Called and asked if available to test drive, drove down to find out they couldn’t find the keys. Left a message with the Manager never called me back so I called to see if they had gotten a key made and still hadn’t. Over a week and no key?! Aren’t they in the business to sell cars ? Won’t buy a car there

Went and test drove the new Bolt EV LT. Drove 2 and one had extra options but weren't the Premiers. Based on the ad here of $28,245 and us receiving a quote from their manager of $38,400+, we rate them very poor. Wouldn't you? They told us they couldn't come down from MSRP basically saying there is no mark up on those cars. Won't go again.

The contacting salesman had me sold on the initial conversation. Then he sent me a reality video and made it personal. I liked the new technology. The negative was salesman Kenny. To start with he gave false information. He stated there is no negotiating the price stated the price on the internet was last and final price, no fudging. Not true. Then after we fudged the price he tried to cheat me by playing with the numbers on final cost of car by adding cost of tax and other fees to original price. Keep an eye on him or better yet request Forrest. If not for the actions of Kenny I would of rated my experience a 5 star.

Took a Couple of Requests to Finally Receive an Answer

We went to look at the car that advertised on your web, after we got there, the one we want to see is not the one on the lot, different color and trim. Sales person still try to insist thats the car, so I told him to go to your web site and check the content, then we left.

Curran responded promptly to my inquiry regarding a used car. He was a great communicator ... we sent multiple texts back and forth. I live in Portland and couldn't come see the car immediately. He was very helpful providing details about the car and explaining all of my options in purchasing. He was quite pleasant to work with.
