Mr. Zeke was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He took the time to help me learn a few things about the car since I never owned an Infiniti before. I live in Port Arthur, TX so he videoed the inside and outside of the vehicle for me to be able to see for mytself the condition of the car. He explaned that it was certified and what that meant. All in all he is a very good man.

This was the best car buying experience ever. I live about 250 miles away from this dealer, so they were incredibly helpful with sending videos and picture of the car. I needed to make sure this gorgeous car didn’t get sold before i could get there to test drive it, so i started the paperwork, so they would hold it. When i got there the entire experience was flawless, the paperwork was ready to be signed, so i drove the car, loved it, signed the paperwork. Was in and out within 30 minutes. But wished i had spent a bit more time there, looking at all the other gorgeous cars in their showroom. It’s amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and professional. I can’t say enough great things about this experience.

He was happy of my interest, answered all questions I had, encouraged me to check VIN for any discrepancies and welcomed me to visit for a no pressure viewing and test drive. I drove to 2 1/2hrs to Baton Rouge and found the car of my dreams. Murat and Zeke made this process not only easy but fun as well! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!

AWESOME AWESOME experience!!! Probably the best car buying experience I've had in my 30+ years of buying cars. And it was all done sight unseen. Milton, the rep at Elite, was awesome to work with. Nice, helpful, no pressure, and I love his cool Louisiana accent! When I explained I was buying this from out of state, sight unseen, as a gift, he didn't hesitate to shoot a walkaround video and send it to me so I could better see the car. Through the whole process they were amazing to work with. Elite even helped with getting me a 2nd key, they arranged getting it through a BMW dealer. Truly - I'm not exaggerating - this was the best car buying experience I've had. And it wasn't for some $60k+ high end car - like many they sell there - with a huge profit margin for Elite. It was a lower-priced car, and I'm sure they did not make a ton on the sale. Regardless, through 30+ total phone calls and emails, they spent time working with me onas if I'd just spent 100k. Fantastic experience!

I inquired late Saturday evening and Zeke, (dealer) responded immediately on a Sunday. I reside in AZ, and have been looking for this particular exterior/interior color BMW for over a year. I would always find one without the other; right exterior, wrong interior or right interior, wrong exterior colors. This is the second one that I found with the right mix but at a better price. Once, I found this one I began the purchase process and sent Lemon Squad out to inspect the vehicle. I hate going to dealerships and was impressed that Zeke wasn't pushy with trying to sale me a vehicle. He answered all of my question and responded to my emails & texts within a timely fashion and more importantly he got me a good rate/deal. Zeke will also set up shipping my car to AZ. This vehicle transaction has been the smoothest one I have ever had, and if I need another vehicle, I would make another purchase from Elite Import Group.

I received an e-mailed response about an inquiry I made on a Porsche Boxster, but they didn't answer my question directly via e-mail.

I had already commended Elite on the smoothest vehicle purchase I'd ever had, but didn't know I'd be back so soon. The beautiful S-Class I bought in March 2017 was lost in the recent New Orleans flooding. Naturally, I called Zeke at Elite, and he went right to work searching for a replacement. The man does good work. The new S550 is even better than the first, and the transaction was just as smooth. You guys know how to set the bar high. Thanks Elite!!

These guys are awesome!!!. It's a small dealership where they give exceptional personal care toothed cars they sell. The Range Rover Sport HSE I bought from them was in impeccable condition. They cleaned it up really nice from front to back and inside and out. Love them. I would totally buy another car from them and recommend them to anyone.
