Responded one time. I could not get them to answer or get a call back.

Doctor took a test drive, everybody was very cordial very professional, but at the end, the car ha couple things wrong that I didn't have a backup camera for that year. Car was kind of strange, so we haven't gone back yet.

Professional and friendly

Have NOT purchased yet - However I do want to give kudos for their communication. I expressed interest in one of their adds and within minutes I got a call from a friendly gentleman that offered and did answer questions from me. I also got followup emails about my interest, but not an annoying amount of contact.... So my only experience so far with this dealer is the communication but I gave them 5 stars for that.

Contacted dealership set up an appointment to view the truck, showed up at my appointment time and the gentleman I had the appointment with was not there. Changed my plans from traveling just to view this truck only to waste my time and miss out on the other vehicle

Salesman contacted me immediately they were very helpful very nice but wasn't able to get financing

Sent me e-mails on Jeep, they followed up several times.

Contacted me once, said he would contact me on Monday did not.

The guy was great. Talked on the phone and was all set up to go buy in San Antonio, but found something closer.

They called back once and then the salesman didn’t respond any further communication.

The dealership was a clean comfy atmosphere with great deals. Colin, my salesman, was accommodating and easy to get along with. His enthusiasm for the cars made for a great overall experience. Working with Rick to come to a final price that worked for me was easy and they didn't play games. I'd recommend this dealer to to friends, family, or anyone else.

Excellent customer service. I already had my approval and they worked with me with the price because I was only approved at a certain amount with my bank. The process took no more than 45 minutes and I was just so impressed at how fast everything was done. Thank you so much Jessica and Janeth for all the help. Janeth responded quickly and showed us three SUVs including the 2006 ML350. It was a very hot day and the dealership is under construction but I would recommend placing a temporary canopy for shade. We unfortunately did not find a vehicle that suited us. The ML 350 needs a few things fixed, thus the price. Besides that, Janeth was very professional and courteous.

talked to Janeth through texts and calls and informed her that i was coming to look at the Hummer sat afternoon. I also informed her that I had a busy schedule and was on a time crunch and had to drive 30 minutes just to come look at vehicle. When I arrived in the afternoon the Hummer was still on the vehicle pedestal about 5 feet of the ground. There were 5 cars parked right behind it so it could not be taken down immediately, To top it off she unlocked vehicle and expected me to climb up to the vehicle. They did not care that I was in a hurry nor did the prepare vehicle for me. I wasted over a hour driving there and back for nothing. Never going to this dealership again

I had a very good experience, as everyone knows buying a car new or used can be very frustrating long and tedious. This service helped a lot I looked at a lot of Mustangs and knew exactly what to expect in the market, and I do appreciate getting a head start before I even looked at my first mustang.
