The car they attempted to sale was beyond
disappointing then they attempted to charge $1250
for a Doc Fee... If they managed to rip off as much
people as Mike said he sold last week... smh... that's
how they make their $$$$. Horrible quality vehicles
w/ outrageous doc fee. I can list 10 + separate
things wrong with the vehicle that would be crucial
to the driving & safety of the car. Mikes solution was
to get in the car & force one of the items wrong
down & says "don't use it".... The typical hustler used
car manager that constently was searching for one
of his salesman while we waited for their #s. Run
away from this dealer located behind a liquor store
underneath the freeway.
They didn't contact me, but this is the only way I could give this review. I purchased
my Titan from them, and they were AMAZING!!! The only reason they didn't get 5
stars is because No one is perfect. Aside from a couple after purchase hiccups,
these people were great. They were very helpful, the prices were not quite what
was listed in the ad that I saw, but were reasonable for what I got. I have, and will
continue to tell anyone who asks me where I got my Truck. THANK YOU, to Ian,
Malia, and Andrew, you guys are the best.

Quick and easy
My decision not to go any further on my purchase of
the Buick was purely based on the experience I had
with them online. I was very disappointed that my
request for a vehicle report was denied by their
representative who flat out bluntly stated that they
don’t supply any vehicle reports. I had the same car
model previously but sold my’08 Lacrosse. I have the
ability to purchase this vehicle.
But my opinion is that a vehicle report is a valuable
tool for the Seller and the buyer.
Combined with the Seller’s unwillingness to provide
any additional information on the vehicle, my
perusing of the dealer’s low rating online from several
sources plus purchasers reporting numerous reports
of dissatisfaction with the dealer in general leaves me
to wonder how they actually are able to make any
sales. To coin the well known phrase- Who’s in
charge there? Customer satisfaction obviously isn’t
practiced here.

Just the normal protocol, at least for the first intro
It was very disappkinting. Not one car they had on car gurus was on the lot. I even called said i was going last monday to test drive a couple of cars. I get there after driving 2 hours and said they sold them. I bought a car from another place. They could have said they wete sold or took them off their online inventory. They are still on cargurus. Irs a bait you in to sell you something else. How many stars would i give them. Zero!!!

We went down with cash ready to buy but the cars battery was dead. Was told it would be ready first thing next day. I followed up... not done and then they never called me. Sale missed

Friendly and helpful
No pictures of the interior on the website. Only received pics once I requested them. Mileage was over by 6500 miles vs what
was listed online. The car was dirty inside and out, and had an empty fuel tank. when asked if they would clean the car and fill
the tank, I was given a run around answer of No.
here is where it gets ugly. when I asked about the financing, I was told that the price listed was cash price only. That was not
stated online. the vehicle price doubled for financing.

Let me know that the car I was interested in was sold. We discussed other cars in my price range. Unfortunately I am in Queen Creek about 60 miles away. I need to look closer to my house.

They had sold the spark the same day I received the notification. The sold me a 2015 Nissan Versa, which totaled app 10,000. I noticed a strong vibration when I moved the auto across their parking lot. I asked the salesman about it, he just shrugged his shoulders and offered no response. I took the car to a Nissan dealership and found out it was missing a motor mount, both front struts were shot, both back shocks were bad, and the timing cover was leaking. It cost me $2400 more for the repair. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone else.
Hard to get a hold of, played mostly phone tag, and "voicemail" has not been set up. They were texed that I was on my way to view the car
and test drive it The car had a low tire, and they have no air compressors. The nearest gas station had an out-of-order air compressor. The
car has lots of issues transmission jerks, interior armrests, center console, the right rear door sticks upon opening, and of all things, the radio
only played static on the known stations. When pulling out of the spot for the test drive, the vehicle in front had to be pushed out of the way,
because it would not start. Angeline (Angelina) was very friendly and polite.

They gave me excellent service, were very knowledgeable about any questions I asked, and made the whole process easy. They do serious inspections on their cars and make sure everything is clean, so you can rest assured you’re buying something that is safe!

My experience was Awesome i bought infinity fx 2008 in that shop Mr D and his workers are truthful people they told me everything i have to know about the car am getting Mr D used the time to answer all my questions , i will refer people to that shop and also have another deal with them, Truthfulness is nest to Godliness.
I have been to this place 3 times in person cos they don't pick up their phone. the price
and mileage the put on car guru and their website is completely different from what they
ask for the car when you get there. my latest experience with them just today they put a
car for $1900 with 159,000 mileage on it .when got there the price is $2500 and the
mileage is 220,000. wasted my time and experienced the worst customer service ever

The car needed too much maintenance. Dealership was cooperative and friendly, but single sales
person/mechanic was handling customer who was unhappy with the car they bought at Easy.
