After looking for a car for my daughter for three full days in the Vancouver area and finding NOTHING reliable in her $9000ish budget that wasn’t beat to hell or waaay over 200k miles, we were feeling very (VERY) frustrated. We extended our car shopping trip for one more day and went to Eastport Motors first thing in the morning. In all honesty, she could’ve purchased any car there and been very happy. The lot is smaller and unassuming at first glance, but don’t let first quick impressions deter you from stopping!! The selection was all within her budget (give or take just a couple thousand dollars) and every vehicle there was presented meticulously. He treated both of us with respect and commended my daughter for researching car brands and sticking to her requirements. It was a very stress-free experience buying her car there…..if only we had gone there on day one of our search!!!

I can't really evaluate this dealer
other than to say that they were
quick to respond to my email
with a phone call. The message
they left wasn't about the vehicle
I had requested information on
and since I had already located
a vehicle with another dealer I
didn't not return their phone call.

Terrific experience. I was contacted very promptly and wasn't pressured about anything. Scott and Danny were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful thru the entire process, from initial inquiry to me driving off the lot with my new vehicle. The 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT was just what I was looking for and the guys got me the best finance package to make this purchase very comfortable. Of all the many dealerships that I and my husband have dealt with during our 46 years of marriage, EastPort Autos is for sure the best of them all.

The dealer responded with only their location and phone number. No other contact info. They did not even identify the name of their dealership. The only reason I recognize the name, is that my wife and I used Google Maps street view to find the name of the dealership.
My rating is due to poor communication.
