No one answered the phone after calling several time . Got to dealership trk had a check engine light on motor running rough and brake fluid low enough the brake light was on . I will never shop this dealers again and advise everyone to avoid shopping there

When I arrived at the dealer, I told the person helping me I needed one of their least expensive cars just to get me from home and work doesn’t have to have any features just a car for us to be didn’t matter. I knew Westlake financial would approve me for 11,000 or less. The manager comes over and only shows me a 2025 Tesla and that is all that they showed me. After showing me those, he ran my credit, and then told me that they couldn’t help me. This is all while I already have approval from Westlake financial, and was never shown any other car except for a 2025 Tesla.

Sonnie, we are sorry we weren't able to help you get into a nicer, newer vehicle.  We help people with less than perfect credit get into a nicer, newer car everyday, even with less than perfect credit.  But unfortunately some people do need a down payment.  In your case, we did have a Westlake approval, but we presented you with their required downpayments.  Also we don't have any 2025 Tesla's, but we did show you a used 2021 Tesla that qualified for the $4,000 IRS tax credit.  We also showed you a Chevy Spark, but the down payment was higher on that.  We were trying to find options that would

Davis, thanks for your feedback but there must have been a misunderstanding.  We have an optional $1,995 package that comes with many benefits.  But it is definitely not mandatory.  The price listed online is the price at the dealership before tax, title and license fees.  Unfortunately the TT&L is mandatory though.

Went to the dealer ship could not find a place to park, ask someone where to park, never got an answer just an excuse on parking. Got a response to the e-mail I sent and there price was way high according to other jeeps listed on car guru.

We apologize that you couldn't find a place to park.  The Cedar Park fire department greatly reduced the number of parking spaces we have available when we revised our site plan.  We are in the process of paving the lot next door which will give us a lot more room. We also strive to be competitive on our pricing, but in some cases our prices may not align with Cargurus interpretation.  This can be due to trim levels, option packages, etc.  But we are always open to discuss the pricing and compare apples to apples.

Was told there were more options in my price range but when I came to the store they didn't have anything in that price range. Customer service reps were friendly. The low rating is only because they were trying to sell me a 7 passenger van, when I already have one and need 8 passengers or more.

With base g25, they are trying to sell it as even higher price than higher trim of it. Also, the last salesman was offensive.
