I wasn’t able to test-drive the vehicle because I didn’t have the declaration page of my insurance with me. I showed them my driver’s license and my insurance card, but they said that wasn’t enough. At that point, I decided to just get up and leave.
I don’t like this dealers approach. I had a nice sales kid, but their whole setup is intimidating. It’s a massive place and set you in these little cubs and managers all staring at you across the room. They tell you up front they won’t work on the price and they say you have to buy an $800 dealer package with your car. I would guess most people end up upside down if they buy a car from this place. This approach will fail long term.

Great dealer! Mark Johnson was amazing to deal with.
I got approved for $0 down through two different lenders that this company works with so they said okay we can get you in a car with one of the lenders for the $0 down but after all that they lied to me and said I would need a co-signer but I got pre-approved for $0 downso make ot make sense they also ran my credit several times without my consent so if I could give them a 0 I would!
My experience was "awful" once I told the sales person(Mark Pederson) I have retained my own financing he was no longer interested he could careless DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Take your business elsewhere TRUST ME!!!!!!! If I could have given "0" stars I would have. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
Seemed like a relatively fair middle of the road price for the car by the looks on the surface. Then took the car for a pre purchase inspection with an autoshop and would have required $2,800 worth of immediate repairs and the dealership thought they were meeting me halfway by offering to go down on the price by only $1,000. Not the best at math but that doesn’t even seem like literally halfway. No thanks!

Very professional and courteous. The transparency of the prices on the website was refreshing and appreciated.
Dealer was quick to respond. Answered all my question clearly. The main problem… I was Never told I was speaking to someone in call center. The car sold while I was driving to the dealership. And I had an appointment and told them I was coming in and driving across the metroplex. Was informed of the sale upon arrival.

Respond promptly wanting to know what they do to help nice folk
This dealership reached out to me asking if I was still interested in a vehicle. I told them yes but that my situation was very difficult and I was super hesitant to fill out a credit app bc I know it hurts your credit and it’s already not good. But Kyle convinced me anyway and said he would get back to me asap. Well, he didn’t get right back to me. I didn’t hear from him until 2 days later. And as I suspected, they could not help me. It pissed me off bc I knew that was going to be the outcome and bc he was so persistent about saying “I’ve worked with so many and have been able to get them into a vehicle” I caved. That was my fault. But he wasted my time and hurt my credit. Now, they lost my business and will never talk to them again. Such a bad place in my opinion.

I went during the week and early so it wasn’t busy. This was the second visit- the first the car was out ad a loaner after I called to confirm car was there. When I saw the car, interior was dirty and right rear had minor damage but price was good and it had low mileage with good carfax history. Sales manager arranged body shop to fix blemishes and change taillight which was cracked. They said car would be detailed to put on permaplate protectant. Upon picking up the vehicle, the rear was repaired but interior was still dirty with some stains on passenger seat so I knew it wasn’t cleaned which indicated permaplate could not have been applied. When I told them they said they don’t apply it there and to make a claim after 30 days and permaplate will send someone to my house to clean and apply. I knew this wasn’t true ad my salesman and manager stated otherwise but I had to return home (an hour away) to go to work. I confirmed with permaplate and car should’ve been cleaned then product .

I apologize for the confusion. All of our vehicles go through a make-ready process when they arrive to us. This includes a deep cleaning as well as PermaPlate application on the interior and exterior before the vehicle is put on our front line. After the vehicle is sold, it gets a freshen up treatment which includes vacuuming and an exterior wash before it is delivered to the guest. The PermaPlate is applied to the vehicle before it is put on our lot rather than after it is sold.

Worst customer service experience, it took the dealer 4 days for them to contact me after applying for financing. I was the one always reaching out to get updates. No one seemed like they cared or took me seriously. I took my business elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this dealership. I would rate them 0 out of 5 if I could.

Dealer was asked for vehicle report. Dealer sent 3-4 generic emails after initial request but never supplied the report. I called about 4-5 days later and requested it over the phone and it was sent within an hour. Phone conversation was professional. Listing was inaccurate and did not state it was a lease. Dealer states they are lower than competitors but carfax shows they over retail when I use my account. I have not visited the dealer in person but would if I found another vehicle that met my needs.

I was not impressed with Echo Park. The car they were trying to sell me had paint scratched off on different parts of the car and bc the inside was two tone, there were awful finger prints from someone that had dirt on their fingers and they weren’t willing to get the car ready for me. Never ever go there to buy a car, but if you do, don’t let Henry help you. He’s incredibly mouthy and rude

You have to buy using one of their banks and then they add all kinds of protections that you don’t want. If you ask them to remove these extra costs they add them elsewhere. Be careful with this dealer.

I received a quick response letting me know the vehicle was still available via email. Within 2 minutes I received a call and was told the car was on hold. I let the contact know that we needed to purchase a vehicle that (which we did at another dealership). I let him know that if it was not purchased that day to let me know. It looks like the car is still available. I have never heard of a dealership holding a used car as the sale was not completed prior to the call to me.

A/C was non-functional on the drivers side, so in 105°+ I've had no A/C for almost 2 months, a problematic transmission, and zero help or clarification since 5/24 when I started this attempt of them correcting their short comings. I'm unsure of exactly which 198 points they check during their "very throughout" 198 point inspection, but it isn't the transmission nor the A/C. To me, those seem like two of the more important things to check.
Everytime I call (because no one feels the need to reach out in an attempt to keep me updated) I get a different answer as to the status, in fact, different stories with each new person on the same call. Does anyone actually know what's going on??? At this point, all I can say is: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Sale man is rude; this car specifically has cracked on the front bumper, and under the car have damage; also ananother car here is not like the Carfax, car have replaced part, color does not match.
Wish they are more transparent about it.
Also the sale man was not helpful either, he took care multiple clients & was extremely rude when I requested for different car.
I made an appt to go see the car, but they managed to sell it before I could come in. Not their fault. They were very helpful and communicative.

The experience with Echo Park was a nice and relaxed one. Henry was great in working with
me to help find the car I wanted. He was patient with me as I test drove several different
models of car, only to determine the one I originally wanted wasn't a good fit for me.
Eventually we found the one I ended up getting. All in all it was a nice change of pace from
the usual pressured dealer experience.
My only negative, was the financial part of the process took much longer than I'd have liked.
Granted that wasn't Henry's fault, but the wait was much too long for my tastes. On my next
car purchase I'll go in much more prepared than I did this time.

I really want/wanted to buy this car!! Called & scheduled a test drive appt. No 1 was around when we walked in & a nice girl from service was walking by & said she would go get someone to help us. Then big white dude George came up & asked who was helping us & we said a nice young girl went to get us help & George responded the “fat black girl” we didn’t say anything both shocked & then he said “that black girl is stupid & doesn’t know anything, she works in service”. I really wanted to leave but had driven 40 minutes to see this car that I want to buy. Then we said we have an appt. to test drive & he said nope don’t know nothing about it, the call center is worthless & they never do anything or tell us anything. So let’s go over the paperwork for the car & my brother tries to tell George that “ she wants to test drive it 1st & he yelled interrupting him. Worst experience ever!! I’m so sad b/c I want to buy this car, not from racist jerk!! How can you employ this guy???

