Kelly Bader reached out to me and was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating with showing me the vehicle remotely in more detail. We weren’t able to come to an agreement on numbers for this deal, but I will absolutely consider trying them on another vehicle again in the future.

Evergreen Ford made buying this car easy. George (sales) communicated well, the finance manager (Cameron) was honest and efficient. I negotiated my trade and purchase entirely is email, showed up with agreed terms, test drive the car, and drove home in it an hour later. Great experience.
Evergreen Ford team is a great job. The entire experience was pleasant and stressless. The sales and finance team worked to meet our specific needs. Their communication after the sale was just as great.
The whole team at Evergreen is just great.
Evergreen Ford has my highest recommendation.

We spoke with a salepersons about a vehicle we were interested in, told him we would be in a different day, but ended up heading in that same day due to a change of plans. When he realized who was looking at the car, he told us that he was confused because he didn't think he had "any money coming in tonight", which was a weird way to start the interaction.
We went on a test drive and started negotiations for the vehicle. Both he & sales manager would not budge on the price, they only kept changing the amount of our down payment or the length of the loan in order to "get closer to what i wanted to pay per month". They must have taken us as young, inexperienced car buyers, thinking we would not notice what they were doing. By the end of our talk the sales manager was flat out telling us to "Just buy the car. Do it." We left with a very sour taste in our mouths & a desire to never do business with them.

Didn’t appreciate that the car sales rep told me o had to put $ down so I didi, later my bank told I was approved with no money down. Other than that process was quick and efficient.
Issues at the onset. Then within an hour of me going to get lunch to review the numbers and make my decision, the salesman (that clearly didn’t care for me) sent me a text that the car sold. I asked him why he didn’t let me know. Said he didn’t know. Then I emailed the GM because of how I was handled and the salesman STILL took zero responsibility. By the way- the car evidently wasn’t sold and remains on their lot today at a LOWER price than what I offered. Should I take that personal???
What a disappointment as far as buying experience for me- and loss of sale for them. I took my business elsewhere.
The 1 star is for the GM who at least emailed me back. Too bad the ball was dropped again.
Why send me an email with an “updated lower price” on a car I was told already sold out from under me?
Sheesh.

Easy no pressure transaction
Best car buying experience ever. I emailed the dealer, and Chris Reade emailed me back, including a video he made while walking around the car. We negotiated the price via email. I told him I only had an hour to come to the dealership and pick up the car - I didn’t have a trade or need financing - could he make it happen? He said he could, and kept his word.

The price you advertised at $38,700 originally, deakeri said they had no idea about this price. Then you advertised it at $39,000 & something, & they said they didn't Know anything about that. Dealership said it was $43,000 : something. Really?

Got an immeadiate email from them. Salesman wanted to talk right away. Then nothing. We filled out an online financial from thier website. We heard nothing back. I followed up with a couple emails to the sales person and still no response. We are currently buying at a different dealership.
I worked with both Gary on phone/text and email on this car. We came over from Spokane so it was important to us that we were in the same page. Gary was not going to be there so he handed us off to Ken. It was great working with both of them and we got a great SUV at a much better than expected price. Highly recommend this dealer and Gary and Ken in particular.
They were helpful and polite, quick to respond. However, once I emailed them to let them know I actually bought a car elsewhere and to please remove me from their email list, I continued to get emails from them. The first one made sense: just thanking me for letting them know I had a car. Then I got another email asking me to fill out a survey, which I didn’t mind doing because I know feedback is important and helpful. But then I got another email letting me know that they would be here for me in the future if I wanted a different car down the road (which was already explained in a previous email to me) and that they would be happy to offer me a discount on any services I needed done on my car. Nice thought and all, but I simply wanted them to stop emailing me. Just, no more emails!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they sell some Canadian vehicles that they
know have been in accidents and claim the carfax is clean. IF you want to
buy one of the Canadian vehicles pull the carproof yourself (it is the
Canadian version of carfax and shows the history of the vehicle while it was
in Canada, they won't do it because they know it will show negative
information). My experience was looking at a Tundra 1794 edition that has a
clean carfax and autocheck but when you look at the carproof it shows an
collision that took 14k+ to fix. The dealership kept refusing to show me the
carproof, glad I spent the 20 bucks myself and saved myself from this
disaster of buying from this dealership, I expected more from a large
dealership like this, I guess the chase of mighty dollar bills will make a lot of
people act shady.

Good laid-back atmosphere. Did not feel pressured to buy. Only negatives to speak of are that the transaction seemed to take longer than it needed to and they never informed me verbally about getting a free oil change with the purchase of my car. I would have asked but I forgot. Overall a good experience and friendly staff.

I had an appointment with one person and when I arrived at the agreed appointment time I was told she wss just busy at present. Then I was passed on to another gentlemen who didnt have knowledge of the cars specs and also wasn't forthcoming with any price negotiation as per the website advertisements. Went to Kirkland Ford and bought a new car

Ken the salesman I worked with was the best ever! I would have given 4 stars except the service dept. I wanted to keep the wheels and tires off my old car and the service department said they would not fit each other after I did extensive research for 2 months to make sure they would. They then did call in a wheel and tire company to switch them and they brought spacers but they didn't need to use them they switched perfectly without. Not sure what was up with the service guy except he didn't know are did not want to do it.

Junior was a fantastic salesman. The rest of the experience was
terrible. No trade-in, have your own financing,refuse to provide your
social security #, (not financing w/ evergreen) these guys h=get really
aggressive. It felt like they were trying to scare us out of the sale when
they couldn't suck us into warranties, going through Cuddle, etc.
