Don't trust them at all. I reserved a very desirable car that I was going to self-finance and have delivered. Everything was fine until it got serious and I was kicked out of the purchase process at the point of identity verification. This was pictures of my driver's license and a selfie. Not too complicated and nothing that should have been problematic, but after three tries at providing this, I was "failed" and received an automatic notification that the process was terminated. I am a highly qualified buyer but they did not even TRY to work with me to complete the easiest sale they would have made all month. Ridiculously incompetent process all the way around. My guess is someone at the dealership wanted that car, or they eliminated me in order to sell to someone else who would finance. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING IN PERSON, STAY AWAY.

Stopped by to check out the Taycan in person and came away even more impressed. The showroom was pretty busy, which honestly says a lot about how much interest there is, but it was still a great experience getting to see the car up close. What really stood out to me was how smooth and modern the reservation and remote purchase process feels. I like that you can handle almost everything remotely once you know the exact configuration you want, without the old-school dealership pressure or feeling pushed into something you do not actually want. Right now, I am just waiting for the perfect spec before moving forward.

Overall, very positive. The only comment is that there could have been better real-time communication between the finance person and me regarding the progress being made and status of filling out the all-electronic process for signing the multiple forms needed for completing the transaction. otherwise, the process was straightforward and efficient.

I worked with this team because I needed pricing for a Lucid, and they have a large selection available. After speaking with many dealers who only ask for your phone number or insist that you come into the showroom, Yevgeniy responded to inform me that they are a one-price platform. He even reached out later to confirm this, which I appreciated since many dealers make similar claims but do not follow through. I am currently waiting for pictures and will be checking them out for my next Lucid. Go Ever!

Great customer service doesn't blow you up with text messages.

They did not disclosed a big stained on the back seat, which loos like blood. And denied that they are not aware of it. So , I return the car within the 7 day return policy.

Straight forward conversation. I offered to pay $65,000 cash and Giorgio declined the offer. So, I bought another same model car for $65K total with tax/license from another dealership.

What a refreshing experience compared to all other car dealers we dealt with in our EV car shopping! This dealership is a bunch of cheerful young people running an honest shop. No sneaky dealer charges or overpriced add-ons. It is simply the advertised price plus a very nominal doc fee, sales tax and registration. This is likely one of the best dealerships in the whole country to buy used EVs. They have a vast selection and competitive prices. I would recommend Ever Cars very highly and will be the first place I would go to for my next used EV. Almost all used car dealers I have dealt with sell their cars "As Is" with no warranty. Ever Cars is so confident in how well they have checked out the cars they sell that they give the buyer a 90 days / 5,000 miles warranty. All people I interfaced with (sales folks, finance department folks, etc.) were all very pleasant to deal with. I wish this honest used EV dealership much success!!

My experience with Ever Cars was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the friendly and helpful service provided by Thomas and Troy. They were thorough in their explanations and answered all my questions. The vehicle was precisely as advertised in the listing, clean, and even delivered ahead of schedule. I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because I did have to follow up to check on the process. It was explained that this was attributed to an unusually high volume of business (Christmas time). Despite this minor communication hiccup, the overall experience was positive and I would absolutely recommend Ever to friends and would happily buy from them again.

I was looking for a Polestar 2 down in Orange County. But it seemed as half of all the cars that I liked and that were in my price category were at Ever Cars in San Francisco. My contact request was answered in less than 30 minutes. I spoke to Oscar and he was very knowledgeable. The fact that all of their inspection reports were available online and that they shared pictures of the imperfections of the car gave me confidence that this dealer doesn’t hide anything. Hugo, the finance director, was quick, professional and helpful. They even shipped my car for free to SoCal. I’m super excited for the arrival. The entire process was very easy and stress free. So if you’re on the market for a used EV, you’re in good hands with Oscar and Hugo.
