The dealership works with you I give them four stars for everything
I’ve purchased a ford fusion from this dealer I think the experience was nice they’re understanding and they accommodated any issues that happened at the dealer. The only thing is that after 4 hours of being in the car the check engine light came on but it’s wasn’t for anything major and the car jerks a bit but none of that happened during my test drive or the day I got the car it started to jerk like 2 days after but so far I’m satisfied with the car

Initially went to view the car and decided to purchase. There was an issue with the drivers side lock and key. Dealer promised to have it fixed for pickup on Tuesday. They did not fix the lock, we ended up getting it repaired. We were in a bind and the pictures on web were better than seeing the car in person. The dealer did give us a deal and took off $$ fir us to get the repair. That’s why I have 2 stars.

Unable to help with auto insurance. I believe my family was visiting too late for salesman and he wanted to go home for the night. Very nice car if you have your insurance set up already. Dealer was not able to connect us to insurance at the time of visi.

I was trying to work with them on this car but they sold it under me. The pictures where of new car not the one they were selling was of new car. When I asked for actual pictures I never got them which slowed down my buying decision. Not sure what they were hiding. They could have been scamming people with bait and switch. Glad I didn't fall for it.

Horrible was neglected, dirty inside and out. Hide the dents, poor paint job mistakes on right side where paint is spray painted on and running down. It wouldn't start and smelled horrible. They are a sham! I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone!

I did not buy the Kia, I did buy a different car, was not happy with the place. they are suppose to replace a window part,, still waiting for them to call when the part comes in . It's been 2wks now.
