makes sense. So they added another additional 1300 dollars so the car was over $22000 out the door price whereas it is listed as $14000. Be aware check all the prices before you visit them.

Awful experience! This car has a leaking sunroof ( soaked in the upper back passenger side in the back ) with terrible staining all on the roof. I drove 1.5 hours and was told they could work with me on price ( never was honest about the serious leak issue! I would have NEVER went ) and made arrangements for my child with special needs as I took 4 hours of my day to look at this vehicle.Theb they had the audacity when I asked them to fix the damage or guarantee they would to UP the pricks on me!
Don’t waste your time. Find a more reputable and honest dealership with better customer service.

They do contact you!!! However watch out for the bait and switch!!! I contacted the Excel Auto Lounge about there vehicle. They said hey it here did you want to set up an appointment to come and check it out!! I said yes let make it for Saturday coming @1:30pm, however imma be coming in from outta town what train station is closest to your dealership. They told me the station closest to them and the said that they will send me an Uber to get there!!! Perfect!!! However I didn’t quite feel confident that the car was still going to be there by time I get up there, so the next day I called them again and asked can I move up my appointment to Thursday @1:30/2 they said yes. I then asked them “what car am I asking about” they said the 4 door Jeep and we going to make sure that we don’t double book appointments for this vehicle because I was coming from the DMV area!!! By time I got off of work I checked my email and found out that the vehicle was sold!!! My ticket is already paid for!!!
I want to be very clear. I am a salesman, that is my profession. To be a good salesman, you have to add value to the sale item, lay everything out on the table, then convince that person that the worth of that item is more than keeping money in their pocket. I run a successful business in sales and I am honest with what I do. What Excel Auto Lounge does is slimey, unprofessional, and dishonest. The sales price online apparently is only if you lend through them. If you don’t, it’s an immediate extra $1,600. Instead of negotiating to a lower price, every time we talked except the very last time they increased the price due to some crazy reason. This “$13,900” car was going to be almost $18k when all was said and done. Also, if you’re seeing this about the 2016 White Honda Pilot, they will try and convince you everything is okay but the transfer case on it has a problem. He was rude to me today when I wanted to buy a car. I called them and asked to tell me the final price, and they said they didn’t know for sure and that the price listed on the website is the price they are selling it for. I just wanted to know what the actual price would be, but he started yelling at me and asking why it matters and who I am
His name was Adam, and his behavior towards customers was very negative. I wanted to buy the car, but I don’t understand how they operate in the market. I’m not sure why they haven’t been shut down by the authorities yet
Mandatory, hidden dealer fees (not state fees) increase the sales price by a minimum of $3000 over the
advertised price. Here's a sample that I was presented with: $1100 transportation fee, $899 dealer
documentation fee, $899 for some anti-theft tracker, $799 for a dealer protection package (useless in my case),
and a few other charges of over $500. The price that was advertised and promised by the salesperson by text in
advance of my visit was $28,795. If I wanted to buy the vehicle, the actual sales price would have been over
$33,000 before tax and tags.
I told the salesperson I didn't want to drive several hours if I didn't know the sales price first. He assured me it
would be the $8,795 advertised price. After some additional, after-the-fact research, I found that this is the
normal sales practice for the Excel Auto Lounge.

Very nice at first… but then aggressive when it was time for me to leave because i had to go to work and i was already there for 3 hours and got nowhere . Not to mention they’re selling a car that should’ve been totaled and thrown away smh the car is only worth 5k if anything and they’re selling it for over 11.
Do your homework before going ….
Drove an hour and a half to find the truck I was looking to buy had multiple engine misfire was running like crap, also I looked underneath and the frame was mostly rotted out in multiple spots and one spot very bad half the frame is gone and that was a week or two ago I still see the truck posted up here crazy and belongs in a junkyard or for a parts truck or someone who wants to do a full frame swap...ask them to thoroughly check anything before aasting your time there like I did.
Please don’t ignore these reviews! I ignored someone else’s review and the exact same thing that happened them happened to me. They reel you in with a suspiciously low price but then hit you with these packages that you don’t even need. I went in for a car that was listed at 31,947 and it went to 42,000! How does that make sense? Please don’t wast your time. I drove 50 minutes for no reason.
Extremely poor customer service. Initiated communication through CarGurus and then I received the initial call back from their initial customer service who is not a salesperson and never could even speak to a salesperson. One of the most frustrating and worst customer experience. They must do better because this is absolutely unacceptable.

