Excellent service
Called dealer 3 times. First time told me to come there in person pretty much. 2nd time told me to submit credit app if interested in a car and would talk about general APRs and trade in values. 3rd time was to see what I could get for an APR after submitting my app. They hadn't even started it 24 hrs after submitting and said they would get someone right on it. They finally called back 3 days later to talk about the vehicle I contacted them about. It was to late as I already bought a vehicle by then. I felt like they treated me like a bother every time I called them or talked to them.

Drove over 100 miles to look at 2 different used Nissan models.
Sales person very knowledgeable. She did not press me to
by..the stock at this dealership gave me many used cars to look
at. I will return when I am ready to buy.

They were very nice to work with - just also very sterile and corporate feeling. The car we went to look at sold before the info was updated on the website. The dealer did contact us to let us know that, and had other options. But the dealer just looked at the website to pull cars - which is what we could do from our house...just seemed odd to come into a dealership and have them take us to an office to look at a screen rather than bringing us out on the lot to look at cars. We had two cars to drive there - and while we ended up going in another direction, they were our second choice.

Eden Prairie responded quickly to my inquiry. I asked some follow up questions and did not hear back regarding those questions. We purchased a CX-9 locally and I did not pursue a deal with Eden.
