We were called by a salesman hours before the dealership opened for the day, who helped us place a hold on this vehicle because we were coming from 3.5 hours away. The salesman was Cole, who was outstanding to work with. We ultimately purchased this vehicle. The dealership was great to work with and Cole is great at his job, a genuine and caring young man. We will be back!

Drove 700 miles round trip to check out this truck. Told the sales guy before I left that I needed a non smoker truck. Got there to find out this wasn't the case. Total waste of time that could have been avoided if he was truthful. Also had a concern with an overheating issue with the truck. Coolant tank was low and other indicators. I won't be back.
Never made a deal I couldn't find out if it was a
short bed or long bed. That's a long ways from
where I live in St George. It's hard for me to shop
long distance and I was concerned about this
vehicle being in the area that comes from, that
there would be rust or corrosion and I wasn't to
hear back about if it is a long bed or short bed
it's a very nice looking truck

Amazing truck. Even better than we expected in person. Very easy and helpful process.
Deal with Justin H!! He has been fantastic to deal with and works his tail off. I’m only give 3 stars due to the upper Managment not caring about what happens after the sale. As soon as I paid them dang near full price...plus $600 to ship the vehicle they quit caring and the vehicle was supposed to be delivered the same day the shipper picked it up. Turned into a mess and zero communication and who knows now when I will get the truck. I still haven’t.. here’s to hoping it shows up

The beginning seemed pretty awesome. They were helping me and once it came down to needing a co-signer, the communication stopped and they would not return my calls. So I went to a different dealer and walked out with exactly what I was looking for and was going to buy from Eide.

appointment. The experience was seamless and pleasant. We ended
up trading in sour vehicle for the car we went to check out.

The Vehicle was sold ! They should have taken it off CarGurus. Feel like they just left it on as a lead vehicle so people would contact them.

Dealer would not work with me on the price of a
dodge journey, sales staff said they were loosing
money, but found same car elsewhere fo two
grand less, window stickers are not truthful, they
are adding every and any incentive, some dont
apply to anyone. All in all very disappointed in
everyone involved
