Before I drive I asked what’s the outdoor price,they said whatever shows on the website and taxes but after 3 hours driving when I get there they added a another $1000 accessories fee and 699 doc fee Don’t waste your time driving to that dealer ship

Wonderful experience Called several times with questions always answered on the spot or called back quickly with the answer. Made a offer which was accepted put a down payment to hold drove 250 miles to the dealer closed the deal smoothly no hard sale or tricks after i got there. Even beat the interest rate i could get locally at home. Helped me load it on my trailer no complaints. Vehicle is actually as good as or better than described. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse from this dealership, they detailed the parts of the car u could see but upon further inspection I looked under the seats it was filthy there was trash it hadn’t been vacuumed at all I’m very disappointed in that. They were very pushy they contacted me every day until I purchased the vehicle. I don’t recommend buying from them.

How refreshing to find a dealer with honesty and integrity. The truck was as advertised and the sales staff -- Missy and Randy -- made everything very pleasant. Great to buy from a dealer where a handshake still is their bond and they aim to serve their customers. Wish I was closer to them so I could have all my service done there too. Having read the few negative reviews it seems to me that those who slammed them were used to other dealers where it is a con game. No pressure and great service.

This dealership does not care at all about customers or their business! I was ready to purchase a vehicle and made an offer to the sales person who absolutely refused to negotiate. I admit, that I came in with a low offer at first but I full expected to have some negotiating going on with the final sales price. I was repeatedly told that the list price on the website is the sales price and they would not even got any further off the price. Not even $86! I even contacted the sales manager to try and work out a deal. As soon as I got him on the phone I was met with a very angry and agitated person who sounded like I was bothering him and it was somehow an inconvenience that I wanted to purchase a vehicle from their dealership. I made an offer to the sales manager who got even more angry with me and began to berate me on the phone as if I was out of line to make an offer and try to negotiate a price. The price I offered wasn't that far off from the listed sales price on the website. This sales manager did not care at all about making a customer happy with a purchase and only cared about making money. I was informed by this man that he has already lost money on this vehicle. Well if that were the case then how is another $100-$200 going to further hurt your bottom line? How much business are you going to lose from potential buyers that read and take serious negative reviews? I received no counter offer whatsoever from my initial offer. Your car didn't sell at $7999 and you knocked 3 grand off the price because it sat on your lot six months. I was more than willing to buy but I needed to feel like my business was appreciated and wanted, which I did not get at all from this dealership. All potential customers should seriously consider this companies lack of respect for buyers.

Fair, decent and sincere. This was the most upfront and honest car dealership I have ever encountered. No candy coating or tricky pricing, just reasonable negotiation and a straight deal. I was happy with every person I encountered there. Thanks everyone for being good business people.

Kenny was very professional and made a good effort to work a deal for us with the dealerships Sales Management. As it turned out we decided to purchase a same year Toyota Avalon with lower miles from another dealership. Had that deal fallen through, the Buick Lacrosse would have been a great choice.

Almost like they don't even want to sell me a car. They responded, but they show no interest in selling me a car. They are unlikely to offer up any details about the vehicles they are selling. It's like pulling teeth to try to get more information about the vehicle you are interested in. When I called to discuss the vehicle I was looking at, I told them the one I was interested in and the response was, "Okay." Someone who wants to sell me a vehicle would have run down the details of the vehicle I want. Not impressed by the dealership at all. When I asked for more pictures because I live out of state and wanted to see more of the vehicle, I was told, "We're not gonna be able to make that happen." What kind of salesperson doesn't try to get the interested buyer the information they are looking for? Poor customer service. They basically lost a sale because of how I was treated.

Went and looked at the car and found one concern. They asked if they fixed it would I take it. Said yes, seal was fixed and now in my garage. I drove 3 hours to get there and was not disappointed. Great dealer!!

1994 F-150 Lightning. I contacted the dealer. To make a long story short; I asked about what looks like a brand new paint job. I told him about the last Lightning I had looked at turned out the pics were over two years old in an ad and the truck looked like crap when I got there. He said it was wrecked and fixed and new paint job. I asked if they were current pics taken on his lot. He said they were. I asked about the under-carriage if everything was correct original and in good shape. He said he had it on the lift and everything looked original in great shape. I told him I was going to drive over 150 miles and didn't want any surprises. He said it was in great shape and that I would be impressed. I drove 150 miles to see a Salvage Title sign on the window. That means it wasn't just wrecked, it was totaled. That should have been the first thing he told me. That should be required! The frame damage wouldn't let the front fenders or hood line up properly. Not just a little, Hood hits the cowl. Fender-Hood gap almost a half inch. Inner fender held on by one screw, other holes wont line up. One headlight points wrong and wobbles badly. Broken turn light and fog light.Major brackets under hood broken or missing. Ad-on wires that go nowhere. Noisy A/C pump and Alternator. Engine bad miss. Transmission or Torque convertor bad growl and vibration. All body and suspension bushings are shot. Cab and bed have; Dents not dings, DENTS, Paint peeling very badly on top of cab and bed. Cab top has no new paint left and very little old paint. Top of bed rail and tailgate each have the new paint gone AND scrape about 8 to 10 inches long over quarter inch wide down to metal and Rusted. Interior has broken dash, Door-lock switch, Two gauges don't work, Window motor bad, window seals very bad. Looks and smells greasy seats and carpet. Rear gas tank doesn't work. Rear tires bald. Rear springs and differential not from a Lightning. Chrome pealing from wheels. Should have written it down cause I know I'm forgetting some things. He ask me if I wanted to test drive it. I said no, I wouldn't give $3000. for this thing I don't want to drive it. Oh, And the pics were not taken at his lot. Totally different surroundings. We drove over 150 miles in an all original, 1989 Continental. It was the best looking car on his lot. We had a nice ride.

Dealer made contact right away and left message. I contacted dealer back a few days later. We did discuss the vehicle I was interested in, which was still available. I explained there would be no trade involved and this would be a cash transaction. I would prefer to discuss with dealer in person however, approximately 170 miles round trip. I discussed an offer of $4,000.00 on vehicle contingent upon a test drive. Unfortunately we were unable to agree. Typically there is a $3000-$5000 dealer markup on pre-owned vehicles which allows for trades and miscellaneous. I thought it to be a fair offer, bottom line diferent dealers set what profit margins they need per car. No hard feelings, we just could'nt agree on a price.
