Dealer was not prepared when I arrived, but was friendly, definitely could have improved with more organization, I would have test driven more cars but again, disorganized visit, dealer under construction

They tore the tint shown on this pic out of the car while finalizing the paperwork, to pass the md inspection. They said car was being detailed, didn’t tell us tint was being removed. It took couple hours and they left pieces of tint and glue in there. Expressed our discontent and manager offered to pay 1/2 the value to have retinted. The place that put tint back in took another 3 + hours to finish removing tint and glue before putting the new tint back in. That was only about a hour. Wasted a lot of time and was charged more to remove remaining tint. Upper manager still only cover half the replacement. The salesmen and receptionist were friendly. IF they would of covered the full tint replacement I’d of probably gave them 4 stars.

Ron, thanks for your honest feedback. The only way we can improve moving forward is learning from our mistakes. The vehicle could not be sold with the tint, and that should have been explained to you before the paperwork was completed. That is why we offered to pay $130 towards the new tint you got after you purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately we have to remove tint passed a certain degree in accordance with MD State Law. I would give this dealer 0 stars if I could. I called on a Thursday expressing my interest in a vehicle and said I was driving from 3 hours away to see it the following Monday. Called again Monday to confirm the car was still there. Upon arrival they told me the car was getting inspection. Told me “15 more minutes” for over and hour. Finally comes back and says the car failed inspection and still wasn’t going to be back for another 15 minutes. Would have been nice to know the car needed an inspection before I drove half of the day to get there. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Beware - auction cars. Back and forth with dealer about this particular car for 3 days prior to viewing. On arrival, car had not been looked at per owner since purchse- 90 days prior. Car was filthy! I put a CD in the player- came out sticky. Audio didn't work. Denies flood, but rusty.

Janice almost 90% of cars are purchased at auction so yes we agree on that. My owner did disclose the vehicle was not ready yet, we currently have a radio issue, new radio was on its way and we don't detail the cars until everything is 100%, thtas the last thing we do. We did not deny flood, we give free Carfax report to every customer, Carfax did not disclose water damage. Carfax is not the bible just an extra tool to use when looikg at vehicles. Easy to find, great price smooth deal and I mentioned the car pulled to the left when approaching a stop. The owner took it for a drive he confirmed the same thing. He had the mechanic adjust the grab of the front brake pad. It worked great. They even gave me my copy of the hard tags that day to save me that time.

Very easy to work with, no high pressure sales tactics. Went there to look at one car ended up buying another. As with all smaller used car dealers, some cars have condition issues but you can get lucky and find a diamond in the rough. Gave me all the paper work to get my loan approved even before I agreed to buy the car. Went in Friday for a look and drove off with the car on Monday. Vehicle Description of options on their website was not very accurate, could be improved.

Dealer lists options on their cars that the vehicle doesnt have. I drove to them because the Altima said leather, sunroof, back up camera ext. It had none. Noticed other vehicles on the lot with the same. Not trustworthy.

Vehicle was not as advertised. Drove 2 hours to view it after being told it was ready to sell, but rocker panels hadn't been replaced as advertised. The truck was actually in the shop with a mechanic trying to diagnose multiple issues. Needless to say, truck wasnt ready. I was assured it would be ready in no more than 2 days. Called everyday for over a week and it wasnt repaired yet. I was told everyday that someone would call me back but no one ever did. I finally purchased a different vehicle from another dealership. I will NEVER attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again and wouldn't recommend that anybody else buy from them either. Just a complete waste of time and lie after lie after lie