I've bought over 60 cars in my life. Currently own 12.Bought beaters costing 3 figures and exotics costing 6 figures.They include new-used.
From private individuals,new&used car dealers.Dealers need to make a profit or they'd be out of business.I don't begrudge them making a
profit. I do my homework before I buy a car.I don't waste time going to dealers, private sellers to negotiate.I do everything by phone-
electronically.I tell them exactly where I'm coming from.Whether I'm financing,cash,trade no trade. Not interested in any after market
anything. No extended warranty,appearance packages. All I want is the car. I ask for their 1 and only price they want me to pay to give me
the keys to drive it off the lot.Price includes,sales price,tax,tags,all dealer added fees,If I agree with the #, I'll show up. If looks/drives as
represented-I buy it. The end. If not I walk. Excel called/texted/emailed repeatedly but refused giving me a # unless we "negotiated in front
of the car". No #-no deal
Pricing listed is $10,000 less than the actual price of car. They charge tons of fees that they claim are required by the state. Also the financing manager was extremely rude. The sales rep didn’t even know how to explain the fees which was the best part. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from here. I also let everyone I know in the area to avoid this dealer. This is a predatory dealership that preys on those with low income and poor credit rating. I believe the reason they didn’t like me was because I had cash and they weren’t able to take advantage of me.

When they wrote up the financing they buried
my deposit , tacked on ghost fees for the

month for a 13 Mazda CX-9. A lot of the cars
have rust because they are sourced from NH,
Maine upstate New York. Check the car fax.
Waste of time, I came back twice I was told
by a sale rep to leave the dashing was at and
head down the owner would make a deal.

Pathfinder for 6k down at $260. If you are
looking at this Armada I saw it before it hit the
lot it needed extensive body work with
bumper damage from front end/ side accident
and body dents not on carfax and it clunked
on hard turns. Itâs all makeup job not a good
truck.

Very dishonest, they will try to add 10k or more on fees and warranties. I was reassured they didn’t have any hidden fees over the phone but once I got to the dealer he added close to 12k to the original price.

I'm going to start by saying that I am not one leave reviews on anything good or bad, but
like my daughter I feel traumatized by this experience. I am leaving 1 star because you
cannot leave a review without stars, my daughter went to this dealership yesterday to see a
car that was listed at 7,897, she contacted the dealership prior to going to ensure that car
was still available and that was the correct price, she also asked if there was a difference in
price if she paid cash, as she was 1hr away and her dad was meeting her there he is 2hrs
away, they told her that was the price and that they can negotiate when she arrives, she
and my husband arrived, the car was great she loved the car, she thought she found her
car, started negotiation: the car price $7,897+Resale fee $2,987+ protection plan $3,942 =
$14,826 + tax, MV, DOC, Desk fees??????? Excuse me???!!!! did she not call the day
before and confirm the price, WTF?!?!? I have never experienced anything even remotely

On Sat. Apr 13, 2024, I stopped at this dealer to see this 2015 NISSAN Armada, VIN:5N1BA0NE0FN612054. It has been listed at this dealer for over 200 days. I didn't make an appointment I just showed up. After going to look for the SUV, The sales rep came back with a list of seven (7) vehicles. The bottom four were crossed off, one of them was the car I was looking for. He said the SUV was not on site that it was in transit from wherever they bought it from. Well that don't make any sense to me since it's been on his site for over 200 days meaning it's in the showroom or at the dealer. I was very upset since I driven 40 miles from Northeast Philadelphia to see this vehicle. My rating for this dealer would be a zero.

Made them aware of the arrival time, ensured me the car will be ready for the visit. After driving over an hour, never showed us the car and told us the car has issues therefore you can look at other vehicles. How can you not know prior to my arrival that the car has issues but have me come there with the sole purpose to sell me a car that you want.

Very horrible they said that the price shoen under every car is the down payment. They lie on the phone to get you to come in, they are charging 7,000$ for the taxes of nj. They lie about warranties, if you want to pay cash for a vehicle they charge tripple the amount of the vehicle. They want 12,000$ for this vehicle. It was the worst car buying experience that I ever had, and that is know exaggeration! The atmosphere and
staff were very unprofessional. The prices were increased and changed from what was originally advertised.
The SUV that I purchased had not been made ready for sell. In other words so much work was needed that I
care to mention. Please learn from my costly mistake and avoid this dealership.
I talked to two gentleman at this dealership for 4 days back and forth about a particular car and they were nice but told me lies all along… I drove 7 and half hour to the dealership and 30 minutes prior before I get there and when I got there they told me the car was sold an hour ago although they were not open an hour ago ??? I got there 15 minutes after they open on Saturday January 6th 2024. And when I confronted the gentleman he has nothing to say but keep repeating that he has more cars in the back ??? Do not deal with this dealership they are bunch of liars, I will complain to BBB of New Jersey about these practices…. Stay away from these guys.

