Emerald caast was awesome me and my wife drove from georgia to them on Saturday when they were closed to show us this car. It was as described online and we bought it. We are very pleased with this car. We will use them agin in future.

Very Nice, responsive and friendly to all the request. Rachel sent me requested photos and even face time video chatted with me. After a hotel night and driving 7 hours to potentially purchase the vehicle..... Once I arrived I immediately noticed the black paint was in horrible condition with damage in and to paint that wax or buffing would not fix. I understand it was a used vehicle and black in color so I expected some issues but nothing that I observed onsite while inspecting. I do wish they would have been a little more honest and upfront about the real condition of the paint and true condition of the vehicle which would have saved me a long trip to only be disappointed, A camera or video call is not the same as in person inspection!! I know some car dealers have their own opinion about vehicle conditions when they are selling trying to make a profit, but I guess I expected too much honesty and truth. Wasted trip and money to only be disappointed.

I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. I assisted my elderly mother in purchasing this vehicle from afar. Rachel reached out to me almost immediately when I inquired about this car. We worked together with all the details and my mother took possession of the car yesterday. It was a great transaction. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable about their vehicles and just down right friendly. Thank you for helping my mother, my nephew, and me out with this transaction.

Dealer responded. Provided requested info. I went to his location and Conrad was very helpful. The visit didn't result in a purchase but, the dealership and their inventory was well served by Conrad.

Website says cash price, but you can call for on lot financing. This car can't be financed, which I don't understand, when it had been said so. That is disappointing.

The price listed is cash price on their cars and trucks. They did respond to my questions and email pretty fast. However they should advertise that those are cash prices not the price if you were to finance
