I had great luck when dealing with the staff at Prestige Automotive Group. They were friendly, prompt, and most importantly honest. Although I didn’t end up purchasing this car from them (due to sudden relocation on my end) they were amazing in helping me through the entire process. I wanted to finance the car and they had their own financing companies as well as were able to work with my own bank. They accommodated me with several test drives and were very forthcoming with the maintenance they had done to this vehicle as well as all the other vehicles they had for sale and maintenance and repair they received. They have a full service center and we’re incredibly confident and knowledgeable when it came to answering any of my questions or concerns. It was nice not to hear the typical “runs great drives great no issues” sales pitch. They took the time to get to know me and my wants and needs in a vehicle. If it wasn’t for my relocation I would have absolutely purchased the car from them. If I ever make it back to the central Ohio area they’ll be my first call for service or If I purchase a new car.
