I wasted my time driving out to Jamaica in the rain thinking i was going to get a wonderful deal on a 2020 odyssey. They advertised the car at 24,990. The 24,990 is after you put down $5000.00 dollars. They total was over $36,000 (29,990 + 2,000 prep fees 1,900 dealer fees + 2,155 sales tax)They are a scam for used cars. It's a Mitsubishi dealer and i would have done better buying one of their new vehicles 2024 at that price. Imagine a $25,000 purchase total up to 36K. LOL. Talk about deception and scamming, then this is the place to go. This is my personal experience with Elite Mitsubishi. Negative reviews for a reason.

Misleading and dishonest!!! While their sales rep and staff were polite and responsive, when it came to discussing a price, in addition to the published internet "special" they added 2 hefty fees such as "car delivery fee and car reconditioning fee" totaling to over $3K. And that was before taxes and other fees, which were to be discussed only with their finance guy! I've never seen a customer to be pushed around like this - all fees always are disclosed on a spot at the price negotiation phase. After their sales manager came, he was absolutely demeaning, pushy, and mansplaining how "everyone is doing this," how he "can't sell the car at an auction price"/internet special, which is below the cost, etc. It was super uncomfortable to be there, and I felt cheated of my time and money to get there. Such misleading practice needs to be REPORTED, and this dealership needs to be AVOIDED.

Ask for Janine! She was so helpful and considerate. I haven’t purchased a car in years so I was very overwhelmed. She stayed well past closing hours to answer all of our questions and get me into my dream car. She took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with this big buy. She was so sweet. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a car I was not comfortable with. And on top of all that I got the best deal you can think of, I still can’t find a better deal than the one I was offered. So if your looking for a good price and fantastic service this is the place.

Do not waste your time if you live out of state and do not plan on going to New York. You can do everything online from searching for the vehicle, contacting the dealer, fill out the credit app, have them waste your time, but they will not allow you to complete the purchase unless you are able to go to the dealership in person to sign the final paperwork. They should not allow their inventory to be searched nationwide if they are unwilling to work with out of state buyers. Complete waste of time.

After sending a few emails and leaving several messages to get the "cash" price for the vehicle, I was told that the price was $10,000 higher than what was listed on their website and from what I was told when I spoke to one of their employees. It's obvious that these people want nothing to do with customers paying cash. I can no longer afford to purchase the vehicle and I have one very unhappy son. Thanks Elite Mitsubishi. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I went down two time seriously just want to buy a SUV by cash. I agreed their increasing price, they just don't want to sale the car without financing. They just don't show the effort to make a deal. You need to record their saying "price", "final price" or "price for cash deal" and "price for financing". All the price listed online are luring you go in their showroom. Just remember to add 3K on their listing price to figure out your final. I am wondering if Commitee of Consumer Reports will take care these issues.

I walked away right after they "show me the numbers". Here is a comparison of what I received from another dealer in long island, with a similar car: - this dealer offer me $39K before tax and fee - other dealer offer me $38K OTD Here is a comparison of my trade in: - this dealer offer me $1500 - other dealer offer me $4000 It is like they need to insult their customer in order to make them feel good...

I will never be on this dealership and will not recommend to anyone. I spoke to sales person multiple times to make sure everything is as listed online for a preowned car. As I arrived after 4 hours drive at the dealership, sales person told me that price for that car is $7600 more than listing price online. It's very unusual for preowned used cars while there were not adding on any feature than what was listed. NEVER SEEN BEFORE. This might save some other people time by not looking there advertised cars since they will be asking $7000 to $9000 more than their advertise price.

Nice team, I didn't get the car due to no better recommendations on the trade, I was holding $1K but the sales pitch guy they sent my way explanation of the emission test failed turnt me to they just want a sell. Also it took over 30 minutes to bring the car & only 1 car came in. No keys to start or test drive gave me the impression that they only want a sell. The rating overall was the team relax.

