I did not have a pleasant experience. I did not buy a vehicle from them as they were not open to any negotiation. Went to the next dealer and purchased a vehicle, cash on the spot.

The staff have been very nice here, the finance manager is professional and helpful.

Very responsive at first but zero willingness to negotiate anything. If they would have had any willingness to match other prices for dealers which were closer with nearly identical inventory - I would have probably bought from them.

I had a really good experience with this dealership. very accommodating and made this purchase go smoothly even with a few logistical issues. Tyler my sales rep is a nice person to do business with and didn't try to push me to make a sale.

Every other car dealership should go take lessons at this dealership on how to treat customers and not waste people’s time. I called in the morning spoke with Jeff about a car I saw on Car Guru I was interested in. Informed him I have done my homework and just need to know if we can agree on numbers. He puts me through to his boss Craig who did all he could to make it happen. I was at the dealership by 6pm to complete the paperwork and pick up my new car. I had been to 4 dealerships before this. This is by far the best customer experience. You ROCK Craig!!!!!!! Like I said you do make “magic” happen. Keep up the good work. Good things will always come to you Sir! Quick response, great staff. Didn’t get the GTI but I did buy a car from them and I’m really happy with it. I went in on a Saturday that wasn’t too busy so they were able to spend as much time needed to find me the right fit and they were happy to do it.

Very pleasant experience working with Jose, Vito and Mike in finance. Thay had an issue with their computer for financing so we had to come back on Monday to finalize everything. Still one small issue with parking light warning light, but a nice car.

Maria was good, but when she stated that the car "has been here a long time and the owners are just looking to move it...they paid $34,000 for it and are asking $32,989 because they're nice people and willing to give someone a deal just to get rid if it:, it rang a bit hollow to me. Typical sales posturing. So I was not surprised that it suddenly sold when I started pressing for more details and coming to terms for a negotiated price.

Responded via email and phone. I needed to make sure a few options were present on the vehicle. Manager checked for the options, called and confirmed with me ahead of time. New cars and preowned at same dealership (not a separate site). Car pulled out and ready for appointment. Salesperson and floor manager (Allison & Rob) easy to work with and listened well. Purchased on a Friday afternoon. Fast to purchase and complete paperwork, but waited over hour for Volkswagen to clear check. Dealer added charge of about $250 for VIN etching above agreed price.

Difficult negotiations. Make things harder than they need to be and takes the fun out of buying the car. Questionable ethics - they included items in the price that they did not itemize. When I caught them they said they did that with all the cars they sell. Make sure you add up your itemized list and it totals the right amount . Personally I will never use this dealership again. Same circus, different tent.
