Avery was a great salesman as far as I'm concerned. No pressure whatsoever. I emailed - I had a form letter email response within an hour on Father's Day. I responded by phone which was the first contact I had with Avery. I let him know what I was interested in- confirmed it was available and what time I'd be there. The car was right in front when I arrived ready to be test driven. It was as described exactly. I was very happy it didn't take long for me to make the decision I wanted to purchase the vehicle. There was no haggling with Avery, he was so easy going, so low-key, no pressure. I do feel that as far as the financing considering the price of the car and the amount that I put down on it they could have made a better deal as far as my trade in -they weren't willing to do anything more than the initial offered. But really overall I had such a pleasant experience I really don't have any complaints especially regarding Avery!! Even afterwards I contacted him and he was awesome.

What a nightmare. I used CarGurus to go in preapproved to dealership. 1.) I HAD TO FIGHT FOR MY PREAPPROVED FINANCING I spent over an hour fighting for the financing that i walked in with, choosing to decline their in-house offers of financing as they didn't work for me. I should not have had to fight with the hot/cold personality salesman as hard as i did. 2.) I came back 2 days later to test drive. The empty tank light is ON when we leave the lot. When I asked about the transmission issues i noticed, I was brushed off completely and told I'm sure its fine, we can look at it Monday when you come back (for a proper detailing since i found food and trash in car). 3.) The car BROKE DOWN on the way home. Turns out they had to replace the transmission. These cars are NOTORIOUS for over-heating and transmission issues turns out and they didn't care enough to pay attention to listen to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE

John was helpful allowed me to test drive car, didn't complain that I had gotten car a some what dusty when testing the 4 wheel drive. Gave me a copy of the carfax type report (don't recall which company) He was not pushy. let me know the next morning that the car had sold so I didn't waste an hour driving back to test compression as I had planned. Overall a good experience.

Lynn helped me find, drive, and purchase a vehicle. She was quick to reply to my questions and has even helped me after the fact with DMV concerns. Very happy!

By far the worst dealer or actually stealer I have ever dealt with looked at a rig they had priced 180 under low blue book value would not negotiate price they said its marked 8k under kbb low my rig was 16,400 kbb low end and in excellent condition all around offering me 5k and had not even seen the truck yet very crooked people

Called about vehicle salesman said vehicle was being serviced for some warranty issues . When I called them back after waiting a couple of weeks the vehicle had been sold w/out so much as a phone call that the vehicle was back on the lot for me to come test drive . Not a good selection of trucks either , mostly gassers with minimum options . I wouldn't recommend them .