Supposedly paying all cash - costs a lot more than they’re listed price of vehicle. A number which they would not even discuss. In all of life, I had never been told this. This is it my first purchase either…. But whatever the case is, I didn’t buy the vehicle. I didn’t like the color of the vehicle but 70% decision was based on how the business was conducted.

Horrible experience, when we go we confirm the price $21, 500 included dealership fee and pay $2000 deposit they finance manager check my credit and finally charge $4990 and tell this is imposed by Bank which is just cheating and the finance manager behavior like a thief, I just cancelled the order. one of my friends tell me not to go this please but I go there and got the pain, after 25 days I back my by the help of Manager Mr.Danny, he is very nice person and helps me to get my money back, My recommendation is not to go there. The dealership is like a thief.

I would like to start off by saying this is one of the best dealerships i've ever been too. I contacted them on Friday regarding a bmw 5 series and left with it on Saturday. All the staff were very welcoming and tentative to all the customers. The lady who helped me through the whole process was Farzia. She answered all questions I had and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She made my process so much easier and faster and I left with THE BEST CAR EVER, so thank you Atlantic Mitsubishi I will definitely recommend many people.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people will waste your time. Had my mother drive all the way from Long Island just to up-charge her $6000. Spoke with the manager Savas before making the trip to make sure the price was correct. After discussing the up-charge at the dealership, he said prices do change. What’s a manager. Fits the old sleazy car dealership profile. Don’t go here.

Horrible. I ask for carfax, original MSRP, pictures of scratches, the guy told me he was going to email them to me by end of day. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve received nothing. Terrible dealership. Also very sketchy, price was raised $10000 since last time I saw it.

The worst. On the phone, I was told that the internet price is the price and there are no hidden fees. When I arrived at the dealer , everything changed and the price went up by about 6 thousands. The sales man told me that they are using the internet prices as a tactic to get customers in. Very disappointed.

They responded immediately and I went to see it the same day. The car was ready to test drive. My experience was excellent with my salesman and the crew in that dealership. I went to just see and never expected to make the purchase so fast! Rich was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make it smooth with my trade in and even helped lower my monthly payment a bit. I recommend this crew 100% at Atlantic Mitsubishi, very patient and they work with you and your budget! Will take my daughter there when she’s ready to trade in her vehicle.

Bait and switch. I called in the morning to confirm the car was available and when I got there in the afternoon, they said it had just been sold and picked up that morning. 3 months later the dealer is still advertising the same car for sale.

I came in for a c300 at my a great price. Moreover they had many cars for great prices and it was a dealership so I figured they must be legit. After waiting an hour the salesman came by to tell me that I would have to accept their financing or pay a 20% markup. Their scam is they won’t give you the car for the listed price unless you accept their in-house financing offer at its absurd rate. They are basically loan sharks. This can’t be legal.

Listed car as certified... when speaking with them, they stated certification is available for additional charges. They also would not work out a deal over the phone or via email. Everything was come in and let's talk about it. Stay away!!

Pric kept low, i gave the same offer finally but the sale person said this prie is to attract customer to come to our store but they adder more than 5000 on top of the price by adding additonal work done $1250 on it, pre cert amount 2500 and document charges $ 1200 something all together $31000 instead of 25854 so this is wrong.

No a pleasant experience, the advertised price is no real . bait and switch.. Once I arrived at the dealer the price went from $17988.00 to $$24000.00 plus tax plus MV fees. The price was inflated by dealer fees. I gave 2 stars because the sales rep was very nice.

At first the experience went great. Mike got me more pictures and information. However when I went to ask for final out the door price I got the run around. First it was 'policy' to not do pricing over the phone (I was buying out of state) then it was all the sales reps are busy. Then after a few days of repeatedly calling and being told I would get a follow up, I finally reached someone else who in a matter of minutes got me to a sales rep. Then the add ons, fees, and charges came flying in. A 26,500 turned into 34k before taxes with fees that couldn't be explained (a 2k "reconditioning" fee that when finally explained was just a inspection fee of 2 grand). If you see the price online don't believe it from these guys. I expect dealer fees and taxes but 8k worth before taxes, credit checks or even how much down payed is crazy.

