Wrong information they raised the price
I have a reply from the dealer CarGurus show a price drop car was offered for little under $15 grand I even screenshot the add and send it to the person texted me he said sorry just raise the price to $16000 grand and price was firm so notice other people said the same they advertise 1 price but they keep raising prices at last minute

After I’d been preapproved for a specific car through Capital One & CarGuru, and exchanged MANY texts and emails with Tran, even getting my car appraised at CarMax, he sold the vehicle to another person & did not respond to my inquiries about a second vehicle timely, not that I’d ever trust this company again.

Misrepresentation of pricing: their Tesla prices
show lower than other places and when you call
them they confirm that prices are included with
4000 rebate for pre-owned cars. On the phone
they confirmed that they can apply for rebate,
but when we went there, they said that they
can’t help with that and actual price of cars are
with additional 4000. The people working in this
dealer are not knowledgeable and not friendly at
all.

At first took forever to respond finally when we got a call back from Ryan he bounced us around to other reps then lastly Alex and Alex was rude and said he had other customers in person and had to take care of them first !!! Whhhat how is anybody in person or not in person ahead of someone who waited forever for sc at ll back snd after the cdd as ll back such horrible treatment. Then when the actual payment methods of the DCAP rebate and I quote “there’s nothing for you” and even worse comment discussing rebates and affordable cars not available “it’s not my fault you’re low income!!!” DISCRIMINATION!!!

Ally and Mary have been very helpful and understanding to my needs and really trying to get me the deal ever I will continue to be a customer...
I recently bought a used van from Ali. I cannot be happier with the
purchase because of the quality of the vehicle but more importantly the
superb customer service. Every phone call and email was immediately
responded to. The deal was straight forward and fair. A week after I bought
the van, a check engine light turned on. I called Ali. Ali picked up my call
and said it was probably something minor and that the engine light can
come on for many different reasons. Ali then arranged for me to bring it to
one of his family members dealership in Concord. I went to the dealership
and they had a mechanic run a scan on the spot. The light turned on
because of loose gas cap. I will purchase all of my used vehicles from Ali
and EZ Dealership. They were very professional and honest in their
