Great price on truck. However, communication was terrible buying on line. May have been better if in person. Also was told I over paid for truck but haven't seen a refund yet! Called and left messages but no return phone call. They never even called to see if I was pleased with the vehicle or delivery. Terrible communication in my opinion.

After a week of this and that. They ran my credit and then a few days later told me that the car had issues and they couldn't sell me the car. Ok great fine and dandy. But now i have a credit inquiry on my credit report for a car that they cant sell me.. The people at this dealership need more experience and training. They unfortunately post vehicle on yhe net that have Not even been inspected. Causing a waste of time and even to the extent of running peoples credit with no regard to them. Just Sell. Sell. Sell.

I contacted Ethan Hunt Automotive after hours over the weekend. I received an automated response letting me know they were closed and would contact me on Monday. On Monday they called and e-mailed me regarding the car I was interested in as soon as they opened the doors. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal, but Ethan Hunt was quick to respond and very courteous in their communications. I will consider Ethan Hunt again if in the future they have what I am looking for.

I was initially contacted and I had questions about the vehicle I was looking at. A salesman said he would check on it and get back to me. This took too long so I moved on.

While the people were friendly, I drove over an hour to look at trucks that were not properly portrayed on their listings here and on their website. A truck that was described as in excellent condition, was far from it, it was missing parking sensors in the rear bumper, there was a dent in the rear bumper, as well as a bad rusted spot in the bed right behind the rear tire. All the other trucks I was interested in all had damage to them and were not clean, ready for test drives, or ready to be sold. I was turned off of wanting to purchase a truck from here and was disappointed when I arrived to find the trucks that looked good online, did not look so good in person.

I called them because I found a truck that I really liked on their website they told me that even with my paid off 2000 Silverado Z71 as a trade-in and 3500 down I would still need a co-signer. I could not find a cosigner. They later called me back about 4 days later and said they could get me in the truck. Well I already knew the truck had sold the day before from their website. I had to tell him that he did not have the truck anymore and that he needs to check his inventory . He called me back later that day to confirm the truck was gone . So they need better communication and more prompt Financial team.

After searching online, I found the car I wanted at Ethan Hunt Automotive. I live about an hour and a half away, so I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. The salesman I spoke to (Isaiah), assured me that the car was there and I could come take a look and test drive it. A couple hours later, I arrived at the lot. Isaiah met me outside and said he didn’t have the keys for the car I wanted. Seems to me that’s something he should have checked on and notified me about BEFORE I drove an hour and a half to get there, but whatever. He said another customer had accidentally taken them home. Then he asked if he could get the keys in 15 minutes, would that be ok. I was annoyed, but of course I said yes. 30 minutes later, he comes and tells me it’s gonna be a while before he can get the keys. I said that’s ok, I’ll go have some lunch, call me when you get the keys. I spent the better part of the day hanging around Mobile waiting for his call. It never came.

We were looking for a gray camaro. When we arrived we found out that the gray camaro was actually silver. So we left.

Dealer sent one email after several days saying they tried to contact, but apparently they are not call the number given. We responded to their email and followed up with a phone call leaving a vm. They have never responded. They lost our business.

Office is really run down. Service was fine. Only giving 3 stars has the car had 7K more miles on it then reported.

They where very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Called and went to look at it. Drove an hour and half but it was in the shop. Was told the key broke in the ignition and would be another hour before fixed. Went to eat while waiting only to be told something was wrong with it. Then told of a different suv but it wasn’t there either. Left afterwards with nothing then came back once the other suv was back only to sit in office for over 4 hrs with no one telling us anything. Will not go back

First I called this dealer no anwer. Then I emailed the dealer about the truck I was interested in and got no answer. Then I went to the dealer to see the truck I had to hunt down a salesman only to be told that they do have the truck but I couldn't see it since the were doing 120 point inspection on the truck. Said it wouldn't be ready til next week. I told them well let me see it and I may wait til its ready if I like it enough to buy it. Wouldn't budge and even let me take a quick look at it. After I get home I check the car gurus listing and it had been on there for 206 days but yet they were just getting to the 120 pt inspection. Really unprofessional dealership, I will never waste my time going to see anytying from this dealership ever again.

Very fast response. Gave me all the information I needed to know about the car just the way a car dealership operate.

