Worked the numbers to fit my budget but then I was told by mechanic car too old & with it sitting 4-6 months as owners were snow birds I might have problems with seals & leaks so I let this car go

Didn't feel like they were willing to make a reasonable deal (tried to beat me down on my trade in value). I came from out of town to test drive the car, that was not ready (broke rear window motor and head gasket oil burning). Mind you my trade in everything worked and looked excellent condition!

I had a bitter-sweet experience at this dealership. We got a pretty good deal on a great used car. However, the customer service left a LOT to be desired. The salesman wasn't cordial and seemed disinterested. The sales/mgmt. team fumbled and dragged their feet on the paperwork. The whole process was pretty frustrating.

I called to purchase this car for three weeks. They offered to send me additional pictures of the exterior of the car but I never received them. After waiting and waiting, the last time I called, I was told "that someone was looking at my car and if they didn't buy it, then it would be all mine". That was a complete slap in my face. They are very shady.

Their customer service was not good. I went to view the car, and the gentleman helping me was not helpful. He did not seem interested, did not have answers, and did not allow me to test drive the car when asked. I will not go back.

I purchased the car. The sales person could not locate the second Smartkey. I was told by the sales person he would help me out with one if it could not be located. I went to the dealer two days after the purchase and was told the sales person no longer worked there. The sales manager said he would look into the key matter, (they are $300). I called and went in several times and was told the previous owner of the car was contacted and was looking for the key. I stopped in Ed Howard and the sales manager told me the previous owner thought the key was in a box in the garage!? Sorry, car owners don't keep $300 spare keys in boxes in their garages. I have not heard from sales manager and have stopped calling them. As a result of their inattention I ordered a key from local Benz dealer.

Was contacted promptly by a nice salesperson who was friendly and informative. I decided not to buy this particular car as it was lacking a few options I was looking for plus the distance from my home was more than I had preferred to travel for a car.

Pleasant , but did not provide requested information on a timely basis.

They only contacted me after the car was sold.
