The CRV we looked at had clearly been hit. they kept trying to say it was okay without any true back up or support. No actual inspection report. Salesman simply said, "If you don't want to buy it someone else will." This means if someone doesn't ask the right questions or is skeptical of what the dealer represents, then there's a risk they will be cheated.
I contacted this dealership for a Car and was hoping they were willing to work with my friend as he works at a dealership where I live. They tried to raise the price up from what it was originally quoted for and wouldn’t give us the time of day. What a shame I would’ve bought the vehicle if they were decent enough to keep the original price and not jack up the shipping costs also.
Definitely do not go here, I️ bought and traded for this vehicle and 3 days later the jeep died on me and check engine, limp mode and overheating started and I called the dealership and they weren’t willing to help me until I️ kept calling and bugging everyone. I️ requested to cancel the contract since the jeep needed a new engine and would take a few weeks or 2 months to fix. I️ would say the finance and sales manager were the worst people to deal with. They were very rude and did not want to cancel the contract, the sales manager got in my face and was very respectful to me and my wife. Ultimately I️ was able to cancel my contract with the GM approval. I️ received my trade in as well. I️ would not get a vehicle from here at all. They are overpriced and not throughly checked out.
Horrible experience, never received the car we wanted, starting off they were great as soon as paper work and financing was done I had the hardest time getting ahold of them. The Mercedes ended up having major electrical issues we ended up not getting the car but to this day I’m still trying to get the bank to take the car out of my name since we never received it. We did get our money back but now I’m late on payments on a car I never received.

Vehicle was not ready and had issues that were not provided by photos or with history. Truck had rust dust inside and outside of the vehicle. Asked for the car fax and didn’t get it… got a link to the truck. The web says 1 owner and was told 2 owners. Asked for condition and they said no issues but not the case when we went and physically looked at it.

Tries bait and switch and aggressive sales tactics. Tacked on 3k in fees to a 10k car, never seen that much of a dealership fee “because of in house financing” while also giving rates through the roof. Overpriced vehicles plus insanely high APR and fees. Not to mention they belittle you for your credit problems (which are none of the salesmen business honestly)
Won’t be coming back. Anthony and Jenny are great, the rest are nothing but sleezy dirty salesman.

I am sure Josh had a bad experience wherever he went as there are a few things in his story that do not match up here. For starters we do NOT offer in-house financing. Secondly, yet also relevant, we do not have any sales personnel by the names Anthony or Jenny. I can say from experience that if you are in the need of "IN-HOUSE" financing then your credit is a challenge enough that you are left with little or no choice. absolute nightmare. wonderful price on car. i put a deposit down on this car . before i left vegas to drive to dan diego i asked for 100% confirmation that all was in order for us to leave with the car. after farting around with car dad taking my deposit and me driving 7 hours in rush hour labor day traffic . the end result wa s because my husbands id expired but passport valid they not allow us to purchase which is odd because my husband bought a car 2 weeks before with same senecio. absolutely flabbergasted that they had zero compassion or regard for wasting 24 hours of my life and about 450$ ( gas , rental car and not to mention hotel) after all this . they wouldn’t hold for a day or two and keep the deposit monday was a holiday. if they would of said sorry we messaged up we apologize, would of been alright . offer to buy a drink, give 20$ for wasted time , maybe a bottle of water or somekind of treatment. this place treats you without affluence or integrity.

Contacted me quickly on the car i seeked out
Was extremely helpful. Worked in the worst weather and had some challenges with
road construction in front of the dealership. They moved the car under an awning
so I could inspect closely. Answered all questions and didnât pad the price with
fees. Helped find a shipper who quoted a good price to ship it to Idaho. Was
extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Thank you for the review. Each vehicle and customer give different requirements for the bank to accept the loan. Sometimes they require more down or none at all. Lower priced cars are not always the best option as banks will require more down for them.

