We are a full service Connecticut used car dealer located in Ellington serving the towns of Tolland County Tolland CT, Somers CT, Stafford CT, Vernon CT, Windsor Locks CT, East Hartford CT, East Longmeadow MA, Longmeadow MA, Coventry CT, Storrs CT, Agawam MA, Hartford CT, Springfield MA, Wilbraham MA and West Springfield MA. Zain was Awesome! Very open and communicative..Genuine and warm which is what you want in a car dealer. Got a great deal on a Mercedes and he's still in touch with me days after the purchase regarding the Vehicle and any issues i may have.Solid guy and his mechanic was helpful over the phone when Zain wasn't available. I'd definitely buy a car from Ellington again and no I was not paid to say this haha thanks again!

Best buying experience I have ever had. Zane gave me the keys tot he car to try out and I drove off with no pressure. We decided on a car, Zane stated no deposit to hold and would get it ready and we could come back the next week to pick up. Met his mechanic Raul who was also awesome and explained the car and safety features. Drove the car away only to have a check engine light come on a week later. called Zane who gave me his personal cell phone number, said bring it back in and they fixed at no cost to me even though could have refused. Awesome dealership and trying to buy another car from there but their great reputation mean cars sell fast. First rate in every way, Zane and Raul are 2 top people!

Awful communication poorly ran dealership. I test drove 5 vehicles which all needed more than it share of work. One of the vehicles had less work to fix, the owner Zane argued and debated for what seem like hours over $200! The mechanic was nice sending engine pictures as I requested because the owner NEVER did after being asked 4 or 5 times! Finally the only bright spot is the admin officer Chuck, he's needs to consider a new dealership yesterday to work for! This dealership is in the middle of nowhere there's so many things wrong with any vehicle you decide to test drive. Save yourself the time and aggravation trust me it's not worth it!

sorry to disappoint you i'm in a middle of no where,The $200.00 you mentioned was a fee for your credit cards charges that applied to your transaction ,no respected car dealer would  charge $4700.00 on multiple credit cards,for that constitute high risk maneuver. The cars you selected where safety inspected and deemed safe for the road. please adjust your financial situation and i'll be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

I was contacted and made arrangements to go see car the next day, Monday. I was told the shop was closed until then. I called Monday to set up a time to see car and was told the car was sold!!

I brought the Nissan Murano and took it to my mechanic and he said it needed rotors and brakes. I called up Zane and we made an appointment. When I arrived Zane, had already told his mechanic, he removed and replaced the parts [at no cost to me]. I find that Zane is a person that has integrity and I would buy from him again. Very professional and nice to deal with.
