They contacted me, but on my way there, they never contacted me back and live an hour away, and wanted to make sure the car was still available, but
they didn't reply back, so I opted for another car and purchased the other car. Not fully their fault, I could have called myself but relied on the text back.

The salesman promised to call with update’s regarding the sales process, never called when he said he would. The salesman never replied to any of my calls. I had to keep reaching out to him or call the sales manager.

I told the sales person that I am very interested on the vehicle, I have offered a secure deposit to hold it until secure finance. He told me that just needed to complete a credit application. I have asked to send me the link and he never did!
Except saying that was another client in house looking to by the same vehicle.
Today he text me that the vehicle has been sold.
Very disappointed with the service.
I am in the car business my self and it is very unprofessional!

My husband went in to purchase a vehicle that was promised to be held and by the end of the day they raised up the price try to get that my husband to trade in another vehicle that wasn’t even an option just because it had a loan on it. Then turned around and sold it for cash!

The dealer did wait for me to come just after business hours but the car was in horrible condition. The paint was bad, interior worse and the transmission was pure junk. Really didn’t know if we would make it back during test drive.

Everything was on point...
Went to see vehicle and it was leaking oil. Black smoke coming from rear pipes. Very disappointed in vehicle inspection process.

Contacted me quickly
I called early in the morning to make an appointment for a mini course Cooper clubman they had available and had one set for that afternoon. After arriving early and waiting 20 minutes after our agreed time, they tried to have me test drive the wrong mini Cooper to which they then admitted that the one I had asked to see was no longer available because someone had requested a pre purchase exam after I had called. I live an hour away, drove through rush hour traffic to be told I had wasted my time when they had me number and could have called me to tell me that. I took off work to go out there. Needless to say, I will not be making that trip again no matter the inventory they have.
