Very nice place and the salesman are very good
My husband and I bought a vehicle from Eastern Auto Exchange over the weekend and to say we were
impressed is an understatement. Chuck and Jordan were phenomenal...very professional, yet down to-earth
and friendly.
We were able to look the vehicle over with nobody hovering over us and we never once felt like we were
being pressured into buying something. Additionally, they answered every question we had thoroughly and
with honesty...you don't see that much at some small dealerships.
Eastern Auto Exchange was a little over a 2-hour drive from us as we were coming from Delaware but I
would gladly make the trip again. The next time we are looking for a vehicle, they will be our first stop. They
have our highest recommendations. Thank you Chuck & Jordan...we LOVE the Navigator ;)

After a long drive there the dealer complained we got there late and he wanted to go home. He was upset when he found out we wanted to finance the vehicle and in the end didn’t even want to call the banks. His coworker Max was great but overall I say worst experience.

They were great, but we had already bought a vehicle.
Great experience. Max and his team provided a great car at a great price with no fees! I'm a car
nut and have brought over 50 cars in my life. I'm 48.Prior to this I'd say walking into a Lexus
dealer a few years back was the best car buying experience I had. Max and his team topped that.
If your looking for a quality vehicle with very good prices no fees, this is the place to shop and
purchase your next pre-owned vehicle.

Admin was super efficient, just waiting for my title now. Max took great care in checking all of my concerns and I ended up with a super clean string running car. I’m not fond of used car dealers but Eastern appears to be extremely professional and genuine.
The people at the dealer were very nice and professional. The car was as described and I am satisfied with the end result. I would have
rated them 5 stars except for one thing. When I started the engine I had a message that told me I had 11 miles to empty on fuel. When I
got to the service station I had 3 miles to empty. Perhaps I'm being to hard but I am glad the gage was not 4 miles off.

Service was nice, but the sales rep tried to argue that the clutch for a manual car wasn't part of the drivetrain thus excluding it from their drivetrain warranty. Not sure how that makes sense but whatever.

Response from current dealership:
Michael, a clutch is a wearable component of the vehicles drivetrain. The powertrain warranty that is included with every eligible vehicle we sell covers internally lubricated components, which the clutch is not. Most brand new (manual transmission) cars also specifically state that the clutch is an excluded warranty item as well. Sorry for any confusion, and we were certainly never trying to come off as arguing, but a clutch is just not a covered component.

Max and Jeff were great from the moment I walked through the door. They were very busy for a Wednesday night. They sold 4 cars that night and my Yukon Denali being 1 of the cars sold that night. They stayed and got the deal done and it was almost 11:00pm when I walked out and drove home my new truck. Max and Jeff both compliment each other you just need a little patience when they are busy but definitely truck as advertised no bs fees for this and fees for that exactly what there ads say. I would highly recommend them and would definitely purchased another car from them again.

Awesome dealership. Very helpful. No pressure. Gave me the keys and left me alone to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. Very helpful to when I decided to purchase.
I showed up after hours on Saturday (without realizing it), and they were
still there. I drove a good ways to see a specific car. The one I was
interested in was not only there, clean, STARTED and not buried, but they
gave me all of the time and space I needed to look it over. They then took
the time to answer all of my questions. I have been looking for a specific
used car for several weeks, and have now seen almost every dirty used
car salesman trick in the book. This vehicle was close, but not exactly
what I'm looking for. II wish it were though, and I wish they were closer
because I would go back anytime. No hassle, and no haggle. Great
experience overall.

Great experience. Very fair and easy to deal with.
Dealer contacted me with the car I saw in their ad on the website. I found the
same car locally at a lower price that included a certified Hyundai warranty.
This is not a negative toward this dealer, but I did not need a car as heavily
optioned and I wanted a warranty. Their warranty would add $2200 to the
price and I saved almost $4000 buying a different Santa Fe with slightly lower
miles.

I bought a car for my son from them recently. I had to get it inspected 10
days after I got it registered in PA. It passed inspection, but just barely.
Michael misrepresented the condition of the tires to us. He said they
replaced any tire if it had less than half of their remaining tread left, which
is not true. According to the inspection, all four tires had less than half of
the remaining tread left with two having 2-3/32 tread remaining and the
other two having 3-4/32 left. He did offer to replace the four tires but at a
price that I could get them replaced for myself. Other than that we are
happy with the car. Just didn't plan on having to shell out money for tires
in the first year.
Bought my 2008 Avalanche from eastern auto exchange and I could be happier. Max and mike were both very professional and prompt. While waiting for a quick detail I was able to meet their mechanics and detailed also and everyone was very polite and professional. Highly recommend and will refer people I know anytime.

Excellent experience! I highly recommend them! I dealt with Max whom answered any questions or concerns I had bc I live in PA & bought the car at their location in NJ. Max texted me right away which was a huge help. I arrived & they handed me the key to go for a ride which was a relief I didn't want to ride with some stranger! I will say the car wasn't spotless & could have used a cleaning BUT I'm kinda happy they're not going to clean it up just to charge an additional $1,000! The price quoted was the exact price I paid, not one additional fee, they hooked me up with 3 months of Sirius! Very happy! I love the car!!

Truck was in excellent condition and financing was a breeze. I will be purchasing more vehicles from them in the future, I really don't think I'll ever go anywhere else!

Friendly to say the least, wasn't happy with service. Car was
literally in a flood (but the car fax was clean!) and their trying to
sell it. Car had previous body work that you could tell from a
mile away. I don't like it when dealers sell cars and they act like
they don't know anything about it.
Look else where before going here.
