Very prompt and professional service!

They were good in v t bf r beginning of the talks but as it has moved on they have been less than forward with their communication on the pickup that I went looked at and put a down payment on it as a good faith to who them that I’m really interested in the pickup. I had previously told them that if tge cruise didn’t work that’s would be a deal breaker. I came back a couple of days later. ( no ride hence buying a pickup) to test drive it with my brother and the cruise didn’t work ( I would be Thought that they would have been able to test it and make sure that it work and then when he got they interstate found that the air condition didn’t work. It had sone other lights on by the dash but I knew from them that it was by as us. And I understand that be posting it inky so acted thatas is a no

This was the loveliest experience imaginable. I don't like car shopping and I get very anxious. But everybody at this dealership was so kind, so responsive, no pressure. I was treated respectfully! I can't say enough nice things about this dealership and my beautiful new car !!

I received professional, prompt and detailed responses to my questions. The truck was sold before I was able to make it the dealership. However, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Efkamp Auto Sales again.

Great people but ended with no sale

Not impressed at all. I was trying to purchase a nearly $80k Range Rover Sport, and they couldn't get me any pictures or actual miles because his step mom was driving it for her personal vehicle.?? Maybe don't list it for sale then.

This place was a blessing to work with. Didnt do the old “ car salesmen “ act. I was inn & out within an Hr ( including my test drive). Hands down, the best place i have done business with for a used vehicle.

We purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from these folks. Overall, it was a great experience working with Jack Leshen and his brother. They did not push us to buy the car or over-advertise it. We test drove it for 20-25 minutes and when we got back, they didn't even mention the time (as opposed to some dealers with a stopwatch!). They were very responsive when we wanted to take care of the financing. Here again, they didn't try to lure us into financing with them. It felt really good to work with these folks. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

I felt as we had done business for years because of the courtesy I receive, but only my first time buying from this dealer. I will do business here again!!

He responded to my email but said it was in detail. I emailed again the next day for pictures, he said it was still in detail. Then CarGurus emailed and said it had been sold.

They quickly responded to my inquiry and followed up.

Nervous, first time buyer of a car. Recently divorced, so I was worried about the sterotyphical high pressure salesmen. Instead, it was like visiting with your favorite cousins. It was a pleasure to be able to take my time. It felt like family. I was able to take the car out by myself. I’d done test drives at other places and didn’t care for it. I prefer to be alone in the car so I can concentrate. I have physical limitations and it was very important to know how the fit and ride would be. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I’m more and more in love with her the longer I’ve had her. I couldn’t be happier! I recommend them highly. I came from quite a distance—the listing was tempting enough to make the drive. I’m glad I did. P.S. CarGuru is the best! I never would’ve found such a great deal without them steering me to Eikamp (pun intended, lol). Thanks guys!!