They sent me the carfax for the vehicle. It was clean
Flawless buying experience. Chatted with Rob, talked about the car, got financing. Flew into Montrose and he picked me up at the airport. We got back to the dealership, I signed my paperwork, and I was headed home. I was in the air longer from Denver to Montrose than I was held up at the dealership with paperwork. Vehicle is exactly what I wanted for a significant amount less than local. Would recommend working with them any day.
An excellent dealership with a large selection of cars, clean and
comfortable. A wide assortment, reasonable prices, everything is
transparent. Convenient location. We bought two cars for
ourselves, one for trips out of town and the other for work.
Definitely a 5+! They also quickly solve financing issues. I signed a
good loan agreement.
Didn’t want to take my issues to this app, but I figured if this helps it helps. Long story short salesman David (excellent) will work with you all the way through and try and make it right, management (very poor) finance manager RYAN stood up and told his fellow colleagues I was a waist of time, literally in those words and I heard it all. Of course he said my name but I won’t put it up here, I mean the car had a dent in the hood, radio doesn’t work and needs to be re-programmed, cup holder badly stained and can’t be removed, the boot is damaged with looks to be left over white paint idk, both storage space behind the passenger and driver seat are broken, etc I’m not bragging I’m just stating the obvious. We all have our ups and downs as people and with the winter approaching we try to get a car cause most we have jobs and families, but this management obviously will not hesitate to let everyone they work with and the lobby know you’re not worth it. Save your money and time.

Great experience
I drove 3.5 hours from long island to NJ to see the vehicle. The appointment was made by Adam at the dealer for 1pm. I got there and asked to see the vehicle but the vehicle was in their service department. I saw it and requested a test drive. The dealer told me I would have to wait foe 30-45 minutes while they finished the service. I waited for over 3 hours with story after story until I overheard one of the associates say the car's engine computer was bad and had to be programmed. There was no transparency on the dealer's part. I was not satisfied with the service received

This dealer is the worst dealer. They added the price car for 13497 dollars. They don't care about costumer. I drove 1 h 47 miles to reach the dealer. At the dealer the car price becomes 19 000 dollars cash, 5000 deposit 748 dollars for 3 years finance. It's a shame. It's a crime

I made arrangements to see a vehicle on a Saturday, a day in advanced. I confirmed the morning of, then updated the team via text when I departed so they’d have my ETA. I then drove an hour and a half just to be told the vehicle wasn’t there because it was “the owners favorite” and he took it. He lives an hour away so I’d have to come back Monday if I wanted to see the vehicle. I called back in a left with a staff member that I needed to speak to the GM about what happened but no one has ever contacted me. The price has since dropped. They could have sold it to me at the prior price had they not completely wasted 3 hours of my Saturday then blown me off.
If I could give this dealership a 0 star I would. Stay away and do not waste your time. Internet
prices are not the sale price, after wasting 2 hours of my time there thinking I am getting a car
for the price shown as the owner stated it was. They add over 3,000 to the final price for their
mandatory warranty purchase, but do not tell you that when you get there to look! They have
only been there since July 2023, per the owner Sal and want to give you a 1 year warranty,
what a joke this place is..
Called and confirmed that the vehicle was in the shop so I drove two hours to see the car when I got
there. I met a very rude and tall white dude who tried to show me another car that was not what I was
looking for and when I kept asking him where is the car I was calling for he told me it was sold and I
figured they never had some of those cars and they just post it and tell you they have to lure customers.

This dealership sold the Escalade before I made it to our scheduled appointment. My son drove me Harrisburg Pa., 2 hour drive. They called me 20minutes before, but never said they sold the car.
I drove for about an hour, during the trip the salesman call me to confirm my appointment for the car we previously talk about. When I arrived at time, another salesman who attend me said that the car for I asked for and I was interested in, was sold. They didn’t tell me before to avoid my waist of time and money. Very disappointed.

picked it up . Got the car home check engine light was on . Cost $2700 to fix , mechanics found
parts zip tied and epoxied to the engine while fixing it. That is how they fixed it for me . I

After researching used cars and searching around I purchased a vehicle on 5/4/19 from Ideal that they told me had no accidents and had a clean CarFax report.
I got the vehicle home and guess what, my local mechanic/body shop looked at it and told told me it had been in a accident. It had body work done to the passenger side front and rear doors. They lied to me! It looked in perfect condition but it was not. I have contacted them to make this right. See what happens.

