Drove from Tracy to San Jose, approximately an hour and 10 minutes got to the dealership. Nobody came out to greet me. I looked at the car that was very disappointed in the condition of the paint and interior but more so that nobody made any attempt to make contact while I was at that dealership big waste of time.

Good communication with the team and had very good well knowledge with the vehicle.
This dealer under-reports the mileage of their cars on portals where they list their cars.
I texted this dealer for details about this car listed on a third-party website with only 10650 miles and was told it was sold, but then a salesperson texted me a link to the exact same
car on their own website but listed with 100k miles. Not only were the specs the same on the two listings but the photos were exactly the same, right down to the scratches on the
rear driver side door.
I also called the dealer but was given a different story that there was a typo on their website. Read the other reviews! These guys have so many typos with mileage that
it's obvious they are trying to mislead buyers.

Never heard back from the salesman’s manager after making an offer. Went to another dealership and bought my vehicle. They lost out on the sale.
They didn't waver on the price, but they did try and get us the best rate for our loan. Also, a small
leak was found and they worked with us to resolve the issue. Jonathan, Nuvia and all of the
staff...Including the McCaw...were polite and helpful. Since we drove a ways to buy the Tahoe,
they even suggested Grub as a place to get a bite, which we loved. Go see them!
Terrible, they told me that vehicle was warranty
and was sale as is. I ask to possibility verify on
Toyota about the motor and transmission on this
week, they show me some papers to assign and I
told him that next week I will do. I give up the car
and they call me on Monday cover me the
inspection on Toyota that I didnât made
authorization. Be careful with this store.

Took a little long but they got me finance and I drove off with my new car same day
Asked why the mileage is so low, advertised with 10,308 miles, and the driver's seat so worn
out. Was the odometer rolled back or advertised mileage incorrect? All he replied was, " Why
u do not go buy new one?" Be careful car shoppers, be wary of ultra low miles and worn out
items.

Purposely mislists its vehicles to have them show up as 'great' deals. It lists their Chevy Volt Lt base model as Premier even though they don't have a single one in stock. Last I checked they had 2 Lt listed on their site including one listed on Cargurus. What's more is they dont have any photos of the interior which is quick giveaway this is not the Premier trim as the seats are non leather which you can check on their site. The plate also comes back to Lt vehicle. By listing their car as Premier they go from above average in price or average to way below average. Check of their site confirms other people being mislead to come to their dealership in hopes of a bait and switch working. I certainly won't waste my time. They don't even deserve 3.5/5 stars for this type of search manipulation. Their only response to me was a generic come to our dealership response.

The customer service her was amazing. They had a large amount of beautiful cars. This Mercedes was top notch. But mostly the employee John was great. New a lot about the cars as well as was great while we test drove. This car lot was very professional. -Chris

Dealer did not wash car like he said, dealer did not fill tank like he said, dealer did not want me to check over with AAA, Dealer said he would cover drive train- motor, transmission and rear end but not the clutch (clutch is part of transmission of power to read wheels) Dealer said he would give me 30 day warranty. Dealer reneged on written document. Said he was man of his word, we shook hands. Called dealer back because care was leaking oil. Dealer never called me back. Dealer was vague, slow paced. Car was not ready for pick up. I took it home dirty. Washed mats caused mold in rear hatch area. No attempt was made to clean. By far the worst customer care I have every experienced. Good luck with this guy. Car sold itself believe me.

was not a 3.6l twin turbo. It was a 2.0 liter
turbo. Big difference. Idk if they’re trying to
pull a fast one on unsuspecting customers,
or their staff has no knowledge of the cars

The car pictured was not the car on the lot when I arrived. This smells badly
of bait and switch. The condition of the lot and the location made it difficult to
park and shop there. Would not recommend dealing with these people. After
mentioning to them that the car pictured was not the one they are trying to
sell to me, they did nothing to correct the issue. The car (wrong car) is still
featured on their site. We walked away without doing business.

Salesman did not give me his full attention, he was trying to help other people at the same time, sort of left me hanging .Also car was listed as no accidents but when I asked him for the car fax it showed one accident.

dealer contacted me via email and invited me to a test drive. this was two
days after my original email. during that time I purchased another vehicle that
I had found and responded back to the dealer with that information. the

Bought the car (was the car I was looking for), but the dealership is marginal
in disclosure and service. Did not receive a completed Safety Check
document and numerous details are still to resolve. Microphone bad on
audio system, plug in crown of "new tires" and low pressure in another, tire
pressure system not working, undisclosed paint over a door stripe, chipping
pain on hood with new paint restoration, oil over filled 11/2 quarts and
windshield washer not working.
Great cars on lot.
I contacted Euro Auto Sales about the current blue "2014 BMW 4 Series 428i
SULEV" that they are selling requesting for a Carfax report. The vin number
listed on CarGurus is incorrect and my mom needed this information if she
was going to buy the car for me. Jon replied to me but he never sent me the
VIN number. I stopped by the dealership to get the VIN number from the car
and found out that the car has been in MULTIPLE accidents as well as the
milage being higher. They have no mention of anything on the listing. These
dealership is not honest and they sell cars that have been in accidents.
Please make sure to look at Carfax reports. I would never go there again.
Look at all their negative reviews here and in Yelp, its for a reason.

They tried to sell me the 2013 Chevy Silverado 3500HD. The truck has had some minor body work that's ok and some paint work that was terrible. To top it off the frame is bent left front. This was 2 weeks ago. They tried to tell me they didn't know about. They do now and they raised the price. Stay away from this place