Buyer be aware. On 08/26/2022, at around 0924hrs, I arrived at the dealership to check out the listed 2021 durango RT as per scheduledappointment. The sales and sales manager were questionable about the vehicle's availity after they assumed the sale would to be "cash purchase". None verbal communication from the salse indicates hasten upon return, and advised me the vehicle was "in use" by associate who held position higher than the sales manager. I would be okay if they advise me that they don't want to make the sale, but the verbal, and none verbal clues of deception observed from the sales were more than concerning. It's interesting that the slaes has stop responding to message of inquiry on the vehicle availability. At least everyone were polite during our encounter, and go over the stander spill. The "none negotiation" of pricing indicates their lack of interest to make the sale. Overall, poor experience, and wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

I was unable to get the jeep that i wanted as they had pulled it off the lot for repairs. Zack however was able to show me a newer model which was alot newer with fewer miles then the one I was looking at. Thanks Zack we are happy with the choice.

Everything went fine but I had to do a lot of work the
previous owner had a dog I spent a whole day getting
dog hair out the dealer didnât tell me that also the dog
scratched a few items although great deal but if i knew
there was a dog involved I might not have purchased it

I had a nice experience with my sale person. I think the dealer’s environment was cozy. My transaction overall went good.
I decided to leave the car over night so it can be cleaned and detailed before they delivered to me. At my surprise the Sale person didn’t have the délogeant to look or maybe he just didn’t care enough after he made the sale.
He level of customer service is very law.

Good cars (all less than 5 years and certain mileage) and upfront simple pricing. We did not end up buying the car we looked at, and the manager called after we left to ask about our experience. Without pressuring us to buy, he invited us to come back if we decided we were interested in the car we looked at. Overall a pleasant experience. Will consider for another time.

Amazing experience!!!! Greeted immediately prior to walking into the building. The building was clean and welcoming. Salesman Kyle was absolutely incredible!! I asked Echo Park, in Grand Prairie, if this vehicle could be moved to an Echo Park location closer to
me (in Plano) and was told an emphatic "NO". At the time, with Covid, I didn't want to be out of my
house any longer than I had to be. So I wrote off buying the car. I checked back on Car Gurus about
ten days later & the vehicle had, at some point, been moved to the location closer to me. My wife & I
went to this new location with the intentions to buy the vehicle. When I arrived the car was not pulled
up front as I was told it would be on the phone, just a few minutes before. When I finally saw the car
I told them it was not the right car, it had no sunroof at all. They assured me it was the car I had
called about. I had to show them, on they're own website listing, where it stated the car had a
panoramic sun roof! My wife and I were so upset because of all the times they could have
blundered, during Covid, was to me really unacceptable! The staff were not upset in the least!

Echo Park seems like a good place to purchase a vehicle. Their call center will tell you there are no additional fees. In reality, they want to charge 600 dollars simply to finance through their preferred lenders and you can only use your own financing if you can finance through very specific banks....USAA, Navy Federal and 1 other. They take you through a whole process hoping you will be roped in and then spring the additional fees on you. I found a 13,499 dollar car that became a 14,800 car in about 20 seconds. Not impressed

I was promptly contacted by a courteous sales representative. We scheduled an appointment, and were treated with respect and professionalism at the appointment. The vehicle was ready for us to test drive and was exactly as described in the listing. Everyone we encountered was courteous and eager to help us. My experience at this dealership was incredible!!! My salesperson Paul Thornton was awesome!! He was patient, very thorough and not pushy. He and the finance team took time and shopped around and made sure I got a low interest rate.

Worst car buying experience, ultimately left with the vehicle we wanted but not after we sat for hours through a process that should have taken less than one hour for sure. Sales staff is definitely well trained to not listen to the customer and NOT take no for an answer when trying to sell you extended warranty, GAP and other add one’s. Lesson learned for sure will never consider this dealership again and will never recommend no matter how competitive their pricing is, overall experience NOT worth it.

I was contacted very fast after my inquiry. I was trying to get more information via email but salesman just wanted my phone number. After reading about their dealership I saw they had a no haggle store. I’ve found over the years that these types of stores have a higher than average price on vehicles or try to steal from your trade.

I was interested in a different Q3. When I inquired about the vehicle Kasey Jones told me it was still available. However, it had already been sold.
I’m so thankful I did my own research before coming in to look at the Audi Q3.
I explained to Kasey that I’m look for a specific interior and exterior color. Additionally, I appreciate honesty and not someone trying to lure me into their dealership under false pretense. To my surprise, NOT, Kasey Jones never replied back.

Good place with great prices. They do not allow credit union loans so shop around and know bank auto loan rates before you buy. Otherwise, a good experience.

By the time we communicated, I'd already found another car I liked. But they responded immediately and offered assistance in finding the type of car I was seeking. They
maintained contact, in a helpful way, until I had definitely selected a different vehicle. Then they wished me luck. Very professional and prepared to help.
The people I’ve talked to have been nice, however I have asked for information multiple times that had to be “sent to the dealer to request”, such as an out the door price and walk around of the car. I have yet to receive that information, all the call center seems able to do is set up an appointment to see the car. Which is even more annoying, because I just want to talk to the person that’s going to be selling me the car. Being from out of town, I have to figure out a day when I can come on my day off to look at it, but don’t want to spend all day driving to a destination if I’m not going to like the information and product I see when I get there.
Rude. Unhelpful. Didn’t even try to make a sell. I would ask questions then have to reach out again to prompt an answer or response. Very short and snippy conversations like I was a bother. Would tell me one thing then someone else would call and tell me another. The sales person told me that the finance department “helps the people on the showroom first and helps virtual people whenever they can” like I was insignificant and didn’t matter. I felt like a bother to them from the moment I contacted them. Spoke to 4 different people there trying to get the deal closed. Got all the finance done. Reviewed the numbers and realized they had all of the figures incorrect. Reached out again for them to update the numbers correctly. A “manager” called me back and stated they would get the correct info right over to me. It has now been 8 days and I STILL haven’t heard a word back. I wouldn’t take a vehicle from them now if they were paying me to drive it daily. -100 stars from me!
Great selection at a great price. If you find something that you like, you better act fast. The inventory turnover is really quick. Vehicles are going out as fast as they come in.

Experience was ok. Some sales pressure but they were cordial about it. If you find a great
deal on a car, go for it. Come in with your pre-approval to lessen the pressure in the purchase
process. It was clear that the windshield was replaced but their attention to detail was
lacking in cleaning up the broken glass. I test-drove the car with glass shards on the dash,
seats and cut myself from it. I asked them to clean it but it wasn't done when I picked up the
car. Service lights were reset but doubtful they were actually performed. I paid my Mini dealer
to change, oil, service check.

Despite COVID-19, there were lots people on the weekend we went which translate to lots waiting. Even we had an appointment to see and test drive the car, we had to wait 30 min. Stuffs are nice and they were wearing mask and customers are trying social distancing themselves. We ended up buying the car but the whole process took almost 5 hours.

When we got there we were told they had 13 people ahead of us, so we left. I ended up making an appointment for Wednesday morning. Got there and everything went great. Very odd experience. Found a vehicle I liked. Clean car fax. Good test drive. Asked if I could take it home for a night to have it checked. Then I said there was a local dealer that will inspect it that was a short distance away. The dealer couldn’t get me in that day but could the next day. I asked the sales guy if they would drop it at the dealership in the morning because I lived an hour away. I would pay the inspection fee. They said no we will give you 2 hours to get it inspected. The dealership said they needed 4 hours. Then I asked if I could put a refundable deposit down the said no only non refundable! I left and called later that day to ask if I could pick up the truck at 8:00am to take it to the dealership. They said will it be less than 2 hours! I said not sure. They then told me they would call me at closing and let me know. No call. Called my sales rep the next day. He said he was with a customer and would call me back. No call back. Crazy!

Drove two hours to an appointment to find the salesman had the day off. No information left with anyone. Had no idea what vehicle I came to see! Long day, very unorganized operation. Struggled getting payment managed because this dealership only takes cash, debit cards for payment. No bank transfer! Really it’s 2020! Good prices but the quality of the experience was terrible! Can’t recommend because its just a completely unorganized operation.

I believe sales guys are told to sell unneeded, at least in my opinion, extended warranties.
Absolutely NO negotiations on price or interest rates. They would not drop my interest rate from 4.5 to 4. Finance guy told me he would rather loose a sale. He did.

They have lots of cars to choose from and are priced very fair! That part is great! What I didn’t like was the pressure to buy their service plan which was between 3000-4000 dollars....and financed! When I found the car I wanted they first came to me with a list of monthly payments based on the length of my note and they added in the service plan that I didn’t want. They did not show what amount was being financed and did not show my finance rate. It was just monthly payments. He asked me if it looked ok. I told him I couldn’t answer that because what I was looking at tells me NOTHING! And it was very high payments too. That is when he TOLD me that the service agreement was added in. I told them I wasn’t interested in hearing about it and they insisted that I at least listen to them talk about it. They were slow at everything. I was there about 3 or 4 hours when I found the car I want at the price I was fine with 30 mins after I got there. Great price...not great service.

had from my credit union. Therefore I decided we could not do business together, because I thought me

Driver's Select is a great option for car buying. The experience was different from what I'm used to, but in a good way. After contacting them about a vehicle I saw on CarGurus, they contacted me. I scheduled an appointment to look at that car and a few others that compared. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I found the car the I wanted with an amazing deal that was several thousand under blue book value. No haggle, no stress of a typical "car salesman". I would definitely buy from them again.

Horrible experience. We had a deal drove back( over an hour drive) to complete the deal had paid them and signed all the documentation. At the very last minute they come out with an arbitration agreement to sign. They never mentioned this before. We will not sign it. These agreements protect the “ big guy” aka drivers select and leave the consumer unprotected against fraud. They said corporate policy. We say if your being completely honest and upfront there is no need for an arbitration agreement. We have bought many cars and this is the first time an arbitration agreement broke the deal. We will never go back.

for me. I considered traveling as far away as New York (1500 miles) to purchase a vehicle I saw
on line. But, on Saturday, February 1, 2020, I decided to visit Driver's Select (18 miles away) to
see a vehicle they advertised on Car Gurus. After seeing and driving the car, I was convinced
that she was the one, and in less than 3 hours, she was mine. The car salesman, Demeon
Washington and the guy from the finance department had excellent customer service skills. At no
time did I feel pressured or that I wasn't getting a great deal. I would definitely shop here again.

Their customer service was great. Our salesman was very professional and friendly. He had the car brought up perfectly clean and ready. We test drove it on our own which was nice because we could get a real feel for it. When we told him we wanted to buy it he worked with our schedule to make sure we could take it home that night. I went into this dealership tonight with my mind set on purchasing the 2017Dodge Challenger R/T for $23,989($24,000) although I was trading my 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT PLUS owing about $13,100. The salesman James Hamilton was great. He did what he could do, at least that’s what I thought. He brings me a planned rate that’s figured out with a 7.9 interest rate(my credit score 704) with a $1,000 down looking at $640 a month♀️ for 60 months. That’s waaayyy too much! My current payments are $460 with GAP. So I negotiated that if I put down $1000 I’ll settle for 465 monthly payment for 72 months. The salesman went back and did what he did and stated the warranty on the vehicle(manufacturer’s) is about to expire....that does not have anything to do with the price of the vehicle. I told him if they can get my payments to $465 I’ll squeeze $1500 to put down just on the strength that I really liked the car. I left this dealership feeling so alone. They did not work with me

It went very well, but took longer then expected because they would not work with my Credit Union. We wound up financing with one of their lenders to secure the vehicle, but now have to go back to my credit union to refinance it. Totally unexpected. I had a really bad experience with a salesman named Selene. I called asking about a particular vehicle and was advised by Selene that they had it in their inventory. It was an evening call and since I live 5 hours away from the Dallas area I needed to get confirmation that it was going to be available the very next day so I could book a flight and hotel for my stay. He advised me that people were “looking” at this particular vehicle and wouldn’t confirm the status of its availability until 10:00pm when they close their showroom floor. He said he would call me later that night and let me know. He never did. Since he didn’t call me, I called him again including a text message and never got a reply. I didn’t get any response from him until 3 days later. His response was, “car is still available”. The sense of urgency and lack of communication including poor customer service was astonishing! By far the worst sales experience I have ever dealt with my entire life. Extremely disappointed.

Overall the experience was a good one. I had done my research previously and knew exactly which car I wanted . The salesman was very helpful and I was in and out within an hour and a half. I did have to negotiate for a full tank of gas. The sales manager said all the cars they sell only come with half a tank. I was prepared to walk out if they couldn’t fill the tank. They filled the tank and I was satisfied. There was a little bit of high pressure sales going on by the manager to get me to purchase an extended warranty and of course, he was focusing on my monthly payments being lower with the extended warranty and not mentioning that the overall cost would increase by almost $3,500 dollars. I declined the additional warranty. In addition, the music that was being played in the showroom was a little loud, and I asked to go into a quiet office when I was talking to my bank on the phone.

The sales agent (Mark Pedersen) that assisted me was very aggressive selling his insurance products and very rude and did nothing to help us achieve the desired payment we were looking for. He would go away from our desk and than an hour later he would come back to give us updates. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

They say and advertise a 45-90
minute purchase process, but took

cleaned vehicle, but my purchased
vehicle was presented in cleaned
with stains on seats, coke spills on
a/c vents and crayon marks on
plastic mounding. Front wheels
need balancing as the car shakes st
hwy speed. Parking brake needs
adjusting. I have to give up a day to
travel back across town to get
issues rectified that I was promised
were going to be done while the
purchase process was being done
but they were not. If you can handle
the disappointment and stay on top
of your salesman, you will get out of
there with a good deal.

Sales manager wasn't responsive with phone calls, emails, or texts. Had an agreement on vehicle for purchase. He sold vehicle to another party without further communication with me.
Other staff was apologetic and tried to find another vehicle for me.
Dealership seems to have good prices on vehicles from time to time.

Not impressed, in today's day and age they will not bring a car to you to test drive nor will they discuss wiggle room on the price, not wanting to sell a Lincoln SUV too much I see. There are plenty of other dealers that provide customer service and I will choose one of them to purchase my next car.

The sales man were very helpful but the problem was they didnt want to help or negotiate after they messed up on mileage on a car...the mileage online said 19,000 but when I got to dealership had deal done they came to me and said car really had 50,000 miles i was like okay well take off something cuz now the car should be cheaper...well they wouldn't even try ..well now 2 weeks later the price dropped almost a 1000.00 hmmmm doesn't make since....loss of sale!!!! Considering to they called me to come back and purchase this car after I drove 4 hours twice and still didnt want to help as well...

Dealer was not flexible and dealing with us on price and when asked about newer tires, they were not flexible and put new tires although they were 50% news, but still they should’ve either lower the price or put new tires and it took almost forever just to do paperwork and they wouldn’t give me a full tank of gas which was unsatisfactory instead they gave me a little over a half so no I will not recommend

The state requires 2/32's to pass the tires and we double that to 4/32's, If we put new tires on each vehicle, that would raise the cost for the guest quite a bit. They listed this car as an f-sport and it wasn’t. Drove all the way to get it. They are nice but very transactional- “large volume dealership” the salesman kept saying. This basically means they just want to sell as many as they can so the vibe is- what do you want? Fill out the paperwork. On to the next person.

Not happy with this dealer. Found an Audi Q5 that I wanted to purchase. Spoke with a sales person (James H) who I told I wanted the car and because it was Friday afternoon, I told him I would
pick it up on Monday. Saturday morning, I spoke with James again and told him I was going to get the cashiers check and he asked me to send him a photo of front and back. Thirty minutes later
after getting my cashiers check, I called to speak with James but because he was not available, spoke with another sales person who told me the car had been sold! When I called back to speak
with James, he still didn't know the car was sold. I tried every way possible to make sure this car was held for me until Monday. I offered to give them a debit card payment, to put the $500 hold
on the car... absolutely anything they wanted and still James did nothing to even try to help me get this car and in fact, allowed me to waste hours of my time with banking for nothing.

I don't know about their car, but they have a lousy customer and finance service! First of all they very limited their own list of financial institutions they you can borrow from. Their website would not submit application and neither would tell you what exactly was wrong with filled out information. So, we called them up. But their representative insisted that we apply online. When we told him about problems on their website, he finally connected us to live person in finance. He took down our information but didn't give any answer right away. He put us on hold but actually ended the call! Gave us no reference no. or anything. We called them up again twice only to find out that we were that number in waiting for any answer back from them. Our own bank Chase approved and gave us rates right away. Long story short, we didn't buy from them. Instead bought a certified one from another authorized Lexus dealer in town

They did not respond to my online inquiries. I had to contact them. They did not provide an accurate description of the conditions of the
vehicle. The check engine light was on and they did not provide the truth on what the problem was. They wanted to sell me the vehicle
knowing that it was throwing codes P0012, P0016, and P0300. The motor after warmed up was misfiring and making a slapping or
knocking sound under the passenger valve cover. The Shaker 500 stereo needs replaced. The driver seat button that moves the seat
forward and backward has a short causing it not to work properly. There was a joke made that I needed a phone book to test drive the car.
I have been short all my life and I did not appreciate it. I was mislead by the salesman, sales manager, and the GM. The sales manager
talked to me like I was a child. My wife and I were patronized and given childish analogies on why the price could not change. He said if I
want the car he leaves @ 8PM then walked off.

cashiers check in hand, car gone,no contact made. despite repeated contact made by me.
but to add insult the sales man first lead us out to see a car that wasn't there, but showed
us other inventory, should have said upfront car gone. our sales rep tried to sell us us on
another car with front and rear tires not a match in make. not what expected, sales
manager did a stellar job in fixing up blemishes and was good to deal with. sales rep we
dealt with was not the one who failed to make contact, wasted 3 hours in drive time and 3
hours at dealer, gas, dallas traffic and tolls not a good day..hard to make a non refundable
deposit without seeing car

Contacted them about a vehicle. We live out of town. Applied for financing (which they ran and we were approved) and bought a plane ticket to come pick up the vehicle. The next day they called and told us they’d sold the vehicle. Their response was “he got here first”. VERY displeased. Not only did they run our credit BUT we are not out $250 plane ticket.

I called them after going to another dealer first and purchasing anything. I stopped and did purchase from them. The wait in Finance was longer than the test drive. They had taken the radio antenna off to prevent theft. However they did put it on prior to me leaving. I called immediately after getting home and realizing why the reception was so bad. I have been able to talk with the salesman once. Other than that no response from him. No antenna still and no returned calls. I have ask that it be overnighted to me since it has now been a week.

Pros:
Great prices.
Still on warranty cars with only one or two owners, and no accidents.
Cost-saving sales process.
Cons:
Cars get sold fast, so can be sold from under you.
They don't take no for an answer on add-ons like additional warranty and gap insurance.
Hard to get them to fix things or give you missing parts after the sale.
This was definitely a whole new experience- all volume based so selling and a very specific buying process- obviously no negotiating AT ALL-take it or leave it price but agree price was great, financing options unless paying with cash almost had ot be routed through them, etc....

Overall pleasant experience for buying a vehicle. I would recommend DriversSelect and I will purchase future vehicles from them.
My experience with driver select was horrible and very unprofessional and I felt like I got ripped off financially they supposed to sell me a 2017 Volkswagen Passat.. ...but they sold me a 2016 bait and switch I didn't realize it until 3 days later I had to bring the 2016 Volkswagen Passat back to Echo Park driversselect to get the 2017 and I lost $1,000 on the value of the car and I only had the car for 3 days I am very unhappy with that dealership

The absolutely most horrible dealership experience ever
in the history of car buying! They sold the car we had
already had be approved for through my own bank to
someone else, so what the finance manager did was ran
my credit with one of their credit union (without my
permission and I had already gave them my approval
from my bank) they did that so they can get more of a
kick back from their own bank. The so called sales
manager "Jay" lied to my face and has avoided me still to
this day because I told them that they needed to reverse
the inquiry they did because they didn't have my
permission to run my credit when I already had my own
finance approved. Jay and finance manager are not to be
trusted. Trust me stay wayyyyy awayyyyyy from
DriverSelect! They are CON ARTISTS to the upmost!!!! I
would spend three times as much some where else than
get a free car from driverselect! Do yourself a favor and
stay very very very far away from driverselect! Just a
HORRIBLE place and sales tactics

I bought this car and it had animal hair all over the car it's been 2 weeks and I have spend so much money detailing this car to get rid of the animal smell . I was very very disappointed . I would never buy a car at drivers select/ Echo park . They charged me money that was unnecessary and I call them leave messages and noone ever returns my calls. The whole experience was just horrible.

Worst ever, if you don't want to use their financing they treat you like you are wasting their time. You don't count . too many other places to buy cars to put up with that.
You want details, After waiting for 15 to get a salesman to talk to the first thing I was asked was about financing, I tole them I had my own, attitude changed. They do internal and cant hold anything or the car could get sold. I told them I am pre approved it didn't matter. Got a follow up call which I was happy to get but his attitude was the same and he even said "this was the way they did thing and the way of the future for lots of dealers. Well that is not my way and I was able to get what I wanted elsewhere where my business and outside financing was accepted.

Not a car dealership. Finance sellers. I tried to buy a mustang but needed purchase agreement to be financed from credit union. They only give a quote in which their letterhead is not legible and has “for internal use only” title.

Easy shopping experience for the most part, I had emailed my information in hopes I would be out of the dealership faster but I was done in 2 hours. I would have liked the vehicle to had been a little cleaner, as there was hair and some sticky residue, Cheeto crumbs, black smudges on the headliner, some water marks along the side of the console, and an old under mat for a car seat for a child tucked in the back compartment. Being that I drove two hours to purchase the vehicle, I was in a bit of a hurry and didn’t see these things. All of that aside, the transaction was easy, the customer service was polite, and the vehicle is perfect for our family. Drivers select has amazing prices and was pretty easy to deal with. Would buy from again.

I went on a Saturday afternoon... it was very busy. I mainly wanted
to look at the two vehicles I'd seen on the 'net. since I'd received a
response from a salesperson, I asked for him, and was told that
he'd be contacted and I'd see him soon. The young salesman
came / introduced himself to me and my wife. He said to follow him
and he'd take me to the car. He searched for the other car, and
later told me that it couldn't be found. The car I did see didn't
appeal to me, although I'm still planning to buy a Genesis. I didn't
feel free or was made to feel that my wife and I couldn't be trusted
to look around. Of course the way it's set up, I can somewhat
understand the reason for not being able look around the lot.

Received email with offer to test drive. Price was about 1400 above my target, car was for my son. Had they come down 500 or offered warranty or anything I would have purchased but they just advised to find another car.

Terrible, phone number listed goes to an automated system that would not recognize the option selected. We were contacted after an hour or so after filling out information on line. We wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car and we were advised that it would only hold the car for one day. We understand you have a business to ru , but sometimes it’s beneficial to work with a customer than to push them away to another dealer. We live several hours away from the location of the vehicle and had hoped to purchase this vehicle but with the phone system, lengthy response time and indifferent attitude towards the customer, we don’t hold any hope of purchasing a vehicle through your agency.

For context... we are out of state & only worked with dealership via phone. We found an Armada that we were very interested in and already had financing arranged...we were ready to buy. This dealership has a strict outside financing policy, so we went with their financing instead. While they took ALL day to process financing, the Armada sold. As we looked through their inventory (because we are now financed with them) we found a Honda CRV perfect for my parents. And it happened again. While processing financing for my parents the CRV sold. Is this bait and switch? Not sure. But we are both now financed at dealership and would have to switch and buy different cars than they baited?
They did offer us another Armada they had in “processing”, wanted a deposit to hold it, so we wouldn’t lose it. We were interest at first, but they could not give us the list price.

I really wanted this vehicle and headed to the dealership ready to deal. Luckily, I called on the way! I was told that they do not accept outside financing! I advised Ryan (salesman) that I had financing already and he said “Sorry I can’t help you then!” Stay away from these types of Dealerships! Great car buying experience!
At first they were responsive and got me a quote on my trade in and had us fill out an online financing app. We did those and they offered me $8000 on my car. That was with me being honest about the damage to the bumper and slight hail damage on the roof. We drive out there, expecting to buy a car, and they come back and say there was more damage from hail then expected. They dropped the trade in value to $6,000. I also put it through Kelley blue book and it was $7k-$8k and I put there was a lot of damage even though there wasn’t. After that we left. Two days later I got a generic email about what they could do to get me in a car. I emailed back and said we already did the financing application. If they could give me $7k instead of $6k for the trade in, and get my monthly to $450 or less we’d come back and buy, never heard back. GREAT service right? They obviously didn’t care about making a sale. I was making it pretty easy for them too.

Driver Select started off very unorganized with miscommunication and bad service. I was brought a car to test drive that had “service engine soon” and “low pressure warning” indicator lights on. Obviously I didn’t purchase that car. After complaining, I was directed to a salesman who was very accommodating and had excellent customer service skills. His name is Kyle. I would not recommend anyone to purchase through driverselect.

The car we went to go see was as shown and was good price. However,
upon getting to the car, the employee gave us the keys and said to pull it
back around the front when we were done with our test drive. He walked
inside and we inspected the car and got inside. The battery was dead and
there was a battery charger in the backseat. So we spent 10 minutes
wondering why the car wasnt starting with no one from the company to
help us until some one randomly walking by came and helped us out. That
car was 110 degrees at least and we ended up leaving later on because
the employee left us to help another customer and was unable to be found
when we came to a decision.

I was contacted after I reached out about a vehicle. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle I had called about but the rep that called me back was very professional as well as respectful.
After driving 75 miles to their location they advised us that the car we inquired
about wasn't there and the company CEO had given it to his nanny to drive. A

I had to wait 45 mins for a salesman to help me, and he was assigned to
me and another couple. After taking a test drive I waited another 45 mins
or more and could not find the salesman. I then turned in the keys to the
front desk and left. 2 hours after I left a manager called me and asked
where I was and where the car was. Apparently the front desk did not tell
them I turned the keys in and left. The manager advised he did not know
the keys were turned in and that I had left. I informed the manager I was
prepared to purchase the vehicle, however I could not get any help while I
was there, and grew tired of waiting. The manager stated there is a lot of
waiting and that is how they operate. Stating they could not provide the
same level of individual service as other places can. Manager made no
attempt to improve customer service with me or get me back in the door.

Well let’s see. Inflexible, unprofessional and essentially a cattle call. The cars they had were dinged up. You have to use their financing which was 2+% higher. They will not budge on price. Spent more time waiting for sales person than actually talking to sales person. They had a cleaning chemical in the car that I was allergic too. They refused to clean the car again. Said there is not enough profit margin to allow for independent detail job. Whatever. Good luck.

Drove out to see a very low mile Lexus. Told it was gone when I got there and they tried showing me other cars. The cars they showed looked liked they were lived in. The original car we looked at remained on website for a couple of Days. Apparently they are baiting with unbelievable deals and switching when you arrive. Sales person was wearing cargo shorts and a neon tee shirt. Sales people are usually a reflection of the company they work for. Funny how the used Lexus at the Lexus dealers are so much cleaner and well maintained. Also sales people don’t look homeless at the Lexus dealers

This review isn't about the salesman that attempted to sell me a car today (He was kind, friendly and helpful). It's about the method they tried to use to capture my sales. I know they take pride in saying they are "transparent". But I would argue they where not today. In short, they offered me a great deal on my trade-in and a competitive % rate on financing and monthly payment. Where they lost me was compelling me to buy their Gap and Service contracts and making the purchase of those two products compulsory and required for the deal we arranged to work). Their service contract was $1690 more than my credit union. Gap $345 more than my credit union which equals = $2035 in total more than my Credit Union. I understand everyone needs to make a living but, I was NOT informed that my whole entire "deal" was a "No Go" IF I didn't go with their finance dept AND the purchase of those two products. I was there for 3hrs.....! talking, waiting, figuring etc etc. I give them 2 stars for the nice and pleasant salesman Greg. But, they Loose out on the last 3 stars because they were NOT transparent about what would make or break the deal. In the end I said I wanted to finance with my credit union because of the lower rates on Gap & Service and Greg said his boss said the whole deal is off then. Sooo they pretty much proved them selves to be just another car sales company that isn't as transparent as they "claim" to be. Ha...!!!

I am responding to let you know that your co-worker Chris, who was very rude and condescending, has left me not wanting to do business with your establishment. According to Chris there is no option for negotiations on price and he stated "we discourage you in using your own financial institution as we do not deal with the bank drafts. If you bring a cashiers check or money order then that is ok but I doubt we would be able to match your stated intrest rate of 2.7% if you used our financing options." I will not do business with a company who employs and condones such horrible behavior.

It was Saturday afternoon late afternoon, when we went and test drove a car that we liked.and ready to buy it. We sat down with the salesman where he goes upstairs speaks with his manager comes down with the paperwork where they want to sell you some sort of warranty for over $2500 and also to set up a financing which I told him I was not interested in financing with them. So to make a long story short since bank was closed on Saturday I told him I’d bring them the money on Monday morning. The car has been there for about a month and what are the chances that the car would be sold between Saturday evening and Monday morning and the dealership is closed on Sunday. So we agreed that We would meet on Monday at about 10 AM in the morning and they said OK and that I would bring in the money at that time. Guess what, the salesman called me at 9:30 AM on Monday morning to tell me that the car was sold. .....well

Quick and easy, great people to work with
Professional? Yes but dissatified after given full details of my credit history and income. They still did a hard pull inquiry on my credit; In adddition, I was told that I was approved for a vehicle despite of my credit, yet I was lied to because I needed now a co-signer. I'm very dissappointed because I was upfront about my credit report but didn't get the honesty back. Now I have another inquiry on my credit report with NO vehicle!

They have pretty good pricing on the cars but I didn’t buy because the financing options were for people with bad credit. I wasn’t rewarded for having outstanding credit. I bought a brand new one for the same payments.
Drove 3 hours to visit lot and stated that we were leaving with a vehicle. Never once did salesman email or mention that you could NOT have outside financing. I was approved by my bank and wanted to go thru my own lender. After many many many trips to all different lots, we finally decided on a vehicle. Only to then find out about the lender situation. Wasted my entire day that was intended to be productive.

This was a horrible experience. As soon as we closed the deal and drove
off the lot we discovered a gas leak . It was obvious as soon as the car
was full of gas and parked in a garage for a few hours. This dealer
refused to take responsibility and we are having to pay for a new gas tank
to be installed (and have been without a vehicle for a week waiting for the
part). This is despite alot of promotion about the Dealer Warranty. The
dealer's representative that closed the deal with us has not responded to
text or phone messages. The service department and management have
not only refused to stand by the car and pay for the repair but have made
no efforts to help us get it fixed.

Experience was very poor. Sales rep was not available for the appointment
so another guy came and gave me some run around and didn't even offer to
let me test drive the car i was interested. I would not recommend this
dealership to anyone. If you don't have marginal credit and can buy a car
from anywhere you want, this is not the place for you. I definitely won't be

Great car and price. No haggle. If you know what you want and like their posted price (which is always lower than others) then go see them ready to buy. Not a commission sales experience where you're pushed. I would easily give 5 stars but having an issue getting follow-up from then after the sale. Bought 5 days ago. Have issue with the uconnect software. Can't get salesperson or anyone to take my calls or return my calls. Trying for three days. So the service, post sale, has been frustrating. Hoping I don't have to make a fourth phone call or leave another message or send another email before someone reaches out to reply to my question of, "What do I need to do to get this fixed?"

The first guy I talked to about this car wasn’t much of a salesman but when I dialed back and got Mr Bernard Wilson it all went as smooth as anyone could expect. All in all I talked to Bernard twice by phone a swap a few emails. You just can’t ask for a better man to help you. Once I walked into the dealership I spent maybe a hour and a half and I was gone with everything I needed. They even handled my state sales tax and my tag. Just a excellent experience for me.

My experience was very good. The dealership is very busy. The way it is
ran is not like a typical experience so you should not come here
anticipating that these people are desperate for your business. They aren't.
I picked out the cars I wanted to drive prior to getting to the dealership. It
took about an hour for me to get a test drive in my car. The saleman was
easy going and not pushy at all. I had to negotiate on my interest rate and
feel that I received a fair deal and love my vehicle. I would recommend this
to anybody who has a day to spend at the delearship. Do not expect to be
in and out that is not realistic.
The dealership was way too crowded. Reminded me of walmart. They don't
accept outside financing. They didn't have the car on location they told me
that would be there...Didn't go back.

DaMeon was my sales person and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional, very smooth, and not overly pushy. He understands what and how a customer wants to be treated. There is a very quick turnover rate there on the vehicles they sale so make sure you know what you’re looking for then go with something different...lol... I went in for an SUV and left with an Acura sedan that I love! I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle, mileage and price. The only thing I that I was a little unhappy with was the backend produces. I completely believe in purchasing the gap, the Maintainence package, and dent protection but that is the one area that I expect to negotiate price on as well as how many points they add to my finance charge. But that doesn’t happen.. I don’t mind giving a finance manager a 1% but not 2-2.5%. (i.e. bank charges you an interest rate of 5% the finance manager tacks on another 2-2.5% equaling 7-7.5% interest rate that your charged) so not only is the vehicle prices set but the finance manager doesn’t Negotiate on anything else and that is where he makes his money.
Please don’t let that detour you the vehicles are great! DaMeon is fantastic!!
My wife and I's experience started off decent. We were contacted by them when we first reached out to them via the CarGurus website. They were very responsive regarding that initial contact. After that, the difficulties began. We found it inconvenient to schedule a time to view the vehicle. The "CEO" aka Customer Experience Officer or something assigned to us did not work around our schedule. Instead of giving us to someone who could work with us, we decided to take off from work early.
When we got there on time, we had to wait 10+ minutes for the guy to show up. There was very little interaction, he went straight into asking who wanted to test drive. He took my license and came back with only one key and stated that was one way they keep their prices competitive. He mumbled about something about a route, which implied that he wasn't coming with us. I thought that was a nice, no pressure tactic. However, when I got in the vehicle that we wanted to see, I almost immediately knew something wasn't quite right. It did NOT have the features my wife and I specifically were looking for. We came to this dealership specifically for the vehicle with those features. What a waste of time! He apologized saying that sometimes the guys letting the vehicles get it wrong. This is bad for business! Ever heard it's the bait and switch tactic? This is exactly what they did. I'll not be doing business with them!

They made us wait for a half of an hour to test drive a car that we had
scheduled appointment to see. They also assigned our sales associate to
someone else so we were left on our own. We waited thirty more minutes to
see a second car and when we test drove it, it had only nine miles to empty
in gas tank and smelled strongly of cat urine, as if they hadn't even
inspected the car prior to letting customers test drive. We decided not to
deal with such a poorly managed outfit, regardless of the lower prices of

They took awhile to reply to me online so I went to their Dallas location. The salesman was friendly. I told him I was financed through my credit union and I saw the car online, he said they take cashiers check and he didn’t know how they would receive their money. I thought that would have been between my credit union and their finance department. I did test drive the car but never went through the process to see how our financial institutions would pay. I never had that issue before but I guess they wanted to give me a high interest rate. Clean dealership, friendly staff and the car had the price and mileage I was looking for.

I found this car on CarGurus. It has been on the market for 26 days. I went to the dealer website to make sure the Carfax and price is right. I wanted to schedule an appointment with the dealer for a test drive. This is what happened:
The sales representative confirmed the availability of the car at their location during the time of my arrival. He confirmed the Carfax report and the price. We also discussed about financing options and registration. I arrived at the location on time, the looked in their system to locate the car. We took it for a test drive and I showed interest to buy it. During our discussion, another person walked in and said the some one else reserved the car the night before and it's basically sold.
This is extremely frustrating. I drove an hour for this. Spend my time on a test drive and now they're saying it's unavailable!!! They should've checked it before making an appointment with a potential client. The manager only responded with "thousand apologies". They wasted so much of my time which I could have invested somewhere else.

Patricia - You can obtain financing from your lending institution and they can issue a cashier's check that we will accept, but due to our value business model, we don't work with outside lenders. And we do put our very best price, which is usually thousands below market value, on every one of our vehicles. This avoids the time and hassle of negotiation. You have to be a little persistent because they are very busy but we got the job done
Chris was not pushy, but very helpful and patient with us. I would honestly rate his customer service as exceptional. We sincerely appreciated the assistance he gave us. Even though we did not purchase the vehicle we went to look at, we will definitely look again at vehicles they offer. It seems that they sell quality vehicles and have a good business plan. We had a positive experience with this dealership :-)

The dealership is great. I didn’t get the car I went to the dealership for but I did get that same model with better options for around the same price. We were in and out in about 3 1/2 hours, it would have been faster if they had the car in the lot. Keep in mind that this is not like all the other dealerships, it is very fast pace. When we got there to take a look at the car, it was packed. They had cars coming in and out, overall very busy. So if you see a car you really like, don’t expect it to be there when you get there, unless you give a deposit. Call ahead of time so they have the car you want at the lot when you get there. If you can, ASK FOR HEATHER. She helped me out with my purchase and she was very helpful.

Way too many people standing around and waiting. The place was dirty, trash overflowing, bathrooms dirty and we really felt like we were in a very busy fast food restaurant.
The salesperson was too busy to take the test drive with us.
They have non negotiable prices and the spirit of the place was take it or leave it, we don’t care one way or the other.
Obviously this place sells a lot of cars and the prices were very good, just felt like they didn’t care much about customer service.

We bought a car elsewhere, but we were very impressed with our sales
person, Dameon Washington, and DS generally. We were just looking for
lower mileage and certified pre-owned status. Would definitely use DS
again in the future and recommend it to others.

The person that worked with me is very good at what he does.
I was ready to buy the vehicle but my wife, at the last minute, changed her
mind because of the color. She did not want a solid white car. She has
had two solid white cars and was sick of the color. Now looking for other
colors.

The dealership contacted me regarding the car
and I set up a time with a
salesperson to look at 2 cars. When we arrived to
the dealership there was
so much traffic that we were directed to an area
to valet your car and I was
told that they would valet the car though I needed
to tip the valet at the
end, which was very disturbing and unheard of.
At that point once we
walked in there at least 50 people sitting around
waiting for cars, I asked
what was going on and I was told that to pull up a
car to view would take
45 min., due to all the customers. We waited
patiently for the car and then
we were able to view the car. At that point we
decided that we did want to
move forward with the car, so we filled out the
application and they pulled
my credit score which was above normal at 748.
But then I was told that
my credit was somewhat low and that I could only
get 5.9% FINANCING.
Which is unheard of for my credit at 791, so we
finally moved forward with the
paperwork and as we were waiting we asked to
view the car again and
found after looking at the car more in depth, the
car had been wrecked on
the front and back bumper with severe damage
and a bad paint job to
prove it. Then at that point they finally told us that
YES the car had been
damaged, he asked the manager why they didn't
notify us that the car had
been in an accident and he said that he didn't
think about it......
This facility is a racket, my husband went back to
the shop where they
lifted the car to determin how bad the wreck was
and he said that there
were at least 20 plus car back in the shop with
there bumpers off trying to
fix them.
This dealership is not honest with the customers
regarding the cars that
they sell and then they try to make it look as
though you have bad credit to
force you to take a higher percentage so that they
can make most of their
money on financing with them.
Please look for a honest dealership that will not lie
to your face, this is like
being at Sam's or Costco trying to get a car. This
is a low end dealership
that hustle and bustle the customers..

Very fast and easy process, no haggling back and forth, only negative is they don't offer drafting as payment so couldn't use my credit union which offered a lower interest rate Than I was given...salesman was friendly but really didn't know anything about the vehicle he was selling me had to use you tube to find out options and functions I didn't know about. Car was pretty clean inside but outside was not washed very well when picked up..

Absolutely amazing experience!!! We had to drive over 3 hours to get to the dealership. Mike had taken the time on the phone setting up the deal to make sure it the experience would be seamless. Everything was ready when we got there. In and out without any issues plus great restaurant next door. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a slick, in/out operation that is geared for someone who walks in with cash. They will take a non-refundable deposit which is hard for a buyer to do without seeing/test driving a car. We had cash in hand and a purchase agreement, we were on our way (5 hour drive), and they sold the car when we were less than an hour away. It was a very frustrating situation. We understand that Driver Select works in a high volume, high turnover model, but unless you live in DFW and can pay cash (virtually sight unseen), then the slight savings is relative; and we would not recommend this dealer.

The service there is excellent, I do think they can try to get the vehicle to the customers faster once everything is finalized. I recommend frank to everyone who chooses to buy here. The "no haggle" price is just bull crap. They tack on another $5,000 in dent repair, gap insurance and extended warranty and are relentless in making you take it. You only get one "keyless" key which means you have to spend another $250.00 to get a second key. All things considered it cost me thousands more than the "no haggle" price. Misleading, deceptive, unprofessional. And then they wanted me to drive around with their name advertising on the back of the vehicle, made then take it off. Hated the experience, others should take note the "no haggle" price is plus $5,000 in extra crap. I thought the days of ScotchGuard for a thousand were gone, but it lives on here.

emailed me early the next day and gave me some information then we set up

Initially when I contacted them, Kenneth helped us, and that didn't go too well because he did not call back when he said he would call and he sometimes forgot to bring out the car that we had asked to test drive. However, after calling and being switched over to Jeff, things went a lot smoother because Jeff called back promptly and helped us choose our vehicle within a matter of two days. This place will get you to see your car quickly if you get one of their good salesmen, which is the majority of them.

I usually hate buying a new car. The experience at the dealership is
normally high pressure with slick / shady types that will say anything to
sell you something. That experience changed today. Drivers Select made
buying a car a wonderful experience (as it should be)! I took care of
everything online and speaking with John Shaffer on the phone. Even
after we told him we were happy with the interest rate and ready to sign,
he asked me if he could try two more places for finance and he found an
even lower rate for us. Who does that? They do! My husband dropped
by, signed and picked up our new car - we LOVE it! If your looking for a

It was the best car buying experience from driverselect. Steven donaldson has helped me from the begining till then end. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to get me the lowest intrest rate without submiting my profile to many banks. And he hold the car for me till i get all the paper work done. There was some scatch on the car he was able to get it done very professionally and fast . Even couple days after buying the car i was still able to get some of the information regarding the maintenance and he was very responsive. Not a good experience. Took 5 1/2 hours to buy a car with no financing. They want to force you to buy different warranties on the vechicle. Dealer also charges customers their county property tax on the vechicle without disclosing that on the purchase agreement.

I just bought my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium and looked at DriversSelect
due to the simplicity that was advertised. Having never purchased a car
new or used before, and knowing that I'm not one for the whole haggling
step I would have to go through at a traditional dealer, I was hoping
DriversSelect would be true to their claim of offering a simple, primarily
from home process. Such was the case and I am very relieved to say so.
I worked with Pedro through a combination of email, phone calls, and text
messages. He understood my position as a new buyer and explained
everything in detail. He was more helpful and pressure-free than I had
hoped which meant a lot to me. It's that which sold me more than anything
the car had. I can read features and understand what the car does and
doesn't have. But knowing Pedro wasn't looking to pressure me into
anything I wasn't interested in sealed the deal so a big hats-off to him.
I would describe DriversSelect best as; you know what you're going to get.
I knew the price of the car and my financing terms before I ever visited the
dealership and nothing changed a bit when I got there. And once at the
dealership, the whole process wasn't even a couple of hours before I was
driving home with a new car. I feel I got a great deal and would feel
confident working with Pedro and DriversSelect in the future.

Less than 1 star. Horrible!!!! After making an appointment, the salesperson rescheduled and then cancelled. So I tried to make an appointment with someone else. The guy on the phone actually argued with me because I just wanted to test drive two cars and not fill out their "Fast Pass" financing paperwork before I came in. He actually questioned why I wanted to see two cars that were different. Had he not been so aggressive and argumentative and actually tried to get to know the customer he would have found out that I wanted to drive a newer model of my current car because I was considering it in comparison to something different. Both salespeople I had contact with didn't care about the customer. And apparently everything you read in the reviews about them not wanting to work with outside financing is true. In the end I went to a reputable dealership and had a VERY pleasant experience.

Easiest car I ever purchased!
I was very pleased with Driversselect, especially with Ashton Haswell and Chris Scheu. They listen and don't push or rush you. They have a broad selection of clean, low-mileage vehicles. The vehicles are fairly priced and they do not negotiate price. I will tell my friends and I will return, should I need another vehicle. Give them a visit if you need a like-new vehicle. You won't regret it.

i had a preapproved loan DriversSelect was one of the dealers available to pick from according to my finance company. Once I turned down the overpriced extended warranty, I was hustled out of the dealership with the sales guy stating we don't work with your finance company. he wouldn't even tell me this face to face he sat upstairs and called me on my cell phone to let me know that I needed to leave and that he understood that I wouldn't be back.

Be very, very vigilant when looking at price listed on website & ALL the fees they add in when you get to the dealership. They have a $250 cleaning fee, $499 dent protection, accessories (never got a clear answer on this one!) $758, gap insurance $799.... The sale price ended up being $2306 over list price. They basically told me I was stupid for not wanting the car. Their interest was 4% over what we got elsewhere with the same credit (and our credit is categorized as excellent). This place has beautifully maintained cars, but I would not deal with them if my life depended on it.

Immediate response from my online inquiry. I did purchase the Nissan Altima as advertised on Car Gurus. This dealership has the best pricing for the best vehicles period. You should certainly take a look at them. The sales experience is status quo, so don't expect anything different there and whatever you do, don't go on a Saturday as it is ridiculously busy. I test drove this car during my lunch break, came back after work to purchase, but didn't end up signing the papers until the next day. And yes Tom Petty, the waiting is the hardest part. You will wait, hours, and I have no idea why. And expect them to push the service contract HARD. Really? The cars they are selling are less than 3 years old! Mine is still under manufacturer warranty!
Summary, GREAT pricing and GREAT selection of off lease cars. For that alone you should go.......and bring books, tablets, snacks (you will be there a while).

BUYER BEWARE!! The price you see online IS NOT the price you pay at
the dealership. Drivers Select adds additional fees to the price of the car

The online price is only to get you in the door. They hide these additional
fees in the line item descriptions on the Purchase Agreement. For example,
they have a line called "Accessories" and "Doc Fee", which add hundreds
of dollars to the final price. There are actually no "Accessories" that you
actually receive. When I asked the sales person what that was for, he said
that is was a "delivery prep fee". Not sure what that means. In addition, you
are charged taxes on these additional charges. Bottom line, the price you
see online IS NOT the price you pay at the dealership. Beware!!

Drivers Select had several cars that we looked at, including the specific car
we had requested. We bought a different car and are quite satisfied with

Bad customer service, my car was delivered to me unwashed with smoke small. I was told to bring it back for full detail on a future day of my liking, however I would have to wait for two hours or more. Totally unfair, also I was given the highest interest rate of 7.6 hmm with credit scores in the 700. I bought the car and refinance it with my bank at 1.74.

apologies for the long wait just to be offered exactly one half of the fair
trade in value of my car. When I said I needed more than that I was told

I ended up buying a differnet but similar vehicle from this dealer because my Customer Rep took the time to provide some other options to consider. He did a great job and the overall buying process was very easy. The car I purchased turned out to be better than advertised and exceptionally clean. Although this dealership can be a little hectic due to high weekend volumes, I highly recommend it anyone who is truly fed up with the standard song and dance you get from traditional "I need to talk to my manager" dealerships.

John Shaffer did a fantastic job. I bought a vehicle long-distance while in Alaska and John made everything happen. When I arrived at Driversselect, the SUV was ready to go. We went on a test drive, where I found the vehicle to be in excellent condition. John noticed an inch-long blemish on one of the wheels and said, "let me take it to the shop and see what they can do." 15 minutes later, John brought it back and it had vanished. Driverselect provides quality used vehicles at great prices. It was a no hassle experience and I will be back for my next vehicle.

interested in. After the 1st inquiry sent to the dealership the
service was absolutely amazing!!!! Lilia Galindo was our
Salesperson was very attentive through the entire process. I
mean this girl was on FIRE!!!! She responded to every call, email
and text within 10 mins and gave me all the answers I needed.
Lilia also did a FANTABULOUS job at securing our financing....on
MY TERMS. Literally asked me how much I had to put down and
how much could I afford monthly. She called back in 2 hours
with the exact figures that I asked for. Low down payment with a
monthly payment under $400.00 for a 2014 Chevy Camaro with
only 12,000 miles, we couldn't be happier! Exceeded my
expectations and overall experience was beyond comfortable
not pushy like other dealerships and very straightforward. Best
car buying experience ever!!! Will definitely be back for my SUV.

Later notified that one was available after all, and I made appointment to travel 95 miles (one way) to drive the car; however, while en-route dealer called my home (rather than cell) to inform me that car was being repaired and not available. Otherwise, Kyle was very professional and worked hard to secure 1.99 interest rate for me. Frankly, I'm not sure what to think about the integrity of this dealership at this point...