Sorry you feel this way, but after reading your transcript nobody 'evaded' your questions. We provide free carfax reports that show entire history to be completely transparent with our customers. We don't get detailed information of incidents from multiple years in the past.
Had the car for 1 month and transmission has to be fixed! My warrant that i paid for was never noted for so now im screwed! And they dont care! They sold their car so thats all they care about. Treated like royalty to buy the car then as a peasant when you need help!

We chose to go here precisely because of the good reviews we read on here so I'll
pay it forward by adding my own. We had a particular model we were looking for and
found one on Car Gurus at this location. We had looked at a “great deal” at another
location but it turned out to be damaged and the dealer fees were outrageous. After
that I made sure to read the dealer reviews before wasting my time. The price listed
for the vehicle we wanted at this dealer was average but I figured since they were
reputable I'd avoid the headaches. Rafael was our rep and was honest and
competent. We got the price down a bit and they arrange the financing and gave
good advise about it as well. Plus, no dealer fees! So it turned out to be a pretty
good deal after all. When we test drove the car it had a slight shake at highway
speed which I attributed to an unbalanced wheel. They took it into their shop on
premises and advised us it was the rotor and then installed two new rotors and
washed it for us.

had known in advance. Otherwise they worked hard to try to find financing for me and were
good to work with.
Great deal! Great truck at a great price! Well worth the drive. They were really nice, Jules, Carlos and I feel bad not remembering his name but he did all of our paperwork. I will say, this was the first place that didn’t detail or fill the gas tank though. Overall great experience and would definitely buy from again! Those little issues are not deal breakers for us.

Great vehicles, but i experience bad attitude when i asked about how many banks they work with and that was a deal breaker for me. I asked all the dealerships that question, especially when it's a vehicle I'm serious about purchasing. That question was no reason to catch an attitude. Even though he caught himself and calmed down, but like i said. That was uncalled for, no dealership ever responded or act like that when i asked that question before SMDH. It's a million dealerships to choose from, so please treat your customers like they could've went anywhere else, but i choose you. And you wouldn't lose any customers.

I wanted more information about the car than they could provide. The car was damaged in an accident and repaired prior to their purchase.The car has a salvage title in PA. I

My wife and I found a car on CarGurus that matched exactly what we were
looking for. We traveled all the way from Philly to an SUV that was in our
budget and fit our needs. Everything was very smooth, but was very
frustrated when I was looking over the paperwork the next day and realized
they snuck in a $400 fee. That is honestly the only thing that went wrong, we
were ready to get out of there and just missed it. My only advice is to make
sure that they do not sneak a fee in there.

Salesman, was rude, and when I went to test drive, nobody came out to talk with me. The car was listed as no issues, and one accident. It looked like it was poorly put back together, and pieces of the interior were missing. I wouldn't waste your time with this place, if they put such little effort into the vehicles, yet are asking TOP DOLLAR, for it.

We price all of our cars fairly and provide a free car fax on all of our vehicles. A previously reported minor accident does not mean the vehicle has issues. We service all our vehicles before offering them for sale. I am confident that the only reason a salesman would not go out side right away, would be if he is assisting multiple customers. Our salesman have on average 15 to 20 years experience, and would not allow a customer to test drive without going with them. I wish I could give this zero stars . It was the worst dealership and very very very shady . Spoke to sales representative for several days about a car and I should've trusted the vibe I got that they were pulling the wool over on me. We drove an hour to get there and the sales representative knew we were on our way . When we got there coincidentally someone was there buying the car cash which is what we had too. They still let us drive the car in front of the people purchasing it , Which was extremely odd . After driving the car and realizing it was not a very good quality car, we decided we would drive something else . I mentioned to Herman that he should've called us so we didn't waste our time driving far and he berated me in Fromt of a show room of people for saying that . I should have believed all the bad reviews I read about them . They will try to defend themselves to this email by writing back with a bunch of lies which will not be true . The one thing I learned after visiting them is to trust the loyal, kind, honest dealerships near my house and was able to compare that they were overpriced with poor quality cars compared to what I was getting . Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unethical people and if my husband was in the room when he saw how they talked to me It wouldn't have to been pretty. Pretty classless, trashy and unprofessional.

Low-level auto dealership. Cars are not kept clean, accidents not openly noted, test car smelled musty and mildewy. Additionally, the financing options are excessively expensive and over market range. This might be why they list the cars so cheaply as they make up for it with high interest rate financing.

I called in to inquire about the 2010 VW CC and all my questions and concerns were immediately addressed. The contact turn around time was phenomenal. My Salesman was Jason who was very knowledgeable about any car I asked about. I actually ended up driving away in a much more luxurious car than I could of ever expected.
