I attempted to work with several smaller "mom and pop" dealerships but kept getting mislead. I finally found a Tundra that was sold at one of the big player dealership. Ed Morse Ford was great to work with, very transparent and good communication. They held the truck until I was able to get someone to look at it. I'd definately recommend them again as they were very concerned about maintaining a good reputation with integrity.

Ran a hard hit to my credit without discussing what I was able to do down payment wise and if I was wanting to take it further. Then never responded after I complained. Extremely pushy and also rude via email communication.

Our car buying experience with Weir was great. Jim Phelps was friendly, easy to work with and had an answer for my questions within minutes. Toby was very knowledgeable about the many features this vehicle offers and walked us through the setup. The car was in perfect condition exactly like they said. We will definitely visit Weir for our next car purchase.

Dealer responded promptly and was honest about the " as is" condition of the car through an exchange of emails. Upon arrival at the dealership they directed me to an area to park my truck and trailer, and had the car parked right in front of the dealership, ready to test drive. As soon as the deal was made they washed the car and the salesman helped me load it while the paperwork was completed. Hope to do business with Weir again in the future.

We had a terrific experience with Weir Ford! Highly recommended; no
pressure, honest as the day is long, and extremely accommodating when
minor issues came up with getting the right parts to finalize the deal. I can't
say enough good things about these folks. We drove 70 miles to come look at
a specific used vehicle that they had and we couldn't find anywhere else, and
would do so again in a second. Check them out, you won't be sorry.

this vehicle didn't have the options I was looking
for and light colored cloth interior wouldn't work
with my family.....very good price and really nice

Sales people didn't seem
interested in selling their cars. I called on a Friday with the
full intention of driving their on Saturday morning to buy a
specific vehicle. The salesperson didn't know if the vehicle
was available, said he would have to go out and "look" for
the vehicle and then call me back. I never got a call back. I
called again and there were no salespeople to help as it was
almost "closing" time. Very disappointed.

my experience with weir ford was nice. one of the dealers
acted kind of nervous and anxious. ahe told nothing was
wrong with the car at first. But then when i went to redbud
another dealer said it needed a radiator. so basically i was
lied to about the car. But he said he was totally unaware it
needed a radiator and apologized.

Brad was very straightforward and friendly. I didn't feel like there was any "dealing" going on. The vehicle I was looking for was on the lot and Brad was very accomodating. Pleased with my purchase and would recommend Brad and Weir Ford to my fellow military servicemembers, family and friends.
