Ryan contacted me immediately after AI requested additional information theu car gurus. Ryan listened my needs and desires and we moved quickly to negotiation stage. After he sent me a video walkaround of the truck, I noticed several hail dents and expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with hail damage. He explained to me it was listed on their website under the hail damaged discounted vehicles. I told him I had been viewing the truck on the car gurus site, which did not state any hail damage. I explained to him that it may have been a misunderstanding. I was no longer interested. Shortly after, he reached out to me and asked if I they repaired that hail damage if I would still be interested. Absolutely! I am very happy to say that Ryan and the Edwards Auto Group are taking care of those issues and I will be buying this vehicle and having it shipped to my home. Excited and so happy I reached out to Ryan about the truck. You simply must call them for all your vehicle needs.

My experience with them has been Great! They never pressured me to do anything, I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted, and they took the time to make sure that I got the best vehicle, like new!!, that is could possibly get! I cant say thanks enough to Haley, and the rest of the team. Thank You!!!!

Price changed constantly with a plethora of excuses. They even went as far as to say they have over 11k in a car with a high retail of 7400 when they took the price from 6800 to 9k. I never felt so scammed in a car in my life. But thanks to this practice it encouraged me to look further and i found a much better car at a lower price. I was just gonna get this one because it was close. Its definitely worth the drive out of town to shop around.

1st contact was June 23rd. I asked for the price, VIN and any details. Finally got the asking price of $4,100 on July 6th ($100 more than posted on CarGurus) and was told it would be $6,000 after they fix a wheel bearing. Not impressed, never got the VIN. There were 8 emails to me from the same rep.

My salesman was terrific!! He worked hard to get me what I was looking for, unfortunately the used cars he found for me either had hail damage or dents and deep scratches.
