The price online it not the actual price. It assumes $2000 down. When I was leaving I overheard a manager say, “Someone smart will buy the car!” Then the raised the online price by $2000 assuming to increase their margin. Multiple people from the dealership were texting me from the same number.

Initial response to my inquiry was quick. However after my only conversation with the salesperson I was given 2 numbers to text for more information if needed. After contacting these 2 numbers I didn’t receive another response until 3-4 days later after I had already purchased a vehicle from another dealer.

Everyone I was in contact with at the East Hills Subaru dealership was pleasant. The salesperson whom I was assigned to work with was very calm and answered all my questions. This I appreciated very much. The only setback I encountered was a delay in the arrival of the Title, as it was a used vehicle I was purchasing. This was something which may have been overlooked in the process of listing the vehicle. Overall my calls were always directed to someone who would answer my questions and give me the sense that my order and situation were known. In the end I came out a happy customer with what I believe to be a great deal!

They weren't very friendly and had a take it or leave it attitude. Maybe it was because I wasn't looking to buy a Subaru. The sales manager was rude and couldn't care less if we bought from him.

Contacted me quickly and we set up a time for a test drive. Had to have a different sales person help which was fine. Test drove car. Wife did not like smell and dog hair in back of this lightly used demo. I didn't like a dashboard rattle, considering it was a near new loaner vehicle. We ended up not buying as couldn't get deal we were hoping for. Otherwise experience was fine.

Original salesperson didn't want to deal with me (because I was a woman?) didn't want to go for a test drive because it was snowing lightly? Second sales person was nice. Finance guy was pushy and arragent and a bit patronizing. Didn't buy the car because when inspected, an independent mechanic found an oil leak even though the car was certified. Awaiting deposit refund.
