Contacted the dealership inquiring about a truck they had up for sale. Cisco responded quickly within a few minutes. They prepared the truck for a test drive and was ready upon my arrival. The truck was very clean and it was cleaner than expected. Despite the 104,000 miles on the engine, it ran like a brand new one ...super smooth and quiet. As far as the advertised price goes, it turned out that it was actually $795 more due to a LoJack theft deterrent system that was already installed. This irked me, but the truck's condition was so nice that I didn't push the issue. Really liked how there was not any pressure selling tactics which made us feel very relaxed and at ease. The staff were all very nice and accomodating to our needs. An offer of a complimentary drinking water bottle would have been nice though. Overall, I enjoyed the shopping experience and I would recommend someone to shop at this dealership. Hope this review helps the next guy to makean informed shopping decision

Great customer service. Never had bought a vehicle where the process lasted less than 30 min. In and out, usually it takes a couple hours to purchase a vehicle, not here. Their team was really friendly, Ruben Moreno went above and beyond, he even sent someone to purchase waters for us, got us a lower rate than we had offered at another ace and lower down payment. Horrible customer service. The salespersons will be cool just enough to sell you the vehicle however soon as you purchase the vehicle do not expect a smile from them if you go back to ask any questions. Not nice people. But if you’re looking just to buy with bad customer service and no call back, this is definitely the place.

The sales crew was very helpful and because we were traveling from a long distance they put a hold on the truck to ensure it would be there when we arrived. They took additional photos for me as requested prior to us traveling and the truck was just as they described, in great condition. I was very satisfied with the deal and the sales team were great.

I got there and had it ready for my test drive. The whole process took 2 and half hours and that included finding financing with a great rate for me. The whole experience with them was one of the best I've had. I would go back again.

Called dealer to make sure truck had a couple options I was looking for. Made an appointment to come see it and also stated that I would be driving 2 hrs. When time came to go dealer called me and said truck had sold. I was ok with that because I couldn’t get there till a certain day. Glade they called.

They were good at communicating, however I made an appt and when I got there they couldn’t find the car. I drove quite a distance. They did eventually locate the car, but I had already found another one and purchased it.

Really unhappy about this place.. due to the fact I Told David I was going to be there at a certain time ... I drove from riverside to Escondido, I arrive and ask for David and he said he sold the car...... waste of time and gas....

Went in to get my 2014 volt last weekend. The dealership was great. I had my pre approval from my credit unioun and my deposit ready and the transaction was very easy. When we got there (by appointment) Tony already had the 2 cars i wanted to look at ready. He just gave me the keys to both and told me to enjoy the test drive. Came back asked a few questions to confirm details, and started the purchase. I honestly didnt even ask for them to reduce the price at all because i did my research and thier car was truly already listed at a great price. Vehicle was listed at 14.5k ..with taxes and fees.. Came out to 16 flat. . In short, i would easily buy from this dealer again in the future. Tips for the dealer: i would have loved floor mats with the car.