Car was cool, and dealers were very nice. We asked to drive test the car and they said no which I thought was strange considering its a 2011 $12k car but every other BMW / sports car was test drivable. They wanted to charge extra for things that weren't needed ex; GPS , didn't want that but they said I'd have to pay to get it. They said previous owner had a minor cosmetic accident but wouldn't explain what specifically happened. The trunk also wouldn't open and they would make new key to open it but the car has been sitting on the lot for 8 months... the interior door handle frame was missing holes on the interior floor.. i also called them later and left a message to ask why the car hasn't sold and was sitting for 8 months but never called me back. Lot of touch up was done on the van. Lot of overspray and still some broken parts. Didn’t care for the added fees like gps which drove the price up. Overall good experience though. Not pushy

Our service keeps up with most reconditioning but we are getting new units and selling so many so fast they do not get to all of them before the vehicle may get sold. Most dealers, if not all, have what is called a "Dealer Add". There are many option they can use for this but we chose the Guardian GPS (3-year) becuase it helps us locate our vehicles and once a sell is made it is a great product for customers. In most cases it can lower you car insurance up to 30%.

When they say a vehicle is ready and available right at that moment, that in no way refers to a later date and time. It sounds like you had an interest in a very popular unit, so it was sold before you came in. I am not local to the dealer so I suspect dealing with a remote prospect does not receive the same
priority as those that might walk in. There was no follow up from the initial sales contact after I supplied
all manner of information. This is a shame, because this seems like a good specimen of the particular
car and I probably would have purchased it, assuming we agreed on terms of a sale. However, we
didn't even get to any numbers on a potential deal. I responded to a follow up email from management
which wanted to know if my experience was satisfactory. I explained the issue and was contacted by a
second sales person. However that person also did not respond to my emails either. I would also note
that the banner on the car photo was highly inaccurate about the model and pricing.

I drove over 80 miles to buy a 2016 VW CC because of the low mileage and supposed "no accident or damage history". Spoke with the sales manager Karl, who assured me the description was accurate. I even filled out the credit app and had the financing approved before hand. Within a few minutes of looking at the car we could see it had accident damage on the front passenger side and was poorly repaired. The paint didn't match the rest of the car AND it was a bad paint job. The hood had a larger gap fron the fender than normal and when I looked inside the fender well

Upon further inspection you can clearly see that the work that was performed was superficial and the vehicle was not in an accident as you thought. I felt the vehicle was misrepresented. The mileage was 1000 mi over what was stated
in the ad. The interior was kind of dirty, which is no big deal, but the van was described
as "pristine". Door dings on the driver door is not "pristine" either. None of this was a
deal breaker, until I looked at the roof; the van was most likely a hailstorm victim, as it
was dented from one end to the other, and the rear plastic light bar trim was smashed.
All this in 5 minutes. Wonder what else I missed...

Cars were missing middle seats and head rest. The insides were dirty like they were not cleaned.

Thank you for your review Kyle, We do have a section where we have cars ready or detail and it sound like you found it. There are vehicles that have the seats pulled out and headrest because they required extra cleaning before selling them.
Failed to answer my question and replied to come into the store. I live an hour from here and not got to drive an hour to ask a question. I don’t think they read my message.

Went to my appointment spoke with a different sales rep who could not locate the car and had no information on the
vehicle before I came to the appointment when vehicle was located found out that it was in the shop so I was unable
to test drive the car.

If we have a reconditioning item that needs to be address after a vehicle is on the front line then service will take it to complete that task. Very nice but inexperience salesman. Got wrong figures several times. i told the salesman i made 4,500 per month net, he put in the application that my salary is 45,000 annually. the application asked for a 10,000 deposit, he came to me saying it is a 1,000 deposit.

This dealer was not honest with me and I would never refer anyone to them. When I went to see the Mustang it was filthy, they told me it was ready for me to see and test drive, they had sold it and the guys credit didn't go through. So they called me back after the other guy trashed the car. I can't believe that they even called me to go see the car in such bad shape when they got it back. They were supposed to clean it up and get it back into good shape and call me when it was ready, to this day I've not heard from them . I won't be going back there at this point.

