Not a very helpful place. Didn’t help with payments/ price at all. The truck I looked at one of the staff members put over 4,000 miles on it and still wouldn’t adjust price or explain why it was driven.

The advertise price was very misleading. Obviously there’s gonna be tax title license but they had an additional $2000 in “dealer options“ that is not reflected in the online price. With no explanation of what those dealer options were when asked..

Car was not as advertised. Check engine light on. A/C didn’t work. Radio falling out of the dash.
Dealer was not transparent. Salesperson was uninformed.
Stay away!

I live out of state and was trying to purchase this vehicle. I learned that this dealership is poor at communication I called to ask details about the car, explained how interested I was. I had them run my credit so we could work on exact numbers. But then after that. I requested the documents for this to view the monthly payment amount with certain money down etc. They never emailed over the docs like they said they would. I reached back out all they kept saying is they would send the info over. Never got a single email. I made sure my email was put correctly in there system, I checked my spam etc. Still not a single document. I messaged them and all they kept saying is we will get that over to you and nothing. I would’ve thought a dealership would want to make a sale but I geuss this one is not in a hurry. Ended up buying a car from somewhere else. Don’t waste your time waiting for them to respond back to you. Maybe they are a good dealer to go to in person. But not virtually.

I arrived to dealership later than expected but was able to meet with my salesman shortly after. I came to the dealership already knowing what I wanted and the car that I was to be shown was parked in the front. After talking about the history of the vehicle, I was able to test drive it and knew it felt like home immediately. After the test drive we were able to talk numbers and I was able to get the price of the vehicle down to where it was comfortable to me and it was a done deal after that. I did my own financing with my local bank which was a few hours away and then I was on my way. I felt like my dad who accompanied me, was able to build a lot of rapport with my salesman along with myself. I got a call on the way home to make sure I made it back and I inquired about a few other things during this call. After driving almost three hours away and coming home with the vehicle I wanted, it doesn’t get much better than that.
