Very good, the salesman was excellent and had what I was looking out front when we drove up. Prior to that he had responded to all my questions and sent me many additional photos of the vehicle. I had an opportunity to speak with the owner Tom and that also was another positive experience.

Completely mis-led by salesperson. Wasted time and money going there. Online pictures were limited so most information I got was over phone. I was told "no visible rust" which was untrue. Deal breaker. The end. Would not recommend to friends.

We reached out to this dealer and made an appointment to see an SUV. The individual we were working with stated it was at their location, and we could see it the next morning. The morning of, as we were getting ready to make our hour drive, they called and stated they didn’t have the vehicle; he then said he didn’t know where it was. We were excited to look at the vehicle, because we are stuck in a two door car, but were misinformed. We were then told there is a possibility of them getting it back. A couple days later, after receiving no response after we reached out, we were told the vehicle was sold. If there is a way, please do not give out information before you know the details.

Very helpful in telling me all about the truck that I bought. Had a tough time getting in contact with the financial guy after I had left the dealer. But within a few days, it was all fixed and he helped me. The salesman was very knowledgable about the truck and answered all my questions truthfully and fast. They worked with me on getting a good deal and payment.

Kody was quick to respond to my questions and answered all of my questions; but was not pushy. Unfortunately, my wife an I couldn't get to the dealership to look at the vehicle due to our schedule. However, I very pleased with the great customer service I received from Kody.

The dealer was prompt in their reply. They were a bit pushy. Ended up finding a car at a different dealer.

I bought the truck. Sales and related staff have little knowledge. Staff had limited competence. it took hours to complete a cash deal. They sold the truck to me with a crack in the windshield that I missed with a test drive in snow. I will complete all needed repairs with reputable service provider. Standard used car sales tactics. I will not do business with this dealership again and recommend against doing so for others.

Poor communication .truck was supposably went through inspection but there was oil leaks from the power steering. Not very impressed with the whole experience

the people were very nice and did everything they could so I could drive could get the financing approval for the car and I was able to drive it home that day. I fell in love with the car.

Very interested in helping us find a vehicle

I had a poor experience I doive almost 2hrs to the location just to get the same respons I got from previous dealers..When the Sales person could have at least got the ball rolling before I wasted my time coming out there and stl not getting approved for what I was looking for..I was upfront and honest and I didn't get that same treatment!

Call this dealer and told them I was interested in this truck and I would be up there Saturday to look at it. The guy said no problem we will see you then. Drove up to the dealership Saturday morning and when I walked in the door a told the person who I was looking for and he said I don't think that person works here. Come to find out he did and he was outside selling the truck that I said I was coming to look at. The guy at the front door argued with me all the way out the door and the parking lot while I said that is poor customer service and he said that's business. This is not the first for this dealer because if you read their reviews on Google you will see similar reviews about how they treat their supposedly customers. Plan to be treated like a piece of meat when you walk in.

The salesperson was very nice and helpful,and even though I didn't get the vehicle,they assured me that they would keep in contact in case another vehicle arrived.
