I was in contact with saleperson and was very clear on what I was looking for. I was able to test drive the vehicle when the engine light came
on. When asked to test drive another vehicle he proceeded to ask me if I was a serious buyer because he did not want to waste time. I said I
was and when he came back to office he said car I wanted to test drive was in service. Thanks for nothing.

The sales and management team was professional and friendly. After my first inspection of the
vehicle the manager personally wanted to see each flaw we found and he documented them all.
When we told him we would think about, and get back with them on the purchase, He then sent
the car in for repair, they repaired 95% of the items we had pointed out and called to see if we
would be willing to reinspect the vehicle. Pretty impressive. We took it home!

These guys are amazing. My family needed a bigger car for our sons medical issues and for our buisness. Sarezh and Sam did such an amazing job at helping us get into a new vehicle. Bought a 2014 Range Rover from European Motors. Marco and Sam were great to deal with. They stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Sam handled the financial part and got me a great rate. Since I live in PA, the vehicle had to be shipped to me. Sam got me an excellent price on shipping. I will definitely buy from European Motors again if Sam and Marco are still there.

Salesperson did a great job having the car ready for us to see especially in this environment and had
excellent follow up. We decided to go with another car but he sent us a congratulations email even
though he did not receive the sale.
They don't make deals. I contacted them about an A5 told the round about price I wanted to pay was 10k. He told me he was going to talk to his GM and get back with me. The whole day went by and he never called me back. I'm still waiting on him to give me a call back. He could've just called and said no we declined your offer instead of not calling me back very unprofessional.

Bruce was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. He even had the car ready for me to test drive once I came in as I called earlier in the day to inform him I was coming. Didn't spend all day at the dealership either like most dealerships. Straight forward guys over there. Definitely recommend!

While the experience with the dealership was good one & went smoothly, there were a couple of things that I didn’t think they addressed.
There were buttons & knobs missing on the back A/C controls & the vehicle left a oil spot in the front lot, and nothing was done about either. That was very disappointing.

Initial contact was fine. Salesman contacted me, was pleasant and answered my questions regarding the car ('12 BMW M3). After hearing how supposedly perfect the car was I decided to fly to Dallas and see the car...I was ready to buy. Upon arriving the salesman was ok, however, the owner was rude and short with me. Plus the car was much less than explained to me, significant door dings, dent on the hood and the hood was also crooked. I asked the owner about this and he says, flippantly, " Well don't buy it then." Should have walked right there...but pressed to the test drive. Started the car with a check engine light, low battery warning and a parking brake that did not work. (There was someting else, but cant remember). Car drove fine, as most M3's do, made a semi-low ball offer that was thankfully rejected. In addition, if you look a little behind there curtain the place is disorganized, messy, and the shop is a disaster area. I did not have a warm fuzzy about this place. I know they have some good reviews, but I did not see it. Best of luck. OBTW, bought an M3 in Ocala Florida the next day for a much better price...and the car is perfect!!

They were upfront about the car being a buyback, but had their story wrong about it being a california buyback as it was listed as a Texas Lemon.

The person I was talking was real nice and cool. He had didn't get mad when I was taking all the time I needed to make my decision on the car. He really tried hard to convince to get it, I would of got it but after a few last min talking with my wife. The sales rep Sam was professional and
helpful. He was straight to business and
handed me the keys for a test drive.
When I came back from the test drive I
let him know I must've pressed a button
in the car that was causing the car to not
drive as smoothly as it should. The
owner went to check it out. On my way
out the owner points to my car and says,
"there's nothing wrong with the car, it
drives better than that. You just don't
know how to drive!"

On 5/19/2013, I was almost going to buy a 2013 RX350 which I
test drove few days ago. I negotiated the price and fill the loan
application on line. Sam got me approved for loan for 2.26% APR,
which was better than my Bank. Before I buy the car, I decided to
take the car for an independent mechanical inspection. I was
very surprised what I discovered - that car was painted 3-4 areas -
the bumper, FL door, RL door, FR door etc. And paint job was
sub-stander which automatically avoid manufacture warranty.
Note that CarFax report did not show any paint job either. When
I confront to Sam, he did not know that car was repainted and
that's why he cloud not disclose to me upfront - which I did not
believe. He later showed me 'Condition Report' which clearly
mentioned that car had paint job done.

I made a reservation a day or two out to drive this Volvo XC90.
Got there and the salesman pulled it right up. The thing made an
immediate horrible noise under the hood (passenger side - engine
bay) and there is no way the make-ready crew didn't hear it - they
just skipped/ignored it. Needless to say, I bought my XC90 at the
NEXT place I went. I drove up from Austin to Plano to see this
car (4 hrs?) and was not pleased with their lack of atention to the
most basic of prep for a vehicle. Shoddy shop if you ask me -
service mgr should up his game before (s)he allows a potential
buyer to get in ride this troubling. FIX IT FIRST then let someone
drive it - now I want US$250 for my consult to help your
dealership.

inattentive, amateurs, rude.. the "Financial Manager" was a joke, her financial knowledge was of a 10 year old and conjointly with the sales person tried to pushed an impossible sell. Obnoxious experience, I will never recommend them. -- The stock is extremely limited, not worth the time--

These guys were shady. I was test-driving a car then asked if could let my mechanic look at it and they said no that it had to be someone who wasn't bias in my favor. Out of all the delete I have ever visited this is the only place that wouldn't let me do this, especially with a car that had damage and a lemon report on carfax. Tells me they were bidding something. I ended up getting a car from David McDavid who had no problem letting me have my mechanics look it over.
