i ask for information about the ford and he was glad to help.
By far out of 12 dealerships this one wins the award for getting back to the customer and as a bonus the dealer was the only one to offer a good faith summary showing a listing of all fees and closing cost. The best dealer in 3 states that I email requesting information. Eleven dealers just were interested to first have me drive to their dealership before giving out any information. Lastly, offer 3 different options to purchase

car i wanted,got me financed,and were very kind.there word is good as
gold,when they said they were going to do some thing,they did it,and
went out of there way,i give them 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were helpful and easy to deal with. Allowed me to test drive the car
w/o supervision, which is nice because there are no distractions from the
salesperson. I liked the vehicle but was concerned about it being reliable.
Also, I was uncomfortable with the added "processing fee" which I felt was
an unnecessary burden on the customer; it appears many dealers do this
as well.