I am from Philadelphia. I offered asking price on this suv including taxes. I just contacted them before I traveled to discussing a deal. They had no interest in selling this car near this price I had my own check from my bank( pnc) they didn’t want to deal with my bank (shady ) . No respect no care belittling wasted my time cost me 600 bucks staying the night in New York. I’d advise choosing another dealership clearly this one wants to hard inquiry your credit a couple times to use a bank that leverages them and want to charge every possible fee they can! This is what you get when your scum a scum review learn how to speak to people and lay off all the hair gel boys.

Felt ripped off because I am a female. Was manipulated to take a vehicle with more mileage and higher price, only to discover there was A BMW on the lot with less mileage, same year and lesser cost. Very disappointed.

One of the worse dealer ever...so many hidden fees they will charge you I called in for Toyota RAV4 listed price was 14k and the lady I spoke to she said it’s negotiable once I got there the guy salesman were like you have to do the paperwork before you go for a test drive I asked him okay we can do pre approval just in case if I don’t like the car make sure it doesn’t go on my credit report he promise yes that’s fine he said but then he run my credit and got approved later he comes up adding 2k for doc fees and 500 for destination fees and 1500 for the dealer fees I mean who pays all those fees??? Car listed for 14k he end up making it 18k plus tax lol and 3 people were involved in 1 car sale their supervisor salesman and guy who showed me the car they all force me to take the car thank got I didn’t get it

Absolutely awful experience. I contacted the dealer regarding the BMW 340i that they have “priced” very competitively. I say “priced” because that was the actual price they were willing to sell at. They claimed they work with the best lenders, including Bank of America, and the advertised price of $26,790 is only good if you finance through them. However, their best rate they would offer, no matter your credit score, was 4%. That is criminal. Bank of America is currently offering 2.5% for tier 1 credit. This price is so low because they make all of their money back on the high interest rate that they are charging. This is the 5th New York dealership I have found practicing this scheme.

The service at Atlantic Mitsubishi was OUTSTANDING! From the moment you walk into the door to the moment you leave. The Sales Staff are professional, courteous and attentive to your needs. The location is clean and modern. All employees practice safe Covid rules and social distancing, and the available vehicles are in superb condition.

BUYER BEWARE: Called for a bmw 340i xDrive listed at 26.7k and spoke to someone who I verified the price was the price and not reflective after 1995 down. This was where the lying began. I was told specifically, “No, we don’t do that here. The price is 26.7k.” I stressed I was driving an hour and a half away and didn’t want to waste my time. Then I get there and they wouldn’t let me test drive the vehicle without negotiating numbers and agreeing on a price. Then the bogus fees come in. A $1,995 ‘reconditioning fee’ a $1000 ‘destination’ fee. A dealer cannot charge a destination fee if it is not a brand new car to the manufacturer’s brand’s dealership, which this was not a brand new car nor was it the brand’s dealer. Then came the ‘CPO’ warranty cost of 4K. Again, a non-brand cannot certify a car. It is just a terrible warranty they are trying to line their pockets with. Before taxes the car went from 26.7k to 32k BEFORE taxes. Do NOT waste your time with this awful shady dealership

Actual price is 5k higher than what they are advertising in Cargurus. Advertising price is $15,990. But when I went to the dealership they asked for extra fee like: Servicing fee: $1995 Destination fee: $995 Certification fee: $2400+

Just went there to buy this 2020 camry which they asked for $15,990. I got a call from them before going there and I asked if there is any other fee accept tax and DMV fee and I was told there was none. The car was fine and all but when we sat for financing talk we started to see stars. If anyone wishes to buy certified car from them expect to be charged with lots of hidden fees: $1995: servicing fee $995: destination fee $2400: certification fee So their asking price is actually more then $20k. HUGE SCAM