Communication: At first my salesman was very attentive via phone to me and would text or call as needed for info. However, once they found out that I was from out of state, communication went downhill very quickly. Numerous unanswered emails, texts, and calls and at one point it felt that they really didn't want to sell me the vehicle even thoughI was planning on making an almost 7 hour trip to purchase. I texted numerous times for additional pictures, and after 3 days, finally received only one. At the dealership, it seemed everything I was quoted was taken back. The first being price, the second being my interest rate. Neither original quotes they honored. I Also wanted to trade my vehicle in, and after 2 days of not hearing anything, I told they did not want my trade, despite clearly stating in their description that there's no hassles and all trades are accepted. Listing accuracy: The listing was not accurate as it listed the vehicle as being at a different lot, and did not accurately show that there was a large chip in the front windshield, that the sunroof had a very large crack that was been hidden by "factory" stickers (still dealing with this), and that the inside had not been cleaned where I found live ammunition rounds (2 shotgun shells and a .22 round) under the rear seat and in the rear passenger door. On-site experience: To the credit of the salesman, he did pick my up from the airport where I dropped off the rental vehicle. Once at the dealership, the truck wasn't quite ready, and found that the trailer hitch had a locking pin in it and there was no key available to remove it. Paperwork didn't take too long, and basically I almost felt like I was being pushed out of the dealership. Customer Service: Not wowed at all, but wasn't terrible. I was happy that they picked me up, and my salesman was courteous, but that's as far as it went. Finance manager was very brash and wouldn't let me speak, and when I did, he quickly cut me off. Overall impression: In dealing with many dealerships, this is by far the worst dealership I've dealt with...and am still dealing with. The price was decent on the truck, but with finding the cracked sunroof that was purposely hidden, the live ammo found, and lack vehicle cleanliness, and lack of communication, I'll definitely think twice about using this dealership regardless of the price.

Some of the worst customer service ever! $5,000 down and can't get into a vehicle for $8,999. From salesmen, to the rude people who answer the phone, and even the sales manager. No one calls you back, or responds to you. I wish there was some way to speak to the GM or owner because none of their people want to sell a vehicle.

Well he done his job in a professional and courteous manner even checking back with me but I told him it will be a couple months before I can make a down payment plus get my credit score higher so I told him ill contact him then or else he can check back so I must say im truly happy with him and definitely would recommend him.

Not once in the description or in my communication with the dealer was I told there was Heavy multilayer rust, there were holes through the lower quarter panels I could stick my hand in and you can tell an attempted repair was performed at one time. Now I will say they had photos with no description and you could not tell exactly what it was, looked like tar or black spots in the pictures. Drove 2 hours to see this car with cash in hand. Was immediately disappointed when I got out and saw it, I just got in my car and drove away

My experience with Ethan Hunt Automotive was good until they accused me of stealing the vehicle that I was looking at purchasing and later found out it was their own mistake.

Salesman contacted me. The next day he quit and went to another dealer. Passed me off to another salesman. I sent pictures of my truck for them to run some initial numbers, he said he would get back to me and I never heard from anyone again. Bought somewhere else

My experience with this dealer was over the phone only. I called about a newly listed truck to ask about features that were not on the posting. The truck was not on the lot at the time so the salesman could not get the answer I needed, but he was very courteous and as helpful as he could be. I received a follow up call from a different salesman a few days later. He was not aware of my original questions, just following up with customers at the end of the month. He was also courteous and helpful. Overall, the salesman were friendly and helpful. My suggestion for improvement would be for the dealer (all of them), to review their listings and ensure features are accurate and complete. For instance, I wanted to know if the truck had a backup camera. In their down time, salesman should be expected to inspect vehicles and verify listings.

We purchased this vehicle. 6 hours later the transmission went out 200 miles from home. Ethan Hunt picked up the truck and replaced the transmission. I highly recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy!

Called and asked about one of their cars and once I asked how badly damaged it was since it had one accident they just said "I'm sorry I'll call back in 30 minutes" but they never did. So I'm assuming it wasn't in great shape.

No warranty on vehicles but assured they inspect each vehicle thoroughly. Drove 1&1/2 hours to view a vehicle (14 Ram 1500 Laramie) with front bumper pushed in approximately 2" on one side, huge rust spot over head light (two inched wide) and severe two foot dent in running board. Not inspected very well, did not buy and would not trust this dealership.

This dealership has contacted me several times, which I appreciate. I have not yet been there to see the car. Their advertisement for this car is not accurate. It is described as a standard shift, but is an automatic. Also the ad indicates that an extended warranty is available, but the salesman told me that it is not available. Neither of these factors has been changed in their ad so far.

I was contacted by the sales staff shortly after my inquiry. I never visited because I found the car I wanted at a dealer closer to home.
