Once I made my mine up to go with the purchase of this Saturn Sky Redline. It became a very simple process and the people were very nice, kind,, helpful. I haven't been to the dealership yet but cannot wait to get there to pick up my baby! I had a Sky before and loved it but I did not have a garage to keep in. So I traded it in toward a purple and black jeep. I am so glad I found same color , everything except the top. My top was tan this one is black. I will keep forever! I will deal with this dealerships again. I want to than Bree. She was so sweet and nice and very helpful!

The experience was good. But at the end of the Deal we were rushed out the door and we had some questions yet to ask the salesman he said he was to busy and had other customers waiting. Never got my questions answered

I couldn't tell you how many places I had been before finding these folks! I drove here from Fort Wayne and will do it again they work hard for you they are honest and upfront. The best experience I have ever had buying a car. So simple and stress free! My salesman was Robert Burton, but they all seemed very friendly and up beat. It is obvious they love what they do.

While I did end up purchasing a vehicle from them, I was disappointed that the vehicle I came in to look at (and drove two hours to come see)
did not have most of the features they listed on their website. I had spoken to a sales representative prior to making the drive to Defiance
because some of the vehicle's photos clearly showed that some of the options were not there and they told me they went and checked the
vehicle and it did have those options. When I pointed this out to the sales representative I met at the dealership (different one than who I had
talked to previously) they simply shrugged it off and said it was a computer error.

Tried making a cash offer on the vehicle and they sent a short an impolite reply stating price was not negotiable then I see it listed for 3000 less then I was quoted.

A friend and I traveled 800 miles round trip to purchase this vehicle. We found evidence of block sealer in the cooling system. Possibly due to a blown head gasket or cracked head or block. In my opinion the salesman didn't act overly concerned .

Found the perfect Suburban online at Estle, sent an email to Pete
Schultz and he responded immediately. I live over three hours
away, but I am very happy I took the drive to OH. The vehicle
was everything they said and more. Looked like the shop went
over it and made everything perfect; new tires, checked all the
mechanicals, perfectly clean inside out. All the people were great
to work with especially Pete who answered all my questions and
set up everything to make this transaction go smoothly. We
negotiated a great deal, set up financing, and I picked the vehicle
in two days. I would definitely recommend Pete and the entire
staff at Estle, and will look to them first the next time I need a
new vehicle.

Nice car, had trouble with emission system 165 mile after I bought it but I bought it as is.
By far the best auto purchase experience I have had. Good job Bob Estle for running a good business and Pete Shultz for the great sales experience. Pete showed us all the options on our 2013 Malibu which mind you we did not purchase at Estle. If you are from NE Indiana make the drive to Defiance. I highly recommend anyone to really look into this dealership before you buy a truck or car anywhere else.

They did an awesome job responding to my inquiry through CarGurus. They offered a fair price for the truck and were able to get me better financing than my personal bank offered. My only complaint is that they seemed to offer very low for my trade in originally, but negotiated higher later.
