About Us
Eide has been in business since 1974, when we opened our Grand Forks, ND location. We then were fortunate enough to open Eide Ford in Bismarck, ND in 1981. Then, in 2010, we purchased Eide Chrysler Pine City in 2010 in Pine City, MN, and then in 2016, Eide Chrysler in Bismarck, ND. The Eide Automotive Group then welcomed Eide Ford Mandan and Eide Kia, in Mandan, ND, in 2022. In 1978, McKay purchased Coon Rapids Chrysler Plymouth, and then moved to a new location in St. Cloud in 1984, officially becoming a Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership. In 2024, the Eide Automotive Group purchased this dealership and we officially became Eide Chrysler St. Cloud. Our motto is Time Saving, Hassle Free, Fair Price. To make the car buying process easy.

Hey Jason, we are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't ideal. Unfortunately it does take 3rd party websites a couple days to update on if a vehicle sells or not. As far as your trade goes I can happily take another look at it and see if something was missed. We appraise trades with giving you the actual cash value of the vehicle and don't inflate that number depending on what you buy!

First the manager called me. I think his name is Joe, and he was very informed about this vehicle. He was
kind and helpful. He told me Logan would be calling me soon. I have talked to Logan 3 times and he answers
all my questions and if he needs to research one of my questions he does that and contacts me. These are the
best salesmen I have encountered.

Although the initial inquiry did not work out - the Dealership is still working with me to find a vehicle that

went a different route, but dealer was responsive and helpful
I asked what papers I needed before I drove 1 hour to get the car after getting there was told I needed to bring a pay stub I said I can fax it they said no I Will have to drive back up to the dealership again with a pay stub that is 3 hours round trip also after we got home I found pop spilled all over a water bottle and trash in part of the car. You would think they would clean the car before selling it hostile place to buy a car thanks for your time