Amazing staff. Although they never responded to my inquiry here on cargurus, I drove out there anyway. They are very willing to help you find the right car. They negotiated well and even delivered my car to my home.

I don't like that they don't publish mileage or the truck bed size so I have to ask. I said I needed an 8' bed, and they replied come on down. I asked again the bed size since I SAID I needed 8' for a camper... the salesman wrote it was "almost 7'" which is I suppose 6'3" bed, but not a long bed. It's just a complete hassle to ASK about mileage and bed size, next time I won't. Ads without mileage and bedsize I won't bother to contact. It is a waste of my time. Why do dealers NOT list mileage, do they think we won't ask? Do they think it won't matter? Do they think somehow we'll be so WOWED by the vehicle that mileage won't even be a consideration? THey are wrong if that's what they think. Make the information available like everyone else does or all you'll get is people driving by your lot.

Dealer tried to pull a bait and switch - we agreed to a price, he wrote it down, we shook hands and then I got to the finance person and he had the contract drafted with a higher price. He came in and argued with me and finally had it changed to the agreed upon price. The word SHADY is the best word to describe this place. I left with such an uneasy feeling about my car being a lemon too, that I got an additional warranty to put me at ease. Do not buy from this shady dealership.

Bait and Switch, wasted 3 hours of my time and they didn't even want to
show me the car, they want me to buy a car that is not the one I made a
deal with over the phone. Also they increase the price of the car on my visit.
I have written a full story in other social media, just research the dealership.

On Tuesday before Thanksgiving I called the dealer to inquire about the car. I made an offer of 9000.00. They accepted my offer and asked for a 500.00 deposit to hold the car. They said they would not run the card, it is a good faith gesture. I made arrangements to drive 100 miles on Friday. When we arrived the salesman who accepted the offer was not there but another salesman how knew nothing about the offer on the car tried to sell us the car and take the sale away from the original salesperson on Tuesday. He didn't know we already agreed on a price if the car was all that. There was nothing in the car that said there was a deposit on it and sale pending. We called the number I text the cc info to. I asked where the Salesman was and was told he was their. When our salesman arrived minuets later he was very helpful during the sale. We test drove the car and the rotors were bad. They replaced them. We spent 4.5 hours at the dealership. On Sunday I checked my bank. They ran my card for 500.00 after he got off the phone Tuesday. It posted on Friday the day we purchased the car. The Finance department never mentioned that they had a 500.00 deposit and took the 9000.00 cash. When I called Sunday the gave me some BS about an error. That was a 500.00 error in their favor. I requested a check to be overnight-ed to my home. I called the accounts payable department on Monday and was told they could not overnight the check they HAD to put the funds back on the card. NO exception!! This would take 4-5 days to post to my account. It finally posted on Friday. I lost use of my $$ for one week. Their bad. They did nothing to warrant the "deposit". The car was still for sale to anybody who stopped in could buy it. The owner said he would overnight the check on Monday. I will never go back to this dealer. They are a waist of air untrustworthy.

Even though CARgurus website
said vehicle was there for 97
days, and I emailed ahead both
the day before AND the morning
of my visit to make sure car was
there and to get it ready to look
at, they told me who to talk to
when I got there, the vehicle was
not there. Then 3 of them put on
a big dog and pony show as if the
car had been sold the night
before. The third guy was walking
by and they pulled him into the
show by saying "hey you sold this
car last night?" It was totally clear
the guy had no idea what my
salesman was talking about. They
asked him 3 times before he
caught on. Of course he tried to
show me other cars- all of which
had body work done on them
(this is my profession). I told him
no cars with any body or paint
work done- but when I pointed
out the work done to each car- he
didn't even argue- he just said
okay and moved on- because he
already knew- he just thought I
wouldn't notice (I never told him
my profession). What a huge
waste of time- I ended up
purchasing a BMW from a dealer
later that day.
