I bought a 2007 Lexus here. Not only did they sell me a car that’s audio system gave out on me the very next day I brought it home, When I brought it to the Lexus dealership to get it fixed I ended up getting an inspection and I find out that I’ll need over 4000 dollars in repairs. A very un honest dealership, I’d think twice before buying a car here.

I typically do not take the time to write a review for any services, good or bad, BUT I am writing this in hopes someone else will read and possibly save a life...LITERALLY. My husband and I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with 110,000 miles on it for $22,500. My husband had been in frequent communication with Ed, the salesman, in regard to the vehicle and he was set on that being the vehicle he wanted. We drove 167 miles to test drive and ultimately purchase the vehicle, and that is just what we did. I left the dealership before my husband in my own car and I get a call from him (my husband) 30 minutes later saying that he is on the highway and had to pull over because while he was in the fast lane with cruise control on going 73 MPH the vehicle drastically decelerated to 55 MPH in a split second. Almost killing killing him. They offered no assistance other than a janky warranty. DON’T TRUST THEM, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. SCAMMERS, DISHONEST, I WARNED YOU

Took the vehicle home, after 2 days check engine. Talked to the dealer and they wouldn’t fix the problem. Took the vehicle Range Rover service and they said this car has a lot of problems. $2500 to fix it

Dealer was quick with answers. The car was already sold before I could come in for a test drive but they already had another suggestion. Just don’t expect anything for a trade in.

They were as helpful as they could be, but the down payment for a car I was interested in was more than expected and its title was strange and classified it as a historical vehicle, making me unable to finance it. The tires were also very worn on the vehicle and the salesman stated that they were brand new.

They contacted me. They were very helpful and willing to arrange for me to see the car even though I would be arriving after a few minutes after closing time. I went to see the car but it was not exactly what I wanted. They made things convenient by being able to call and text.
