No photos of the car were available on the website so I asked to have some emailed to me. Got some very small and grainy photos, and was told there would be some posted to the website. A week later and still no photos. That’s not the kind of customer service that creates a new customer.

Putnam was a wonderful dealership to work with. The experience was not a typical car sales experience of the seller being pushy. They wanted to ensure that we were happy with the purchase by offering extended time to test drive the vehicle over a period of many days, more than we needed to make a decision. Response was always prompt and professional, but friendly and down to earth. If more dealers treated their customers the way Putnam does, the entire industry would be all the better.

I asked for pics of interior,and did not receive, question was not acknowledged. in talking about price I was told they were going to replace a sensor to make sure everything was working and I never heard back

Dealer did not really have car. Had "loaned" it to another dealer. I couldn't get access to it. My ethics wouldn't allow me to go to other dealer since I contacted Putnam first - probably should have.
