The dealership was a very comfortable family vibe and would recommend although they were pretty busy that day so we had to wait a little bit but it was still a comfortable visit until our paperwork was processed. Even offered free snacks and comfortable seating.

Gentleman at dealership was nice and friendly but the truck was overpriced for its condition. I was lead to believe i good finance too if I needed but told I couldn't when I actually got to dealership to test drive.

I went to Elite Auto Group and bought a 2017 Ford fusion, the car was clean and seemed to be in good condition and as described besides for a minor infotainment issue. The staff were friendly and helpful they even offered free snacks! I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a quality cheap used vehicle.

Sold me a car as is and allowed me to finance. 4 days later the check engine light came on and when I took it to a shop they told me that they never should’ve been able to sell me this car.

They answered all my questions promptly, let us have 30 minute test drives and gave us zero pressure to buy. We didn't end up buying from them but they do offer some good options for cheaper prices than you can find almost anywhere. If you choose to go here I would recommend having a pre purchase inspection done or really checking the cars over yourself because they are sold as-is wholesale. (That doesn't necessarily mean anything is seriously wrong with them...just for your peace of mind of knowing just what you're getting into!) Only docked a star because while they are a wholesale type dealer, they really should go the extra mile to at least have their inventory clean and detailed before you check them out. They are most certainly just sold as-is...even if dirty!

The guys i spoke with were friendly but they were less than honest about the condition. The vehicle looked nothing like the photos listed. The Rav4 was very dirty, the driver door panel was not secured, the front clip was not attached correctly, lots of scratches that had been poorly touched up, dents, windshield had a huge gash in the driver's direct line of vision, check engine light was on along with a few others, stains in the rear cargo area along with bad smells, mismatched paint from obvious accident. They also knew I was driving 200 miles to purchase a vehicle in good condition but chose not to be truthful. Very disappointed

Ryan, the salesman with whom we dealt when we went to the dealers last Friday, was helpful. Unfortunately, none of the cars were quite right for us, because of issues that could run into large expenses for us, so we didn't purchase anything.

Poor communication and iffy salesmanship. They'd isn't call as scheduled, didn't call at all. Nope, just text messages. Morning of Monday I received a text confirming our meeting time. Did 40 minute drive to buy the truck only to be sold they sold it on Saturday. Why confirm an appointment for a vehicle already sold? All vehicles had damage and high mileage with shade tree "repairs" and cash only terms. A good place if you have no credit but stacks of cash and the knowledge and tools to rebuild newer engines and transmissions. Everything there needs something.

Poor quality vehicles, deceiving pictures, most likely selling lemons, truck was in such bad shape it didn’t even start and the center console was not even attached with wires going everywhere. Would not recommend buying here.

The price of $6999 jumped to $13000 with $2000 down when I asked about Financing the truck. The loan office said they could sell it for $13,000 This is after the salesman said price was $6999 and with a $1000 cash down it should be no problem to buy it. They are bait and switch with a Zero Rating by me

This dealer tried to jack the price up $1000 from the ad i responded to. The car had an obvious exhaust leak. Sticker on the windshield showed the next oil change due at 172k and car had 183k miles. I did not buy the car.

They advertise a chev cruise as being road ready.got home and the car was 3 quart low on oil .has several major oil leaks.bushings missing in gear shift.busted windshield wipers reservoir.liars .

Well I guess if your not making a big purchase they don't deal with you I fill out there credit app on elite website and no response thats been 2wks ago I received a text msg from Corey about the truck I was interested in and thru out the brief correspondence I answer a few of his questions but when I ask questions communication cease then he texts. Me at 8pm on a Sunday with same questions about my intents so go figure all in all I would not recommend this place unless you have lots of $ to spend

Was a good dealer. I never made it to his lot as I found a car at another dealer and bought it.

They had the car I needed and they were helpful and courteous.

We talked Saturday after hours and set a appointment for Monday at 9:30 am to purchase the car and when I showed up to buy it he sold it out from under me.

The dealer lied about the vehicle, he said the ac was working great. It did not, the whole time I drove it, it blew hot air. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE
