Never will I got back too this dealership!!!AJ that helped me when I got there was very rude we wanted him too bring the jeep up so we can look at it before we decided too drive it but he would not do it unless we gave him a driver license we told him we just wanted too look at it first but he would not so we left and when we were leaving he lied too the lady at the front counter telling her we refused too give a license but that’s not true we just wanted too look first too see if we were interested in it
Over all Rep, sales guy was very profesional ,a good person ,staff also made us welcomd guest ,didnt like that we could not test drive alone , other whys its was great. Will see in a couple days how wife likes her toyota tks

We ended up purchasing a different 4Runner than this one. The entire experience was very pleasant - no pressure!! I hate the
thought of having to buy a car and dealing with the salespeople. However, at EchoPark, the salespeople are salaried not
commissioned so there is no pressure. The financing was as easy as it can be far as the paperwork goes. Jerry H (our sales guy)
was very pleasant to work with. He is new and didn't have all the answers to our questions but was very willing (and did!) get us
all the answers that we needed!

I attempted to have this vehicle transferred to a location closer to my residence, but they failed to transfer the vehicle. When I contacted the dealer a few days after asking for the transfer, they informed me that the vehicle had been sold. I tried following up the next day after asking for the transfer and didn't get a response. After the vehicle sold is when they finally reached back out to me. I advised them to not contact me in the future and I will not purchase a vehicle from them.

Set up appointment for test drive but when I arrived on time the car was already sold. I found out it was sold the night before but they did mention that when I received text to confirm appointment on the morning of appointment.

Drove an hour to get there, nobody talked to us in over an hour being there and the cars have no info on them
at all so it's impossible to shop there. The QR codes just bring up the vin, nothing else. It was a complete

We met with Stacy and Brett and they were great.
Loved the no haggle experience. We test drove the car
and loved it. The whole process only took a couple of
hours and we were on our way home in our new car.

Horrible customer service. I wanted a truck that was available, was financed and ready
to go. I came right out and told them I wanted to buy the truck 100%. They wouldn't
call me back once I told them I was coming from out of state. Every time I called, they
kept transfering me to different people when all I wanted to do was put money down to
hold the truck until I came in. After hours of calling and getting no where, I was finally
told the truck was sold. Since I was at work, my wife called in to try and get a hold of
someone for me. They told her the truck WAS available and to come in to see it.
Once she said who she was, with my name already on file, she was told the truck was
sold. Never got a call back from their finance center. Even tried talking with them from
their website. Again, stopped getting replies. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BOTHER
WITH THIS DEALER/COMPANY. They are NOT on your side unless you are there in
person.

At Echo Park we had Ronald "Ron" as our Sales man. He was amazing! Unfortunately we didn't leave with a car that day but we plan on going back, when we decide to get a car , just so we can make our purchase with Ron. We live in New Mexico and heade the whole experience worth the drive!

I drove out of state for the Lexus IS 350 AWD. I ran my credit so I was ready to buy. During the test drive, I instantly noticed a grinding noise in the wheel wells. You could see on both rims it had hit a curb very hard on the front.
How could a detailed 191 point inspection overlook something so noticeable? The manager never came out to speak to me on how we could remedy the situation or even try to come to agreement to have me purchase that day.
1 star for not owning up to the damaged vehicle, passing their inspection, and no communication from the manager directly.

i was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. Because i was in an accident, I currently do not have a vehicle. The cost of an uber is absorbent since i live in denver, so i asked if they would be open to bring the car to me for a test drive. if the drive went well, i would have purchased the vehicle. unfortunately, the rep for the dealership said they would not bring the vehicle to me, even though i expressed serious purchase interest. They suggested i drive another vehicle at a closer location and sent me a few options through text message. they said they would set up a test drive for one of those vehicles. i expressed to them that the other locations did not have the trim i wanted and was interest in the vehicle that they possess. But i told them i would try another vehicle and requested a specific vehicle at one of their other locations. It was at this time the rep ceased communication and has not responded back. i guess they did not seriously want my business.

I set up an appointment to see the car I liked right away. I let them know I had a personal loan through
my bank. Setting the appointment was easy and they assured me my bank financing was ok but that
they also offered financing.
When I received an email confirmation about my appointment, it stated they do not accept financing from
outside lenders. They insist they have the best rates and options for financing.
Without cash, I was forced to do financing through EchoPark and the rate was not better than what I was
offered through my own bank.
The car I wanted was somewhat rare and not at other dealers. If was available elsewhere, I definitely
would have went somewhere else.

This place and the people are amazing! It's not like buying a car from anywhere else.
I already had the car I wanted from looking online. They immediately had me drive it and never once tried to get me to buy anything else. I was very short on time since my vehicle was totalled and only had a couple days to get a car before my rental was up. They never acted like I was burden even though I only had a small time during a break to get the car.
They we're extremely transparent with everything and made sure that I had all the info/warranties to make sure the car lasted a long time. I don't believe they work off commission so they have no reason to push you for anything.
I did find an issue with the car after I drove it off the lot. The manager took such a great job taking care of me. They took so many pictures to send to their tech and even picked the car up from my work the next day and left a car for me to drive.
I've never been so well taken care of buying a car anywhere else!

The car I was originally interested in was no longer available when I got there for my appointment but there was another one a year newer do I bought that one. Anthony was super great to work with. He synced my phone to Bluetooth and installed the navigation system. Their prices are better than elsewhere .

*I bought a 2016 KIA-but post was pulling up Hyundai. I wanted to be clear so all
know 100% truthful post. //I bought a car at Echo Park. It was a top-notch
experience from start to finish. I believe their prices and quality cannot be matched
for used cars, and their customer service (Mark Riopelle-Asst. Mgr. is Phenomenal)
has to be above the top 1% of any business I have had an experience with.
Our criteria for purchasing a car was to find as new of a car we could find with as
low mileage as possible within our budget. other dealers told me I was looking for
"Unicorn" At Echo Park they have a lot full of Unicorns.
Echo only sells cars no older than 4 years old, no higher than 40K mileage and what
seems on average $1K to $5K under Kelly Blue Book. They have a lot full of
"Unicorns". There are also no dealer fees. I had a post purchase issue with car on
smoke smell that Mgr Mark Riopelle worked until completely satisfied. I have never
gotten better cust service in my life. Thanks!

Salesman was a egotistic. Tried to take advantage of my wife. Im deployed to Germany, so she went with a friend and as he was talking to her, he didnt know she had
me on the phone. It was at the point he said our pre-approval from USAA wasnt all "kittens and rainbows" that i instantly wanted to catch a plane back to colorado
springs and see it this maverick salesman would say the same to me. After i spoke with the manager, they are a pretty good dealership, minus one clown.

Sales people were helpful and friendly but not pushy. Purchase experience
was very smooth.
Ryan and the EchoPark team were great to work with. They were responsive and helpful from returning my initial inquiry about the car to getting my appraisal done to the actual sale of the car. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had with purchasing a car.

Was contacted by dealer in a timely fashion. Visited the dealer and
performed a test drive. Salesperson was accommodating but didn't
know all of the features of the car. Ended up buying elsewhere since the
car wasn't exactly what we were looking for

Easy to schedule a test drive, didn't end up purchasing this car. Was shown
another car with the features and options that I was looking for and

We have been car shopping for a month or so, but the smooth experience at
Echo Park, Colorado Springs has been unmatched.
The Staff was courteous and helpful, going an extra mile to make us
comfortable and imparting all the information about the car. On our request,
the mechanic took us further for the test drive to explain all our queries with
ease and patience.
I would highly recommend Miss Hannah Bitterman, who was proactive to
answer all our queries and take us through all the details thoroughly.
The location is scenic and the car shopping experience is satisfying.

Wonderful! We bought a Honda Pilot. Brett was our salesman and it was such a great experience. Generally I dread having to deal with car salespeople, but Brett was fantastic. Answered all our questions, no pressure. Next time we are in the market for a car we will be coming back to Echo Park.
